Objective To detect the risk factors for type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A case-control study was conducted,136 hospitalized DN patients and 152 hospitalized type 2 diabetic patients without DN as control group were enrolled in the study.Information including demographic characteristics, history of diabetes and diabetic nephropathy, behaviors, social psychological characters, clinical data and laboratory data was collected retrospectively.Statistic methods including ?2 test,u test and non-conditional logistic regression were conducted to detect the risk factors of DN.Results Between the cases and the controls, there were significant differences in the course of diabetes mellitus(DM),being complicated with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic foot, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, pulse pressure, laboratory features as tiglyceride, total cholesterol, creatinine, uric acid, and behaviors including control of systolic blood pressure, exercise after DM.Results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that course of DM(OR=2.48 95%CI:1.87~3.42),being complicated with hypertension(OR=1.38 95%CI:1.09~1.62) and blood creatinine level(OR=6.23 95%CI:3.03~9.82) were risk factors for DN.Conclusion Longer course of DM,with hypertension and high level of blood creatinine were the risk factors of DN.DM patients should strictly control their blood pressure and blood sugar, periodically inspect renal function and blood creatinine, and correct dyslipidemia to prevent the development and progression of DN.

To investigate the immunological enhancement effects of IL-2 with different doses in chicken Shigella vaccine on the duodenum mucosa in Gushi chicken, parental line Gushi chicken were grouped and inoculated with Shigella vaccines including different dose of IL-2.And then the distribution and change of SIgA positive cells and its secretion in the duodenum of the chicken were observed with the immunohistochemistry technology using the Qwin image analysis system.SIgA postive cells were distributed and located primarily in inhesion membrane and enteraden cavity of the duodenum mucosa, additive IL-2 in the Shigella vaccine could increase secretion of SlgA positive cells and strengthen the immunity of the birds,in some degree. The 50 μg IL-2 in the vaccine could display a optimal immunological enhancement effect.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the genetic differentiation and phylogenetic relationship between Whitmania pigra Whitman and Hirudo nipponia Whitman.
METHODBy the sequences of the rDNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) the molecular phylogenetic tree was constructed by MP method using software MEGA 4.0.
RESULTThe average length of ITS was 857.2-861.2 bp. The A, T, G and C contents in this fragment were 25.12%, 28.28%, 17.34%, 29.29%, respectively. The GC content was higher than the AT content. Little sequence variation was observed in ITS gene fragments with in species, and transition in only 45 loci was revealed in 14 populations. 14 W. pigra and H. nipponia populations were clustered into 2 groups by MP phylogenetic tree.
CONCLUSIONThe results also showed that the intraspecific variation was dominated in variation types of W. pigra and H. nipponia. The classification result of W. pigra and H. nipponia and its adulterants based on DNA sequences are not totally consistent with those based on classification. It showed that a little of mutation of base in ITS sequences had occurred in the process of evolution, such as transition cites, transvertion cites among base or base gap.

In order to better construct important diseases of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) clinical re-search base , and strengthen the construction of medical and clinical research of TCM information sharing sys-tem, Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has constructed research type clinic. The con-struction idea of research type clinic is the mode of real world TCM clinical research . The construction of research type clinic mode was from three aspects, which were the clinical research, health management and distinctive diagnosis and treatment .

OBJECTIVETo examine the quality of Whitmania pigra from the different populations to provide the basis for new species selection.
METHODThe contents of the moisture, alcohol extractive, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, and the activity of antiplatelet aggregation enzyme of wild and the breeding W. pigra were determined by the methods were determined in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition). The contents xanthine and hypoxanthine by HPLC.
RESULTIt showed that the contents of the alcohol extractive, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, antiplatelet aggregation enzyme, and xanthine and hypoxanthine content of the breeding population in Nanjing are lations. Many quality indexes of the breeding in Zhejiang Tongxiang base were beffer than the wild.
CONCLUSIONThe breeding W. pigra are good in quality, It suggested large-scale promotion of aquaculture.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(12):1337-1340
Literature, achievements and other materials on acupuncture-moxibustion standardization research in recent years were collected and summarized domestically and overseas. The process of acupuncture-moxibustion standardization in China was reviewed through two phases. Also,we compared domestic acupuncture-moxibustion standardization study with the foreign one. It is considered that its domestic development is sound but challenged by world competition in its internationalization. Going forward,acupuncture-moxibustion standardization system is needed to be completed and become international. Contemporary techniques should be used including big data, artificial intelligence, internet of things, and cloud computing, etc., and its application engineering research will be improved so as to drive Chinese medicine modernization.

Purpose:
This study aimed to identify the altered pathways and genes associated with freezing damage in human sperm during cryopreservation by multiomics analysis.
Materials and Methods:
Fifteen fresh human semen samples were collected for transcriptomic analysis, and another 5 fresh human semen samples were obtained for metabolomic analysis. For each semen sample, 1 mL was cryopreserved, and another 1 mL was left untreated for paired design. The results were then combined with previously published proteomic results to identify key genes/pathways.
Results:
Cryopreservation significantly reduced sperm motility and mitochondrial structure. Transcriptomic analysis revealed altered mitochondrial function, including changes in tRNA-methyltransferase activity and adenosine tri-phosphate/adenosine di-phosphate transmembrane transporter activity. Metabolomic analysis showed that the citrate cycle in mitochondria was significantly altered. Combining transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic analyses revealed 346 genes that were altered in at least two omics analyses. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis showed that metabolic pathways were significantly altered and strongly associated with mitochondria. Five genes were altered in all three omics analyses: COL11A1, COL18A1, LPCAT3, NME1, and NNT.
Conclusions
Five genes were identified by multiomics analysis in human cryopreserved sperm. These genes might have specific functions in cryopreservation. Explorations of the functions of these genes will be helpful for sperm cryopreservation and sperm motility improvement or even for reproduction in the future.

Syndromes of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were analyzed to provide guidance for clinical practice and to improve accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnoses and efficacy of TCM treatment. A total of 860 cases with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were selected from TCM Clinical Research Information Sharing System for TCM clinics and research. Syndromes were automatically extracted with the cluster method and were analyzed to provide objective evidence for clinical studies. Final syndrome classifications were recognized and confirmed by clinical experts. Popular syndromes included Qi and blood deficiency, blood stasis and obstruction collaterals, liver depression and spleen deficiency, and Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Syndromes Qi and blood deficiency and blood stasis and obstruction collaterals accounted for 28.61% of total syndromes, whereas liver depression and spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation and blood stasis accounted for 26.44%. The main syndrome elements comprised Qi deficiency, blood deficiency, blood stasis, and Qi stagnation.
