Objective To study the action of Mycoplasma genitulium (Mg) in pathogenesis of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods Mg culture and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were perfomed on prostatic secretion specimens from 987 patients with chronic non-bacterial pristatitis and 125 healthy men. Results ①The positive rate of Mg in the prostatic secretion from the 987 patients was 31.5% (302/987). Among the 302 positive cases, 153 cases had other pathogens, of which Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) was the most (128). ②In the controls, the positive rate of Mg was 2. 53% (3/125). Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different doses of propranolol in treatment of infantile mixed and deep hemangioma,and to provid theoretical and experimental evidence for the treatment of hemangioma. Methods The selected 62 patients with mixed and deep hemangioma were divided randomly into low dose (1.5mg·kg-1 ·d-1 )and high dose (3.0 mg·kg-1 ·d-1 )of propranolol groups,3 times a day,6 months as a course,the changes in hemangioma size and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results The efficacy was evaluated using Achauer system.The total effective rate was 80.65% in low dose of propranolol group and 93.55% in high dose of propranolol group,including 6 cases of class Ⅰ (poor),9 cases of class Ⅱ (moderate), 11 cases of classⅢ (good),and 5 cases of class Ⅳ (excellent)in low dose propranolol group;while 2 cases of class Ⅰ (poor),4 cases of class Ⅱ (moderate),10 cases of class Ⅲ (good)and 15 cases of Ⅳ (excellent)in high dose of propranolol group.The efficacy in high dose of proprandol group was significantly better than that in low dose of proprandol group (P<0.05),there were no significant differences in the efficacies between different sites and different types (P>0.05)and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of oral 3.0 mg·kg-1 ·d-1 propranolol in treatment of infantile mixed and deep hemangioma is increased significantly, and there is no significant adverse reactions after increasing doses.Therefore,high dose of propranolol should be recommended in order to improve the therapeutic effect.

Objective To observe plasma resistin levels in patients with essential hypertension (HT) of Xinjiang Kazakans and Han nationalities, and explore its association with insulin resistance (IR), blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure and obesity. Methods Total 127 Kazakan cases and 131 Han cases were selected as the subjects. According to their blood pressure, they were divided into HT group of Kazakans, control group of Kazakans, HT group of Hans and control group of Hans. Blood pressure, height, weight, waist circum-ference (WC) and hip were measured. Plasma resistin, fasting insulin(FINS), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), total cholesterol (TC), tri-glyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C), apoprotein-A1( Apo-A1)and apoprotein-B(Apo-B) were determined. Body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio ( WHR), body fat percentage ( BF% )and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index ( HOMA-IR) were calculated. Results Plasma resistin levels in the HT groups of Kazakans and Hans were significantly higher than those in their control groups ( P<0.01 ). There were no significant difference in the comparison of plasma resistin levels in HT groups or control groups between Kazakans and Hans ( P>0.05). Plasma resistin was posi-tively and significandy correlated with age, systolic blood pressure (SBP), WC, BMI, WHR, BF%, FlaG, FINS, HOMA-IR, TG in HT groups of Kazakans and Hans ( HT group of Kazakans, r=0.492,0.296,0.281,0.648,0.263,0.515,0.742,0.759,0.797,0.595; HT group of Hans, r=0.417,0.275,0.391,0.483,0.278,0.318,0.453,0.560,0.641,0.310; P<0.05). After the influential factors such as age, blood glucose, blood lipids and obesity were adjusted, plasma resistin level in four groups were still positively and significantly corre-lated with FINS and HOMA-IR ( HT group of Kazakans, r=0.432,0.410 ; control group of Kazakans, r=0.327,0.305 ; HT group of Hans, r=0.426,0.425 ; control group of Hans, r=0.377,0.392 ; P<0.05), but not correlated with SBP or DBP( P>0.05 ). HOMA-IR, FPG and BMI were independent factors for plasma resistin level in HT group of Kazakans, while HOMA-IR, FlaG and BF% were inde-pendent factors for plasma resistin level in HT group of Hans. Conclusion Plasma resistin level was increased in patients with HT of Kaza-karts and Hans. Close correlations between resistin and obesity, blood glucose and IR were found, and there may be indirect correlation be-tween resistin and blood pressure.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of long-pulsed tunable Nd: YAG laser on capillary hemangioma and to analyse its influencial factors. Methods A retrospective review was conducted on 124 patients with 135 vascular lesions treated with long-pulsed tunable Nd:YAG laser from February, 2007 to January, 2008. Working parameters, including spot size (3-5 mm), pulse duration (10-30 ms) and fluence (120-200 J/cm2) were determined based on the size, color and depth of lesions and adjusted according to the immediate reaction of lesions. The interval of two treatments was 1 month. Results Of the 135 lesions, 100 experienced a more than 95% subsidence, 22 achieved 60%-94% subsidence, 11 got 30% -59% subsidence, and 2 reached less than 30% subsidence. The cure rate and effective rate were 74.07% and 90.37% respectively. Smaller lesions showed a better response to the treatment than larger ones (P<0.0001), whereas the sites and depth of lesions had no effect on the efficacy (both P>0.05). Atrophy scar occurred in 4 (2.96%) lesions, and blisters in 12 (8.89%) lesions after the treatment. No purpura or pigmentary changes occurred. Conclusion The long-pulsed tunable Nd:YAG laser is an effective treatmnt for capillary hemangioma with fast action and few side reactions.

Objective:To treat the mixed and deeper infantile hemangioma with ladder dosage propranolol, and to explore its efficacy and safety.Methods:A total of 98 infants with hemangioma were treated by ladder treatment of propranolol.Before treatment,comprehensive assessments of electrocardiogram(ECG),heart color ultrasound, blood glucose,liver function,kidney function,myocardial enzymes and blood routine were conducted.After excluding contraindications,the dose of propranolol incrementally doubled from 0.5 mg·kg-1·d-1 to 4.0 mg·kg-1·d-1.Propranolol was taken 3 times a day.Before and after medication for 1 and 2 h,ECG was monitored.The changes of tumor size,texture,color and other changes or an onset of adverse reactions were dynamicly observed.The infants were visited every month.The efficacy was evaluated using Achauer system.Results: After medication,98 cases had different degrees of color changes or tumor consistency softening.After the dosage of propranolol was increased to 4.0 mg·kg-1·d-1,the change of tumor was the fastest.According to the 4-grade method, there were 84 cases(85.71%) as gradeⅣ (excellent),2 cases (2.04%) as grade Ⅲ (good),4 cases (4.08%) as gradeⅡ (medium)and 8 cases (8.16%) as gradeⅠ (poor).The curative effect of mixed hemangioma was better than that of deeper hemangioma(P<0.05).The recovery time of 74 cases of hemangiomas was 6 months.The major adverse reactions were heart rate decline(5/98,5.10%),drowsiness(3/98,3.06%),diarrhea(7/98,7.14%),loss of appetite (1/98,1.02%), and convulsions (2/98,2.04%).After treatment,all adverse reactions disappeared.Two months after drug withdrawal there were 4 cases of recurrence,and they were continously treated with propranolol.Conclusion: The efficacy of oral ladder dosage propranolol in treatment of mixed and deeper infantile hemangioma is increased significantly and there are no significant adverse reactions.

Objective To observe the synthesis of melanin and tyrosinase activity of the cultured normal human melanocytes after treated with baicalin and NB-UVB, and to provide theoretical evidence for study on the new therapy method of vitiligo.Methods The normal human menlanocytes cultured in vitro were divided into control group,different concentrations of baicalin groups,different doses of NB-UVB group and baicalin combined NB-UVB group.The proliferation rate of melanocytes was measured by MTT assay,the level of melanin was tested by NaOH pyrolysis,and the tyrosinase activity was measured by dopa oxidization.Results Compared with control group,the proliferation rates in 10-4 mol·L-1 baicalin group and 30 mJ·cm-2 NB-UVB group had no significant difference(P>0.05 ). Compared with control group, the levels of melanin and tyrosinase activities in baicalin group,NB-UVB group and combined group were increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01);compared with baicalin group and NB-UVB group,the level of melanin and tyrosinase activity in combined group were increased(P<0.01). Conclusion Baicalin combined with NB-UVB has better promotion effect on melanin synthesis than used alone.

Cellulases are relatively costly enzymes that are sold in large volumes for use in different industrial applications, and a significant reduction in cost will be important for their commercial use in biorefineries. The production of cellulase is a major factor in the hydrolysis of cellulosic materials. Hence it is essential to make the process economically viable. A strain (L-06) with high cellulase activity was screened from rice straw compost and classified as Penicillium decumbens by the analysis of its morphology and 18S rRNA gene sequences. Different conditions of liquid fermentation medium including nitrogen source, carbon source, surfactant, temperature, initial pH, inoculation quantity for the production of cellulase had been studied. The maximal beta-1, 4-glucosidase(BGL) activity was 1662 u/mL which is 1.49 times of the previous and the maximal exo-beta-1, 4-glucanases(CBH) activity was 2770 u/mL which is 1.36 times of the previous, cultured in the optimal condition for three days. And the maximal endo-beta-1, 4-glucanases (EG) activity was 18064 u/mL which is 1.87 times of the previous and the maximal filter paper enzyme(FPase) activity was 4035 u/mL which is 1.47 times of the previous, cultured in the optimal condition for four days. In the optimization experiments, the EG and CBH in the culture condition (pH10) maintained 70% and 43% activity. In the culture condition (50 degrees C) EG and CBH maintained 59% and 68% activity, which showed heat and alkali resistant characteristics.

AIM：To establish a project management tool to measure the working ability of research coordinators and the workload of clinical trial projects, and optimize medical institutions or clinical trial site management organization (SMO) allocation basis of clinical trial items by collecting the work stress and personal ability values of clinical coordinators. METHODS: Different words in the five major databases were searched and information on the work capacity and workload in the Subei People' s Hospital was collected. In addition, the paper analyzes the characteristics of coordinators working pressure source by SPSS26.0 statistical software and stability coefficient method. RESULTS: The study established the clinical research coordinator's personal ability - assessment tool (CRCPA-AT) and clinical trial project workload - assessment tool (CTPW-AT) to assess the coordinator's working ability and clinical trial workload. The two tools in this study were tested retrospectively in 61 coordinators and 144 clinical trials, 39 (66.1%) coordinators' projects were reasonably allocated, 18 (30.5%) coordinators were in the state of theoretical pressure and 12 (20.3%) coordinators had high actual pressure, which matched with the theoretical pressure. CONCLUSION: In this study, two scoring scales were established to quantify the working ability of the coordinators and the workload of clinical trial projects. Through the verification of the 61 coordinators and its management projects, the Likert5 point scoring method was used to analyze, more than 86.4% of the actual pressure of coordinators was consistent with the theoretical pressure quantified by the tool.
