Rhoptry proteins are the major virulence factors of Toxoplasma gondii. They locate in different parts of the host cells and can affect the membrane cytoskeleton structure and active factors of the host cells so as to block the cell intrinsic de-fense mechanisms of the host and let T. gondii invade parasitize and proliferate in the host successfully. The function and ac-tion mode of rhoptry proteins reflect the pathogenic mechanism of T. gondii which holds great significance to looking for toxo-plasmosis drug targets and developing molecule vaccines. This paper reviews the research progess of the interaction between rhoptry proteins of T. gondii and host cells.

Purpose To investigate the adverse reactions and management in the process of transvaginal real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography (3D-HyCoSy).Materials and Methods A total of 976 patients with infertility accepting 3D-HyCoSy in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, from December 2014 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The pain degree was evaluated using visual analog scale (VAS).Adverse reactions, including contrast countercurrent, vomiting, syncope and allergies, were recorded. The relationship between adverse reactions and ultrasound imaging signs was explored. Results There were 66 cases (6.76%) of VAS grade 0,346 cases of mild pain (35.45%),374 cases of moderate pain (38.32%) and 190 cases (19.47%) of severe pain. With the increase in the degree of tubal obstruction, the degree of pain gradually increased.Pain was the most common adverse reaction among patients, followed by vomiting (15 cases,1.54%),syncope (1 case,0.10%),and allergies (1 case,0.10%).The incidence of contrast countercurrent was 12.30% (120 cases). The adverse reaction incidence of patients with abnormal ultrasound imaging signs was significantly higher than that of patients with normal signs (x2=29.02,P<0.01).Conclusion With the extensive use of 3D-HyCoSy examination, its clinical application value has attracted a lot of attention, meanwhile, the understanding of its safety and related adverse reactions should also be improved. The state of patients should be closely observed before, during and after 3D-HyCoSy.Medical personnel should watch out for syncope and allergic reactions, and prepare for emergency management.

A 38-year-old woman presented with a 20-year history of yellow papules and band-like atrophy on the right neck. The lesions developed slowly and were asymptomatic. There was no history of long-term sun exposure or family history of similar diseases. Skin examination revealed multiple irregularly sized yellow papules and plaques on the right anterior neck following cleavage lines, multiple pin cap-sized perifollicular papules on the posterior right neck. Well-defined band-like atrophic patches with fine wrinkling were observed in the whole right neck, giving an aged appearance. The skin of the left neck was nearly normal. Pathological examination of biopsy specimens from the yellow papules showed a normal epidermis, scant lymphohistiocytic and melanophage infiltrates around the vessels in the superficial dermis without solar degradation. The collagen bundles in the mid dermis were slightly thickened and arranged tightly in parallel to the skin surface with the absence of inflammatory infiltrate. Verhoeff-van Giesen's staining confirmed a nearly complete absence of elastic fibers in the mid dermis as well as obvious swelling and breakage of resident scant elastic fibers. Von Kossa's staining was negative. Based on the above findings, the diagnosis was made as unilateral mid-dermal elastolysis.

Objective To evaluate the status and influencing factors of early ambulation in patients following postoperative gastric cancer, and provide evidence for making reasonable evaluated standard to patients. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate the early ambulation of 108 patients following postoperative gastric cancer from June 2013 to August 2014. Results The mean time of first ambulation was(30.82±13.83)h in 108 patients, and the average distance was(13.14±14.68)meters. 51 cases completed the early ambulation and accounted for 47.2%. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that postoperative pain and postoperative fatigue could greatly affect early ambulation of patients following postoperative gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusions Postoperative pain intervention and postoperative fatigue management benefits to the early ambulation for patients following postoperative gastric cancer.

Objective To explore the effect of assessment criteria in early ambulation of gastric cancer patients after surgery. Methods Totally 327 gastric cancer patients from January 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object by convenience sampling method. All patients were randomly divided into the control group ( n=160) and the observation group ( n=167) by throwing a coin. Patients in the control group received routine nursing before surgery, while patients in the observation group were assessed by postoperative assessment criteria of early safety ambulation. The status of postoperative early ambulation and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, the proportion of ambulation within 24 hours after surgery was 80.2%, and it was 46.9% in the control group (χ2=39.439,P<0.05). The satisfaction degree towards nursing work in the observation group was 95. 8%, and was significantly higher than that in the control group ( 81. 2%) . The situation of observation group with early ambulation is better than that of control group (χ2=9.115,P<0.05).Conclusions Assessment criteria of early ambulation for patients with postoperative gastric cancer is benefit for developing early postoperative ambulation and improving the satisfaction degree towards nursing.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of fumigating and washing therapy with Chinese medicine bath, sitz bath and flushing method in patients after hemorrhoidectomy. Methods A total of 180 patients with henorrhoidectomy were selected as the research object and participated in the research in Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM and Jiangsu Hospital of integrated TCM and western medicine.According to random number table, they were assigned to the bath group, the sits bath group and the flushing group, with 60 cases in each group and 30 cases in each research center. The pain after surgery, around anus edema and intertion status of wounds in three groups were compared. Results The results showed that the scores of postoperative pain were gradually decreased. The score of postoperative pain at 7th day was (2.32±0.82) points in the flushing group;(2.65±0.04) points in the bath group, and (3.05±0.02) points in the sitz bath group (P<0.05).The difference of pain scores at other time was not significant (P>0.05).No significant difference in around anus edema and intertion status of wounds among three groups (P>0.05).Conclusions Chinese medicine flushing therapy offers a better pain relief than sitz bath and bath method. There are no significant differences in shorting the time of wound healing and reducing the around anus edema.
