1.Hot issues in surgical treatment of early stage breast cancer patients in the era of preci-sion medicine
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2016;43(20):879-883
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women. For early stage breast cancer patients, surgical treatment is still the foundation of local treatment. With background from precision medicine, this article reviews recent hot issues in surgical treat-ment for early stage breast cancer patients. We summarized strategies in surgical treatment, selection of resection range, manage-ment of local lymph nodes, timing of breast reconstruction, and the application of minimally invasive surgery.
2.Research progress and application of breast reconstruction with free abdominal flap
China Oncology 2017;27(8):601-607
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women. Surgical treatment is one of the important treatment methods. Breast reconstruction following mastectomy can improve patients' quality of life with acceptable oncological safety. Autologous tissue breast reconstruction has become an important way owing to its spe-cific advantages. The ideal tissue for autologous breast reconstruction is free abdominal flap. This review presented the clinical application, timing of operation and complications of breast reconstruction with free abdominal flap.
4. Study on quality of Reduning Injection based on UV fingerprint
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2017;48(3):499-504
Objective: To establish the quality standards of Reduning Injection (RI) based on UV fingerprint, and improve the quality standards of RI. Methods: Full wavelength UV-vis spectrophotometer was used to scan the 15 batches of RI, a reference fingerprint was established, correlation coefficient method was used to calculate RI sample fingerprint and control fingerprint similarity, and the 14 batches of samples were verified. Results: The five batches of RI were within the validity period, their UV fingerprints were in line with the requirements, similarity was all above 0.902, while the absorbance values were in the ranges of 0.693-0.781 (323 nm), 0.323-0.370 (267 nm), 0.957-1.067 (236 nm), 0.902-1.013 (226 nm), 0.953-1.075 (218 nm), and 0.926-1.052 (211 nm); In addition the expired nine batches of RI, similarity is less than 0.902 or the absorbance value does not meet the standard. Conclusion: UV fingerprint method can be used as a simple and accurate method of quality evaluation for the quality control of RI.
5.Advance in Study of Neural Stem Cells Used for Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(10):871-874
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a common progressive degenerative disease of the central nervous system. It's also a main cause for dementia in presenium and senectitude. In the past few years, the discoveries in vitro expansion of neural stem cells (NSCs) indicate a new way for recovery and replacement of damaged neurons as well as reconstruction of the neural circuit, and offer a useful future therapy for AD. There are two main promising approaches in NSCs replacement therapy. They are endogenetic approach, inducing proliferation and differentiation of endogenetic NSCs, improving self-repair of central nervous system, and exogenous approach, ransplantation of exogenous tissue and promoting proliferation of endogenous NSCs. However, it may not become truth before the mechanism of NSCs' proliferation, migration, differentiation and it's integration with the host tissues to be elucidated.
6. Neuroprotective effects of astragalosides against amyloid β-protein and DEX-induced neurotoxicity in rat hippocampal neurons
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2010;41(11):1834-1838
Objective: To study the effect of astragaloside (AST) on the injury induced by amyloid β-protein (Aβ) plus Dexamethasone (DEX) in rat hippocampal neurons. Methods: In vitro, the effects of AST on hippocampal neurons cell death with Aβ plus DEX were detected by MTT assay and intracellular calcium ([Ca2+]i); The effects of AST on phospho-tau (P-tau) protein were analyzed to explore the mechanisms responsible for DEX enhanced Aβ-induced cell death in hippocampal neurons. Results: AST (10, 20, and 40 μg/mL) could protect hippocampal neurons against DEX (10 μmol/L) plus Aβ25-35 (5 μmol/L) - induced hippocampal neuronal injury of felal rat in vitro (P<0.01). AST could inhibit the increased levels of [Ca2+]i and P-tau protein level induced by DEX (10 μmol/L) plus Aβ25-35 (5 μmol/L) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: AST could protect hippocampal neuron against synergistic neurotoxicity of Aβ and DEX.

International Eye Science 2015;(4):675-677
AIM: To observe the changes in contrast sensitivity (CS) between emmetropic pilots, glasses wearing, and after laser in situ keratomileuses ( LASIK) surgery pilots, provide the basis for the physical examination standard after operation.
METHODS:The CS of 13 emmetropic pilots (26 eyes), 12 glasses wearing pilots (24 eyes) and 10 with LASIK (20 eyes) , under photopic, scotopic and scotopic with glare environments at four different spatial frequencies ( 3, 6, 12 and 18cpd ) were measured and the resluts were analyzed by statistics.
RESULTS:Under photopic environments, there was no significant difference in the low spatial frequency (3cpd) among the three groups (P>0. 05). The CS of emmetropic pilots was better than that of the myopic and with LASIK, and there was significant difference (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in CS between myopic and with LASIK (P>0. 05). Under scotopic environments, there was no significant difference in the low spatial frequency (3cpd)among the three groups (P>0. 05). The CS of emmetropic and with LASIK pilots were better than that of the myopic, and there was significant difference ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in CS between emmetropic and with LASIK (P>0. 05). Under scotopic with glare environments, the CS of emmetropic and myopic pilots were better than that of the with LASIK, and there was significant difference (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in CS between myopic and with LASIK (P>0. 05).
CONCLUSION: The CS after LASIK is decreased compare with emmetropic pilot, specially under scotopic with glare environments. A perfect identification standard should be set up.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(02):-
Objective To establish a rat model of chronic atrophic gastritis and investigate the factors inducing gastric atrophy. Methods According to the repeated orthogonal design of L 8(2 7), 60% alcohol and 20 mmol/L sodium deoxycholate (served as factor A), 0.05%~0.1% ammonia water (factor B) and 0.05% indomethacin (factor C) were given, alone or in combination, to rats in three experiments for 3 months, 6 months and 9 months, respectively. Then the rats were sacrificed and pathologic changes of the gastric mucosa were studied by gross appearence and microscopy. Results Typical appearance of CAG, which could maintain over one month, were found in all rats treated with factor A,B,C alone or in combination for 6 or 9 months. Conclusion 60% alcohol, 20 mmol/L sodium deoxycholate, 0.05%~0.1% ammonia water and 0.05% indomethacin given to SD rats for 6 months could establish animal model of CAG with a 100% successful rate.
