Objective To know the sleeping quality of clinical nurses in Urumqi, and analyze the influencing factors, put forward the corresponding countermeasures for different factors to improves the sleeping quality. Methods Randomly selected 407 nurses in clinical departments as the research objects in Urumqi top three hospitals, using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI) and general situation questionnaire to investigate, and then analyzed the results of the survey. Results The incidence rate of sleeping disorders in emergency nurses was the highest (80.00%), followed by pediatric, intensive department, internal medicine, surgical department, operating room, outpatient and others was the lowest (39.02%). Gender (t=-2.015, P =0.045), age (F=8.509, P =0.000), establishment(F=3.609, P =0.013) were the influence factors of PSQI scores. Only the difference of the scores of hypnotic drugs between different ethnic groups was significant, P<0.05, while the others had no significant difference, P>0.05. Conclusions Poor sleeping quality of nurses existed in every department, its sleeping quality status, department, gender, age and establishment have certain correlation, interventions should be strengthened, to improve the overall level of sleeping.

Objective: To study the antioxidation and effects of water soluble extract from Natto on hyperlipidemia. Methods: The model of experimental hyperlipidemia was induced by high cholesterol diet. 18 rabbits were divided into 3 groups : model group, natto extract group and control group. Results: The natto extract could reduce the blood total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), malon-dialdehyde (MDA), atherogenic index (AI) of experimental rabbits 39.88% , 44.54% , 48.84%, 48.25% and 70.20%, respectively, and increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), superoxide dismutase(SOD) 75.81% and 38.32%, respectively. Natto extract could prevent effectively the fatty degeneration of liver cells observed by pathological sections. Conclution: Natto extract can efficiently prevent the formation of experimental hyperlipidemia.

We analyzed the cost effectiveness of four different surgical methods (A,B,C and D) in treatment of hepatic echinococcosis.Totally 757 cases of hepatic echinococcosis surgery clinical data and cost information of hospitalized cases were collected from nine hospitals in Xinjiang during 2005-2013.The clinical effects, cost effectiveness ratio and incremental costeffectiveness ratio were analyzed and compared. The total complication rates were 15.8%,9.2%,0% and 2.9%;the recurrence rates were 7.3%,6.2%,0% and 0%;the cure rates were 77.8%,84.6%,100.0% and 97.1%;the cost (RMB) were 11 947.3,18 543.6,25 510.7 and 18 877.4,cost-effectiveness ratio were 153.6,219.1,255.1 and 194.3,incremental cost-effectiveness ratio /C//E were 964.4,610.4 and 358.0 respectively for group A,B,C and D.The results after adjusting of price factor were consistent with original cost effectiveness analysis. The complete resection of inner and outer capsule (D) is the most effective and economical way of clinical operation and may worthy be promoted in treatment of hepatic echinococcosis.

Objective To explore the methods of cerebral palsy registration. Methods The operation of cerebral palsy registration in Jiamusi was introduced, including the development of the management system, and contents, steps and notices of registration. Results 51 cases with cerebral palsy in Jiamusi were registered from Januaray 1st, 2002 to December 31st, 2011. Conclusion Less children with cerebral palsy had registered, and received insufficient rehabilitation.

To study the morphological characteristics of hepatic stem cells and the expression of HGF, IGF-I, TGFbeta1 and their receptors in human embryonic livers at 3-5 weeks of gestation. The SABC immunohistochemical method with HE counterstaining was employed. We found that the hepatic bud formed at the end of the 3rd week. At the 4th week, the cells of hepatic bud migrated into the septum transversum mesenchyme and formed the hepatic cords. The hepatic cells at 3-4 weeks displayed the typical characteristics of immature cells: small size, a round or ovoid nucleus with dark color, scant cytoplasm with slight blue and a high ratio of nuclei/cytoplasm. They were positive for alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP), c-Met and negative for cytokertin 19 (CK19), and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). At the 5th week, compared to those at the 4th week, the number of cells within the hepatic cords increased. But the cells at the 5th week were homogeneous and displayed the typical characteristic of immature cells. Those cells began to express PCNA at the 5th week. The hepatic cells at the 5th week were positive for insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I), transforming growth factor beta1 (TGFbeta1) and their receptors, and were negative for hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), while HGF were positive in the cardiac cells and septum transversum mesenchyme. The results indicated that the cells of hepatic bud and cords were the hepatic stem cells. The difference of morphology and proteins expression at 3-5 weeks of gestation inferred that those stem cells belong to different developmental stage. AFP and c-Met were the markers of hepatic stem cells at the early stage of human embryo. HGF, IGF-I, TGFbeta1 and their receptors may involve in regulating the development of early embryonic human liver.

Objective To investigate the relationship between pulmonary arterial ( PA) enlargement and pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods From December 2012 to June 2016,78 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in the Eighth People's Hospital of Qingdao were selected. According to pulmonary CT findings, they were divided into two groups : PA enlargement group (38 cases) was PA>3.0cm,normal PA group(40 cases) was PA≤3.0cm.FEV1and FVC of stable phase were compared. Results The FEV1of men in the A enlargement group was (1.08 ±0.44)L,that in the normal PA group was (1.44 ±0.66)L,the difference was statistically significant (t=2.27,P=0.028).The FEV1of women in the PA enlargement group was (0.90 ±0.41)L,which in the normal PA group was (1.35 ±0.58)L,the difference was statistically significant (t=2.28,P=0.026).Correlation analysis showed that the diameter of PA was negatively related with FEV 1/FVC(r=-0.509,P=0.001),PA enlargement was related with lung function decline. Conclusion COPD patients with PA enlargement are more associated with accelerated loss of lung function and should be treated early.

OBJECTIVETo analyze a fetus with abnormal cardiac ultrasound by using various techniques and explore its genotype-phenotype correlation.
METHODSLymphocytes derived from umbilical cord blood sample were subjected to G-banding analysis. Short tandem repeats quantitative fluorescence PCR (STR-QF-PCR) was used for analysis of fetal DNA as an auxiliary test. Low-coverage whole genome sequencing (WGS) was used to detect chromosomal deletion/duplication which exceeded 100 kb in size.
RESULTSThe karyotype of the fetus was 47,XN,+mar. As detected by STR-QF-PCR, the copy number of GATA178F11 locus on chromosome 18 was 4, and the duplicated fragment was derived from the mother. WGS suggested that the fetus to be 46,XN,dup(18p11.21p11.32).seq [GRCh37/hg19](10 001-15 378 887)× 4, with the duplicated fragment spanning approximately 15.38 Mb.
CONCLUSIONThe cardiac malformation of the fetus may be attributed to the partial duplication of chromosome 18p. Combined cytogenetic and molecular methods can facilitate prenatal detection of genetic abnormalities.
