2.A study on synthesis and oxidation mechanism of mono-alkyl phosphate

Oxidation of white phosphor, us by peroxides to produce mono-alkyl phosphate in the alcoholic solution has been studied under non-and catalytic conditions. In this paper, the mechanism of the oxidation process was analyzed. The content of mono-alkyl phosphalte in the product is affected by different types of alcoholic solution and peroxide solvent. The result shows the availabulity of the following order for the activity of the peroxide solvent and alcoholic solutions-tert-butyl hydroperoxide>(di) benzoyl peroxide>hydroperoxide; methanol> n-butyl alcohol> phenol. Under optimized reaction conditions: n (a white phosphorus) : n( tert-butyl hydroperoxide) : n (methanol)= 1:10:12, reaction temperature 80 ℃, reaction time 2.5 h, products of 80.0% mono-alkyl phosphonates can be provided when white phosphorus undergoes oxidation by tert-butyl hydroperoxide in the methanol solutions. When Cu (I), and Cn(Ⅱ) complexes are used as catalysts, it is possible to significantly enhance the oxidation of white phosphorus with the increase in the reaction rate. Th'e order for activity of catalysts is Cu(acac)2>Cu (CH3COO)2>Cu (C3 H7COO)2:>CuI>CuCI2. Noticeably, with Cu(acac)2 as catalyst, the selectivity for mono-alkyl phusphonates can reach 95% under adequate reaction conditions.
3.Tuina Intervention and Sleep and Emotional Disorders due to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Objective:To study the tuina effect on sleep disorder and emotional problems of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) cases.Method:Thirty CFS cases were treated in the treatment group,by applying one-thumb pushing,rolling and pressing-kneading manipulations along the Governor Vessel,Bladder and Yangming Meridians.The intended major points include Fengfu (GV 16),Yaoyangguan (GV 3),Xinshu (BL 15),Pishu (BL 20),Ganshu (BL 18),Hegu (LI 4) and Taixi (KI 3).The treatment was done once every other day;10 times constitute a course of treatment.Another 30 healthy cases were selected in the control group,without any intervention.The sleep quality and mental state in the two groups were evaluated by PSQI,HAMA and HAMD.In addition,the pre-treatment and post-treatment score changes were observed.Results:Before treatment,the total score of PSQI,sleep quality,time of falling asleep,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,daytime functional impairment,and scores of HAMD and HAMA in treatment group were all substantially higher than the control group (P<0.01).After 10 tuina treatments,the total score of PSQI,time of falling asleep,sleep disorder and daytime functional impairment as well as scores of HAMD and HAMA in treatment group were significantly changed,compared with before treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:Those with CFS may present with sleep disorder and mental or psychological abnormality,tuina can improve their sleep quality and adjust their mental conditions.
5.Clinical analysis of sodium nitroprusside on the treatment of senile heart failure with pulmonary edema

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium nitroprusside on the treatment of pulmonary edema in elderly patients with heart failure. Methods 50 elderly cases with heart failure and pulmonary edema From January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods. The control group were received conventional therapy, the observation group were given conventional drug combined with sodium nitroprusside. The experimental data was recorded and compared. To investigate the effect of sodium nitroprusside on the rescue of elderly heart failure and pulmonary edema. Results The clinical effect in the observation group is better than that in the control group. The protein related indexes about heart failure and pulmonary edema were significantly improved (P<0.05). The difference of adverse reaction rate in the two groups has no statistically significat. Conclusion Conventional drug therapy combined with sodium nitroprusside were used on the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure, pulmonary edema, which can improve the clinical symptoms, related serum protein, without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application.

Objectives To study the FLT3 gene expression and its internal tandem duplication(ITD) mutation in acute nonlymphoblastic leukemia(ANLL) patients.Method Polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the FLT3/ITD mutation in 71 ANLL patients.Results The expression of FLT3 gene were detected in 65/71(91 5%) ANLL cases and ITD mutation was found in 17 cases. 23 9% of ANLL cases were found with FLT3/ITD mutation. Objective:To explore the related risk factors of antepartum depression and anxiety,and to provide the theoretical support for early screening,clinical intervention and prevention of antepartum depression and anxiety.Methods:At the time of 28 weeks of prenatal examination,the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EP-DS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)were used to survey 2112 pregnant women who were selected from Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Kunming City.Non conditional logistic regression analysis was used to explore the re-lated risk factors of prenatal depression and anxiety.Results:At the 28 weeks of pregnancy,the detection rate of de-pression symptoms and anxiety symptoms were 25.4% and 6.6%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for perinatal depression symptoms were younger age (OR =0.80,95%CI:0.68 -0.94),not stick to work during pregnancy (OR =1.18,95%CI:1.02 -1.36),not satisfied with the living environment (OR =1.50,95%CI:1.23 -1.83),expectations for boys (OR =0.86,95%CI:0.77 -0.96),not only daughter (OR =1.37,95%CI:1.06 -1.76),unplanned pregnancy (OR =1.38,95%CI:1.10 -1.72).The risk factors for perinatal anxiety symp-toms were being not satisfied with the living environment (OR =1.64,95%CI:1.19 -2.26),not harmonious with her husband (OR =2.01,95%CI:1.20 -3.37),unplanned pregnancy (OR =1.50,95%CI:1.05 -2.14).Conclu-sion:It suggests that the pregnant women with younger age,less working during pregnancy,being not satisfied with the living environment,having more expectations for boys,being not only daughter,with unplanned pregnancy are more likely to suffer from antepartum depression;those being not satisfied with living environment,having harmoni-ous relation with her husband,and with unplanned pregnancy are more likely to suffer from antepartum anxiety.
9.Apoptosis in liver injury following limbs ischemia reperfusion and the protective effects of taurine

Objective To observe the apeptosis in liver injury following limbs ischemia-reperfusion(IR) in rats and the protective effects of taurine.Methods The model of limbs ischemia-reperfusion injury was established.30 Wistar rats were randomized into 3 groups: control group,IR group and tanrine + reperfusion group (TR group) (n = 10 for each group).The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and xanthineoxidas (XOD), calcium and myeloper-oxidase (MPO) in the liver tissue were measured.DNA fragmentation was observed and analyzed by agarose gel e-lectrophoresis.Apoptosis was detected by TUNEL methods.The morphologic changes were observed with HE stai-ning.Results Compared with control group,the values of MDA, XOD, MPO, calcium in liver tissue were increased significantly in IR group (P<0.01), but the values of those in TR group were lower than in IR group (P<0.01).The percentage of apeptosis cell was higher in IR group than in control group(P<0.01).Compared with IR group, the percentage of apoptosis cell was lower in TR group (P<0.01).IR group presented DNA ladder pattern, while TR group showed no specific DNA ladder pattern in agarose gel electrophoresis.Conclusion Apoptosis participates in the liver injury after limb ischemia-reperfusion.Taurine can mitigate the liver injury and apoptosis after limb is-chemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
10.Prevention and treatment of primary graft dysfunction after lung transplantation (108 cases report)

ObjectiveTo evaluate the prevention and treatment of primary graft dysfunction (PGD) after lung transplantation (LTx).MethodsWe retrospectively analyzed clinical data of108 cases of lung transplantation from September 2002 to June 2011. All the recipients were given continuous monitoring of invasive arterial pressure,pulmonary artery pressure and (or) central venous pressure and artery blood gas analysis and chest X-ray examination postoperatively.The negative fluid balance of the recipients in the first 3 days was maintained.The inspired oxygen (FiO2) or ventilator parameters was adjusted according to the arterial oxygen tension (PaO2) and (or) oxygen saturation,to prevent the occurrence of PGD.Once PaO2/FiO2 sharp decline (less than 200),and chest X-ray showed higher density of the lower transplanted lung fields in the early postoperative period,PGD could be diagnosed when acute rejection,venous anastomotic obstruction,cardiogenic pulmonary edema and pulmonary infections were excluded.According to the standards set by the International Association of Heart and Lung Transplantation,PGD is divided as 0,1,2 and 3.Different levels of PGD were treated by ventilatory support,negative fluid balance,extending the treatment time of the ventilator,the use of pulmonary vasodilators,such as prostaglandin E1and the use of ECMO.Results PGD occurred in10 cases,and the incidence rate was 9.3%. 6 cases were given conventional ventilatory support for (285.8 + 238.6) h (Two cases obtained reversal of PGD,and four cases died) ; the rest four cases were given ECMO (Two cases were supported by ECMO in 24 h after the occurrence of PGD and had a long-term survival after a successful reversal of PGD,and the rest two cases died from acute renal failure and multiple organ failure induced by PGD on the 8th and11th day of the application of ECMO due to the late application of ECMO (after 24 h).ConclusionThe high incidence of PGD causes high mortality perioperatively after lung transplantation.Preventing PGD can improve the survival rate of the lung transplant patients.Once PGD happens,appropriate treatment should be given as soon as possible.
