Measured the liver nucleic acid content of the mice liver with diphenylamine and orcinol method. Results The DNA content of the liver cell nucleus, the RNA content of the liver cell nucleus and the RNA content of the liver cytoplasm in the experimental groups approached those in the normal group, but significantly higher than those in the noise exposed group (P

Objective To assess the application of rosuvastatin control contrast induced acute kidney injury (CIAKI) risk on diabetes mellitus (DM) patients with mild to moderate chronic kidney disease (CKD) and diuretics at high risk. Methods One hundred T2DM patients with mild to moderate CKD scheduled for coronary or peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis selected from May 2013 to June 2015 in endocrinology department of Zhejiang Huzhou Central Hospital and perioperative routine use of diuretics were randomly divided into observation group (51 cases) and control group (49 cases). The observation group received rosuvastatin at draught of night, 10mg per time and needed to take at least 2 times and then performed medical surgery, after surgery, continued to receive rosuvastatin for 3 d, and the total number of days taking rosuvastatin were not less than 5 d;control group not received any statins pre-and post-operation.Results The angiographic site, angiography showed lesions, the proportion of patients with coronary interventional therapy, iodixanol dosage during and preoperative and postoperative levels of SCr and eGFR and other project data between two groups were compared with no significant difference. The CIAKI incidence in observation group was 1.96% (1/51), which was significantly lower than that in control group of 16.33% (8/49) (P<0.05).The clinical follow-up after interventional treatment 30d results showed that secondary end points between two groups groups related to the project data surgery was not statistically significant. There were 2 cases with transaminases elevating, 1 case with rash and 1 case with gastrointestinal reactions, the adverse reactions rate was 7.84% (4/51) and 1 case with gastrointestinal reactions, 1 case with myalgia in control group, the adverse reactions rate was 4.08% (2/49), there was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion This preliminary study demonstrates that rosuvastatin has the good efficacy on the DM patients with mild to moderate CKD received diuretics at high risk with security, which has the certain significance to control CIAKI.

A comprehensive analysis was carried out about the influencing factors of medication safety in the elderly with multiple chronic diseases, who lived in the community and stayed at their own homes.Applicable and simple preventive countermeasures should be established to ensure the medication safety outside medical agency. We should promote extending service of hospitals, cooperate with community and nursing facility in order to increase life quality of the elderly, and supply reference for professional continuous service model including rapid aging, empty nest with advanced age, disability and dementia and elderly people with chronic diseases.

Objective To investigate the influence of EBV infection on the expression of tumor suppressor gene p53. Methods EBER1 in 217 cases of gastric carcinoma were detected with in situ hybridization. Then, EBV positive and negative cases were selected for analysis of the expression of p53 by immunohistochemistry. Results In 217 cases of gastric carcinoma, there were 23 cases with EBER1 positive. The average area (AA), mean absorbency and integral absorbency of p53 expression were higher in EBV positive gastric carcinoma than those in EBV negative. Conclusions EBV infection of gastric carcinoma is closely related to the expression of p53 in this study.

Objective To evaluate the protective effect of adiponectin in early atherosclerosis and the diagnostic value of adiponectin in metabolic syndrome in obese children. Methods Total 176 obese children and 88 normal weight children aged 9-12 years were included in the present study. All participants underwent hematologic and biochemical tests including serum adiponectin, high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP),fasting blood glucose, insulin, and plasma lipids. Homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR)was calculated. Noninvasive ultrasound measurement including intima-media thickness of the common carotid artery(IMT), brachial flow-mediated dilatation (FMD), carotid artery compliance (CAC), and the maximum fatthickness ahead of peritoneum (Pmax) were obtained to investigate arterial mechanical properties and endothelial function. Results (1) The level of adiponectin was negatively correlated with obese index, blood pressure, fasting insulin, hsCRP, HOMA-IR, and IMT(P<0.05 or P<0. 01 ); but not with triglyceride, fasting blood glucose, CAC, high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), and FMD. (2) The risk of metabolic syndrome increased 3.43 times in children with adiponectin level <7. 060 mg/L compared with >7. 060 mg/L. (3)Receiver operating characteristic( ROC ) curve was used to choose the optimal cutpoint of adiponectin to identify obese children with the metabolic syndrome. The area under the curve (AUC) for adiponectin to discriminate the sensitivity of metabolic syndrome was 0. 769 (95% CI0. 714-0.816, P< 0. 0 1 ). (4) The obese children were divided into three groups according to the cut-off value for adiponectin (high, middle, low groups). There were significant differences in the prevalences of severe obesity, visceral fat accumulation, hypertension, insulinemia, low HDL-C, metabolic syndrome among three groups (P<0.05). Conclusions High levels of serum adiponectin could prevent early stage of atherosclerosis. The lower the adiponectin level, the higher the incidence of metabolic syndrome.

9. Effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia on the expression of serum IL-6, IL-8 and CRP in patients undergoing hip replacement
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2020;27(2):188-192
Objective:
To investigate the clinical effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia on the expression of serum interleukin 6(IL-6), interleukin 8(IL-8) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients undergoing hip replacement.
Methods:
From February 2017 to February 2018, 82 patients who underwent hip replacement in Zhuji People's Hospital were selected in the research.According to the random table method, the patients were divided into two groups, with 41 patients in each group. The observation group was given epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia, while the control group was given general anesthesia. The extubation time and recovery time, the scores of MMSE and the changes of inflammatory factors at preoperation, postoperative 3h and postoperative 24h were compared between the two groups.
Results:
The extubation time and recovery time of the observation group [(10.93±2.41)min and (17.85±3.24)min] were shorter than those of the control group [(16.29±2.73)min and (23.94±2.46)min] (

Objective To screen the genes most relevant to lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer and identify the genes at the key knots of the regulatory network to provide the potential targets for cervical cancer intervention. Methods The transcriptional profiling database of TCGA was used, and random forests algorithm was adopted to rank the genes related to lymph node metastasis extracted from GeneCards database.STRING and Cytospace tolls were used to build the interactive regulatory network and identify the most weighted genes localized in the central of the network.DAVID platform was used to perform a functional annotation for the whole geneset. Results We ranked 2784 genes in respect to their potential contributions to lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer and identified the genes at the key knob. The genes related to cancer metastasis were enriched to cytokines pathway, MAPK pathway, wnt pathway, intercellular interaction, adhesive conjunction, cellular skeleton regulation, etc. Some of the identified key genes, like EGFR, NOTCH1, RHOA, etc. have been verified to be closely related cervical cancer metastasis in the basic and clinical research. Conclusion Random forests algorithm is useful, taking advantages of TCGA database, in enriching the genes playing significant role in cervical cancer metastasis.A majority of the genes in the analyzed geneset were indicated to be significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis.
