Objective To investigate the different effects of 2 species of Fructus aurantii immaturus on cardiovascular and respiratory system. Methods The extract of 2 species of Fructus aurantii immaturus were administered to anesthetized rats by duodenum and the dosages were 4.2,2.1 g crude drug/kg respectively. After administration,a continuous observation of blood pressure, respiration and ECG effects for 4 hours were performed. Results Compared with the control group, both of Citrus aurantium and Citrus sinesis exerted a transient increase to respiration rate after 20 min administration. No significant impact was observed during the experiment period on the ECG.The influence of Citrus aurantium on blood pressure was more significant.Compared with the control group, the effects of SBP,DBP and MBP reduced was observed in high-dose group of Citrus aurantium after 40,60,80 min administration, and so in low-dose group of Citrus aurantium after 60 min.The impact duration was up to 2 hours or more. However, the antihypertensive effect of Citrus sinesis was not obvious. And the blood pressure lowering effect of Citrus aurantium was superior to Citrus sinesis. Conclusion The 2 species of Fructus aurantii immaturus exert a transient excitatory effect on respiratory system. And the direct effect of them on heart is not obvious. The blood pressure lowering effect of Citrus aurantium is superior to Citrus sinesis. The attention should be given in the clinical usage of Fructus aurantii immaturus.

Engenfaces is a simple and effective face recognition method based on the relativity of the training set and testing set of face images. However, the correct recognition rate decreases by eigenfaces sharply when the face pose varies.Aiming at improving correct recognition rate in this case,a face recognition approach correlative with face poses is presented. The basic idea is toensure that testing face with particular pose should be matched in the face database whose poses are the same as that of the testing face.Experimental results show the new method gains higher correct recognition rates than traditional eigenfaces method.

Objective To investigate the differentially expressed circulating microRNAs of pancreatic cancer, and of the pancreatic cancer with gemcitabine resistance,to find potential biomarkers for noninvasive diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and the prediction of prognosis of gemcitabine. Methods To screen the highly deregulated microRNAs in the plasma samples of pancreatic cancer, and in the plasma samples ofpancreatic cancer patients with gemcitabine resistance using reverse transcription and quantitative PCR.Results Twenty-eight microRNAs expressing differentially with fold-exchange > 2 was screened out comparing pancreatic cancer and healthy controls, and 28 microRNAs was screened out comparing gemcitabine resistant patients and gemcitabine positive patients. Conclusions There is a specific circulating mIcroRNA profile in pancreatic cancer as well as in pancreatic cancer with gemcitabine resistance. These profiles may have potential in noninvasive diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and the prediction of prognosis of gemcitabine.

α1-Antitrypsin (α1-AT) belongs to serine protease inhibitor (Serpin) superfamily and is the main protease inhibitor in human circulation. It can inhibit many proteases to protect tissues from digradation. The mutant Z (Glu342Lys) of α1-AT predisposes to the early onset of emphysema due to decreased functional α1-AT in the lung and to neonatal hepatitis due to accumulation of α1-AT polymers in the endoplasmic reticulum of hepatocytes, which disrupts the balance between protease and protease inhibitors. This paper reviews recent research progress on the pathogenic mechanism and the prognosis of α1-antitrypsin deficiency.

Objective To study on glycogen assay, polymerae chain reaction, and cell culture for diagnostic value of chlamydia infection of vervical smeat. Methods 106 specimens were examined by using glycogen assay,PCR and cell culture. Results Compared with cell culture, the sensitivity and specifity of glycogen assay are 80.0% and 95.8% ,and the sensitivity and specifity of PCR are 90.0% and 97.9% ,respectively. Conclusion The glycogen assay possesses diagnostic value for chlamydia trachomatis infection of vervical smear.

Complicated characteristic of facial modality acquisition and measurement is commonly needed in clinical environment. Two different methods were compared, one method was acquisition two-dimensional character based on the principle of machine vision with a charge-coupled device (CCD) capturing image, and another method was acquisition three-dimensional character based on the technology of Reverse Engineering with laser scanning capturing image. The principle, composition of the system, calibration and characteristics of different method are analyzed. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional facial data of thirty undergraduates was used to compare different methods. The application and restriction of different methods are concluded. The conclusion of this paper provided a reference for face plastic surgery, facial paralysis, facial surgical evaluation and rehabilitation design.

Objective To study the optimum preparation process of gastrodin liposome, characterization its structure. Methods Perpared gastrodin liposome with film-ultrasonic method. The entrapment efficiency as index, quality between lecithin and cholesterol ratio, oil-water phase volume ratio and ultrasonic time as factors by L9 (34 ) orthogonal test to optimize the preparation process.Observed the liposome morphology, particle size and distribution under the microscope, and determined the entrapment efficiency and stability. Results Regression equation was Y=239.75 +0.0207X(n=5), R2 =0.9996, 0.002 to 0.010 mg/mL had a good linear relationship. The optimum of preparation process: lecithin and cholesterol quality ratio was 4:1, water and oil phase volume ratio of 3:1, ultrasonic time control for 60 min;Liposomes showed spherical or oval shape, regular shape, uniform size. The average entrapment efficiency was 60.65%, the average particle size distribution at 327 nm, and it had good stability. Conclusion The preparation of gastrodine liposome has advantages of simple, higher entrapment efficiency and even particle size. The method can be used for embedded water-soluble medicine.

Objective To investigate prognosis and related factors of infectious pancreatic necrosis(IPN) caused by multidrug-resistant organisms(MDROs).Methods Clinical data of 53 IPN patients admitted to a hospital between October 2010 and March 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, patients were divided into MDRO infection group and common bacterial infection group according to antimicrobial resistance of pathogens isolated from peripancreatic drainge fluid, prognosis and related factors of two groups were compared. Results Among 53 IPN patients with confirmed evidence for pathogenicity,33(62.3%)were in MDRO infection group, and 20(37.7%)were in common bacterial infection group, the most common MDROs isolated from peripancreatic drainage was multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (MDRO-AB) (37.5%,18/48).The mortality of IPN patients was 30.2% (16/53),mortality of MDRO infection group was higher than common bacterial infection group(39.4% [13/33] vs 15.0% [3/ 20],P<0.05);the severity score, length of intensive care unit (ICU) stay, and hospitalization expenses in MDRO infection group were all higher than common bacterial infection group(all P<0.05).The mortality of IPN patients were closely associated with MDRO infection and severity score of acute pancreatitis (all P < 0.05).Conclusion Prognosis of patients with MDRO infection is poor, treatment is difficult,MDRO infection has become one of the most important challenge to the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Objective To understand the distribution of iNOS in the ovary, oviduct and uterus of mouse(2 5 days of pregnancy). Methods Immunohistochemistry(LSAB) was used in this study. Results iNOS occured in the luteal cells of all detected ovaries. In the oviduct tissues, iNOS was only found in the mucosa. It also appeared in the epithelia of endometrium and the metrial glands of all detected uterus. In the decidua of both day 4 and day 5 pregnant mice and the day 5 embryo surface, there are the presence of iNOS. Conclusion iNOS can be found in the ovaries, oviducts and uterus during 2 5days of pregnant mice, which suggests that iNOS plays a role in the development of early mouse embryos and the implantation.
