Objective To explore the effect of flow yoga on balance ability and fear of falling of community patients with stroke.Methods Divided 92 community patients with stroke into the intervention group (46 cases) and the control group (46 cases) randomly,routine community nursing cares were used in the control group,while the flow yoga were used in the intervention group in addition.The berg balance scale,single direct question of fear of falling and modified falls efficacy scale were used to evaluate balance ability and fear of falling after the intervention between the two groups.Results The patients' balance ability was (48.28±10.64) in the intervention group,which was significant higher than that of in the control group (32.04±11.42),t=6.316,P＜0.05.The fall efficacy in the intervention group was (132.03±27.38),which was significant higher than that of in the control group (108.74±25.68),t=8.256,P＜0.05.The rate of fear falling in the intervention group was 26.09％(12/46),which was significant lower than that of in the control group (32.16T％,15/46),x2=6.545,P＜0.05.Conclusion Flow yoga can improve stroke patients' balance ability and reduce fear of falling.

Objective To detect the levels of serum procollagen type Ⅲ (PCⅢ), Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C) ,laminin ( LN ) , erythropoietin ( EPO ) and thrombopoietin ( TPO) in patients with acute and chronic leukemia. Methods PCⅢ , Ⅳ-Cand LN levels were determined by radioimmunoassay and TPO,EPO levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,for 26 acute leukemia patients,16 chronic leukemia patients,and 16 normal controls. Results PC Ⅲ[(164.02 ± 118.53) μg/L], Ⅳ-C[(66.54 ± 19.48) μg/L] ,LN[(122.85 ±25.10)μg/L], EPO[(52.90±34.87)mU/ml]and TPO[(642.54±318.49)ng/L]levels of patients with acute and chronic leukemia were higher than that of the healthy control group before chemotherapy (P ＜ 0. 05). EPO [( 72. 21 ± 52. 15 )mU/ml]and TPO[(642.54 ±318.49)ng/L]levels of acute leukemia patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P＜0.05),while PC Ⅲ ,Ⅳ-C,LN levels had no significant difference(P ＞0.05). There was no significant difference before and after chemotherapy for PC Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C,LN,TPO and EPO levels of chronic leukemia patients (P＞ 0.05). Conclusion PC Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C,LN,TPO and EPO of patients with acute and chronic leukemia were abnormal, and dynamic monitoring of EPO and TPO levels could reflect the effect of AL chemotherapy, but conld not contribute to the prediction of CML blast crisis.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the supportive group therapy on the psychological traumatic in the nurses who experienced a violence event.Methods 58 nurses were enrolled in this study and randomly arranged to therapy group and control group.Ninety minutes group psychotherapy was used in the therapy group once weekly and last 6 weeks,and no any intervention method was used in the control group.For both groups,evaluations were conducted at three time points that was baseline,immediately after the completion of the intervention and 3 months after the completion of psychotherapy.Evaluations were conducted using the Impact of Event Scale-Revised (IES-R) and Profile of Mood States (POMS).Results The reduction of the total scores of ISE-R and flashback factor,hyper-arousal factor,avoidance behavior factor in the therapy group were higher than those in control group (-5.00 (3.89) vs-1.48 (3.05),P ＜ 0.01 ;-1.53 (1.46) vs-0.60 (1.90),P ＜ 0.05 ;-1.97 (2.71) vs-0.18 (1.76),P ＜ 0.01 ;-1.50 (2.60) vs-0.70 (2.08),P ＜ 0.01,respectively).Both the reduction of total scores of PMOS and the tension-anxiety factor and depression-dejection factor scores on the POMS differed significantly between the two groups(-2.80 (19.40) vs-0.41 (14.05),P ＜ 0.01 ;-1.85 (3.64) vs 0.37(3.40),P＜0.01 ;-1.10(6.52) vs 0.13(4.30),P＜0.01,respectively).All these effects maintained 3 months after the psychotherapy completion.Conclusion The group psychotherapy can alleviate the psychological traumatic of nurses experienced violence events,and it can be used to protect the mental health of these nurses.

Objective To explore the effect classroom teaching quality evaluation on the improve-ment of teaching quality. Methods In-service teachers offering classes to undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine during the period of 2010 to 2011 in Tangshan Clinical Hospital of Hebei Medical University were enrolled as research objectives. Totally 128 teachers(majored in 16 disciplines), screened out from the enrolled teachers, met the criteria and passed through the evaluation in terms of class quality of lessons. They were arranged in descending order and the top 15%were grouped as the preeminent group while the 15%at the bottom were classified as standard group and the rest 70%as good group. Descriptive analysis was made to appraise results from four respects:major and discipline, records of formal school-ing, professional ranks and titles and length of teaching experience. Results Based on the analysis of teaching situation in major disciplines, the top 3 disciplines possessing the largest proportion of preemi-nent teachers were neurology ( 50%) , otolaryngology-head and neck surgery ( 40%) and surgery (20.6%). When it comes to the analysis of formal schooling records of teachers , there is no distinct dis-crepancy in rate of standard reaching between teachers with postgraduate degree and teachers with gradu-ate degree. However, rate of standard reaching was slightly higher in teachers with other degrees than teaching with undergraduate degree or above. In the analysis of professional ranks and titles, the proportion was 94.6%in teachers with senior professional title(associated senior professional title and senior profes-sional title) and the teachers with medium grade professional title only occupied a proportion of 5.4%. In the dimension of teaching years, rate of outstanding and good teachers was relatively high in teachers with 8 teaching years and teacher with less than 3 teaching years, whereas the outstanding rate was low and rate of standard reaching was high in teachers with the 3-4 teaching years. Conclusions Measures to enhance the quality of teaching can be found out according to the analysis of influencing factors of teaching quality evaluation.

Purpose To improve the understanding of features and diagnostic value of PET/CT imaging in primary tracheal cancer as it is a rare disease.Materials and Methods The18F-FDG PET/CT image data of 11 patients with primary tracheal cancer confirmed pathologically were retrospectively analyzed. The contrast-enhanced CT scan was performed in 9 patients. The PET/CT and contrast-enhanced CT imaging data were analyzed.Results Out of the 11 cases, 5 were adenoid cystic carcinoma, 4 were squamous cell carcinoma and 2 were adenocarcinoma. Endotracheal round or elongated uptake lesions were found in PET imaging. The maximum standardized uptake value of adenoid cystic carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were 4.5±1.2, 8.1±1.7 and 4.5±2.4, respectively. The accuracy of diagnosis of PET/CT was 100%(11/11). Soft tissue density nodule or mass in trachea was found in CT scan. The accuracy of CT diagnosis was 81.8% (9/11). Among the 9 patients who underwent enhanced CT scan, 3 had significantly enhanced lesions and 6 had moderate enhanced ones. Mediastinal lymph node metastasis was found in 1 patient. There was no distant metastasis in all the 11 patients.Conclusion Primary tracheal cancer has features of PET/CT imaging such as soft tissue nodules or mass in tracheal lumen or on its walls accompanied by FDG increase. The utilization of metabolic and anatomic imaging of PET/CT has great significance in clinical diagnosis and therapy of primary tracheal cancer.

Objecttive To explore the effect of medical polyacrylamide hydrogel on the ultrastructure of human fibroblasts.Methods 22 hyperplastic fibropeplos around the medical polyacrylamide hydrogel in mammaries after augmentation mammoplasty by injection of medical polyacrylamide hydrogel were obtained by operations.The tissues were observed with the transmission electron microscope and at the same time photographs taken.Results Most of cell organoles dissolved and disappeared;Most of the cristaes and membranes of mitochondria coalesced or disappeared;rough endoplasmic reticulum expanded.Most of the cristaes and membranes coalesced or/and disappeared.The phenomenon of shed particle was observed in some of the rough endoplasmic reticulum.Conclusion The medical polyacrylamide hydrogel obviously injures the ultrastructures of human fibroblasts.

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and trend of human brucellosis in Zibo.Methods The data of brucellosis was derived from China information system for diseases control and prevention, from the epidemiology case study and outbreak event of brucellosis.Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the incidence, the distribution of time, region and population, the transmission, seropositive rate of vulnerable groups, and the epidemiological characteristics of the cases from 2006 to 2014.Results A total of 541 brucellosis cases were reported between 2006 and 2014, the incidence rates increased from 0.16 per 100 000 to 4.94 per 100 000, and cases were found in about 65％ (62/95) of the towns.The disease showed a seasonal cycle with peak period between March and August annually, accounting for 70.61％ (382/541) of the total cases.Vocational high risk population were animal keepers, butchers, sellers and producers, accounting for 73.20％ (396/541), and foodbome infection accounted for 9.61％ (52/541).A total of 8 outbreak events were reported from 2006 to 2014.Conclusions The incidence of brucellosis has increased and the epidemic areas have expanded year by year.Spring and summer are the peak seasons of the disease.Foodborne infection is increasing.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Dong’s Pushing Epiglottis Cartilage Method for the treatment of children food retention through randomized, parallel and controlled clinical trial.Methods Totally 72 children diagnosed with children food retention were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 36 cases for each group. Children of the treatment group were treated with Dong’s Pushing Epiglottis Cartilage Method, while children of the control group were treated with acupuncture Four Seam. The clinical symptoms, gastric half-emptying time and antral contraction frequency of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results After treatment, integral of clinical symptom in both groups were obviously improved compared with before treatment (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, gastric half-emptying time and antral contraction frequency of the both groups were obviously improved, with significant difference (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 97.2% (35/36) and the control group was 94.4% (34/36), with no significantly difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Dong’s Pushing Epiglottis Cartilage Method has relatively good clinical efficacy for the treatment of children food retention.
