OBJECTIVE:To improve the quality of outpatient prescriptions and promote clinical rational drug use. METHODS:3 600 outpatient prescriptions prescribed in our hospital in 2007 were randomly sampled for statistical analysis of the problems manifested in the prescriptions. RESULTS:Of the 3 600 outpatient prescriptions reviewed,3 314(92.06%) were nonstandard; the errors totaled 10 014 cases/ times,of which,4 102 were foreword errors and 5 719 were errors in normal text. The irrational use totaled 193 cases/ times. CONCLUSION:Clinician and pharmacists should attach importance to the learning of pharmaceutical and medical knowledge so as to improve prescription quality.

Objective To produce Beidougen dispersible tablets.Methods To optimize formula and technology of Bei- dougen dispersible tablets under the control of multiple quality indexes.Results The formula was as follows:CMS- Na,PVPP and MCC.The granules were prepared with 24 mesh riddles,and disintegration time was 70 seconds.The stability was better.Conclusion The formula is reasonable.

Objective To establish a method for quality control of Tangui Weining granules. Methods TLC was used for the identification of Lignum Santali Albi and Cortex Cinnamomi. HPLC was used for the determination of Glycyrrhizin. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Diamonsil C18(4. 6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm)was used as a stationary phase, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-O. 2 mol/L ammonium acetate solution-acetic acid (60 : 40 : 1), the ducible, and the negative controll did not show interference. Glycyrrhizin was separated completely by HPLC and showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 1568 to 1. 568μg, r=0. 999 8, the average recovery was 99.69 %, and RSD was 0. 58 %. Conclusion TLC is simple, convenient and accurate. The method of HPLC is proved to be simple and accu-rate with a good reproducibility and can be used for the inspection of Glycyrrhizin in Tangui Weining Granules. This study provides a foundation for quality control of Tangui Weining granules.

Objective To study the expression of transient receptor potential channel (TRPC) isoforms (TRPC1,3,4,5,6,7) inrats with cardiac hypertrophy.Methods Thirty adult male SD rats,weighing 200-240 g were divided into surgical group (model group,20 rats) and sham group (control group,10 rats) by random number table according to body weight.Aortic coarctation surgery was performed to establish a rat model of myocardial hypertrophy and the control group did not ligate thoracic aorta,but the same surgical procedure with the model group was performed.After 10 weeks,echocardiography was used to check changes of cardiac function; cardiac tissues of rats were weighed and cardiac hypertrophy index was calculated.Cardiac HE staining was used for observation of myocardial tissue morphological changes.Quantitative RT-PCR method was used for measuring the mRNA expression of TPRC isoforms (TRPC1,3,4,5,6,7).Western blotting assay was applied to detect the protein expression of TRPC4 and TPRC5 in hypertrophic cardiac tissue of rats.The relationship between cardiac hypertrophy exponential and TRPC4,TRPC5 protein expression was studied.Results Echocardiography showed that the septal thickness and posterior wall thickness in model group increased significantly compared with those of the control group [mm:(2.64 ± 0.31) vs.(1.89 ± 0.15),(2.30 ± 0.14) vs.(1.60 ± 0.09),t =9.19,8.57,all P ＜ 0.05].Compared with the control group,cardiac hypertrophy index was significantly increased in model group [(3.21 ± 0.15)vs.(1.82 ± 0.10)mg/g,t =17.02,P ＜ 0.01].HE staining of myocardium showed that cardiomyocyte hypertrophy,abnormal nuclear morphology and significantly enlarged nuclear,and hyperplasia of myocardial interstitial fibrous connective tissue could be seen in model group.The mRNA expression of TRPC4 and TRPC5 was significantly increased in the model group as compared to those of the control group (1.51 ± 0.48 vs.1.22 ± 0.25,1.65 ± 0.35 vs.1.27-± 0.87,t =3.55,4.65,all P ＜ 0.05).The protein expression of TRPC4 and TRPC5 was significantly increased in the model group as compared to those of the control group (1.00 ± 0.54 vs.1.45 ± 0.68,1.00 ± 0.65 vs.1.58 ±0.93,t =5.51,7.10,all P ＜ 0.05).The protein expression of TRPC4 and TPRC5 were associated with cardiac hypertrophy index (r =0.728,0.681,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Expression of TRPC4 and TRPC5 is increased in rats with cardiac hypertrophy.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the establishment and improvement of work system for clinical pharmacist in PIVAS of our province even the country. METHODS:Questionnaire was conducted to investigate the PIVAS directors in the 65 third-grade class A hospitals in China,and the data was statistically analyzed. RESULTS:Totally 65 questionnaires were sent out, 63 were effectively received,with effective rate of 96.9%. 98.4% respondents thought PIVAS should equip clinical pharmacist,but the actual situation in respondent's hospital was not ideal. 100% thought clinical pharmacist in PIVAS should have the ability of prescription checking and prescription evaluation;more than 95% thought clinical pharmacist in PIVAS should assume the medi-cine publicity and education and need to have good communication with clinic;only 42.9% thought clinical pharmacist in PIVAS need to take part in the routine drug dispensing. CONCLUSIONS:It is necessary to equip clinical pharmacist with professional training in PIVAS. Clinical pharmacist in PIVAS should focus their ability on prescription checking and evaluation,medicine public-ity and education,communication with clinic.

Objective:To investigate the effects of attention and interpretation therapy on fatigue and sleep quality in patients with gastrointestinal tumor during chemotherapy.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019, eighty-four patients with gastrointestinal tumor hospitalized in two hospitals (third-grade class-A) in Ningxia were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 42 cases in each group. Patients in the two groups received routine care. On this basis, the observation group received 10 weeks of attention and interpretation therapy. Cancer patients fatigue scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) scale were used to evaluate before intervention, 10 weeks after intervention and 3 months after intervention. SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Independent sample t-test and repeated measure analysis of variance were used for comparison between groups. Results:(1) The time effect, inter group effect and interaction effect of fatigue total scores and each dimension score of the two groups were significant (all P<0.01). Further simple effect analysis showed that there were significant differences in the total score and each dimension score of fatigue between the control group and the observation group at 10 weeks after intervention and 3 months after intervention (all P<0.01). (2) The time effect, inter group effect and interaction effect of PSQI total score, sleep quality, sleep time, sleep disorder score were significant (all P<0.01), but the time effect, inter group effect and interaction effect of sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction and hypnotic drug use score were not significant (all P>0.05). Further simple effect analysis showed that there were significant differences in PSQI total score, sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time and sleep disorder scores between the control group and the observation group 10 weeks after the intervention(PSQI total score (6.83±2.46) vs (10.79±1.01); sleep quality (1.00±0.22) vs (1.24±0.82); sleep time (0.91±0.26) vs (1.40±0.86); sleep time (1.00±0.20) vs (2.02±0.72); sleep disorder (0.79±0.22) vs (1.60±0.59) and 3 months after the intervention(all P<0.01). Conclusion:Attention and interpretation therapy can effectively alleviate the fatigue of gastrointestinal tumor patients during chemotherapy, and improve sleep quality.

OBJECTIVETo establish a quick method for evaluation of the antioxidant activities based on the correlation analysis of lignans content and antioxidant activities of Schisandra chinensis fruits.

METHODThe content of five lignans components in 37 batches of S. chinensis fruits from different regions of Jilin province were measured by HPLC. Simultaneously, the antioxidant activities of the above samples were detected, such as lipid peroxidation inhibition activity in liver (LPIL), kidney (LPIK) and brain (LPIB) and the clearance rate of DPPH (CRD). Bivariate correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were carried out by the software of SPSS for windows 11.5.

RESULTThe results of bivariate correlation analysis showed that deoxyschizandrin was negative correlation (P<0.01) to the activity of LPIL, LPIB, CRD. Schisandrin was positive correlation (P<0.01) to the activity of LPIL, LPIB, CRD. Schisandrol B was also positive correlation (P<0.05 or P<0.01) to the above four kinds of antioxidant activity. The results of stepwise regression analysis were mostly consistent with the bivariate correlation analysis results. For the other 10 batches of samples, the simulated antioxidant activities according to the regression equation calculated was consistent with the measured activities.

CONCLUSIONBy using the bivariate correlation analysis and linear stepwise regression analysis, the bioactive components related to the antioxidant activity of S. chinensis fruits were found. Meanwhile, the antioxidant activity of samples will be inferred according to the content of Schisandra lignans.

Objective Assessment of short?term and mid?term changes of knee cartilage in non?professional long?distance runners before and after marathon using T2 mapping imaging. Methods Twenty?four knee joints of 12 healthy volunteers (5 males and 7 females) who participated in the marathon were examined by 3.0 T MRI one week before the race, within 12 hours after the race and two months after the race, respectively. The age ranged from 21.0 to 37.0 years. Athletes run more than three times a week, and each time was about 30 minutes. From T2 mapping we can obtain T2 value of 6 cartilage subregions of knee joint. Paired t?test was used to compare the T2 values of cartilage before and after the marathon. The comparison between the superficial and deep T2 values of cartilage was performed by independent sample t test. Results T2 mapping imaging showed that the T2 value of the superficial articular cartilage was higher than that of deep articular cartilage in pre?competition, within 12 hours after competition and 2 months follow?up, respectively (t=11.095, 10.385 and 10.102, P<0.01). The T2 value of superficial articular cartilage decreased after the competition compared with that of pre?competition (t=2.18,P<0.05), while the T2 value of deep articular cartilage showed no significant difference compared with that of pre?competition (t=1.832, P> 0.05). Except for the MTP?DZ, the T2 value of the remaining cartilage subregions showed a trend of decrease within 12 hours after the competition. There were significant differences in the subregion of MFC?DZ (t=2.110,P<0.05). At the follow?up of 2 months, cartilage T2 values of the MTP?SZ,LTP?SZ,LTP?DZ,MFC?DZ, Patella?SZ, Patella?DZ, Trochlea?SZ, Trochlea?DZ subregions showed a trend of recovery, and there was no significant difference compared with pre?competition(t=0.857,0.573, 0.146, 0.510,-0.594,-1.135,-0.812,-0.679; P>0.05). The T2 values of the LFC?SZ and LFC?DZ were lower than those before the race, with statistical significance (t=2.378, 3.147,P<0.05). Conclusion T2 value could reflect the change process of articular cartilage tissue composition in marathon runners from T2 mapping imaging. Under stress, the changes of superficial T2 value are more significant. The T2 value of knee cartilage can gradually recover to the pre?run level 2 months after running.
