Objective To investigate the variation of cytokines IL-4, IL-1? and TNF-? before and after the onset of pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) and to discuss the role of cytokine in the pathogenesis of PIH. Method A prospective cohort study of 550 pregnant women were followed. Plasma drawn from 25 women who developed moderate and severe PIH and 30 controls at 12~16 and 32~36 gestational weeks were analyzed. Objective To investigate the effects of local mild hypothermia on the expression of EMAP-Ⅱ and proEMAP-Ⅱ after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats and to explore the possible neuroprotection mechanism of mild hypothermia.Methods Forty-four male Wistar rats were divided randomly into a sham-operation group (Sham),a normothermia group (NT) and a hypothermia group (HT).Middle cerebral artery occlusion was performed using Longa's method,and reperfusion was allowed after 2 hours of occlusion.Mild hypothermia (33.0 ± 0.5)℃ for 6 hours was initiated at the start of reperfusion,followed by rewarming.Brains were harvested after 6,12,24,48 and 72 hours of reperfusion and used for HE staining to evaluate cellular apzoptosis and immunohistochemical staining for detecting the expression EMAP-Ⅱ and proEMAP-Ⅱ.Results The expression of EMAP-Ⅱ and proEMAP-Ⅱ in the ischemic penumbra was significant at 6 hours in the normothermia and hypothermia groups.It peaked at 12 hours in the normothermia group and 24 hours in the hypothermia group,and then decreased gradually.At 72 hours the expression of EMAP-Ⅱ and proEMAP-Ⅱ in the ischemic penumbras was very close to that in the sham group.EMAP-Ⅱ-positive cells were significantly fewer in the hypothermia group than in the normothermia group at all time points.ProEMAP-Ⅱ-positive cells were significantly more numerous in the normothermia group than in the hypothermia group at 6,12 and 24 hours.Conclusions Mild hypothermia (33.0 ± 0.5) ℃ has a valid neuroprotective effect which involves reducing EMAP-Ⅱ and proEMAP-Ⅱ expression in the ischemic penumbra and inhibiting apoptosis and inflammatory reactions after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,at least in rats.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of aerobic exercise training on plasma apolipoprotein in severe simple obese children.Methods7 severe simple obese children had 10 week exercise training and plasma apolipoprotein AⅠ(ApoAI) and B (ApoB) were tested before and after training. ResultsComparing with the control group, the ApoB in obese children increased significantly <0.01) and reduced after aerobic exercise training (P<0.05). The ApoAⅠ in obese children showed a decreasing intendcy (P>0.05). ConclusionThe aerobic exercise training may improve the plasma apolipoprotein.

Objective To study the effects of fat grafting on partial jaw deformity.Methods A total of 19 cases of partial jaw deformity.were used fat grafting in past 2.5 years,from January 2012 to June 2015.All analyses were to find suitable fat grafting method for partial jaw deformiw.Fat graft was obtained by low pressure suction and low speed centrifugation.Results A lot of 15 patients in this group had been followed up for 6 months to 2 years.9 patients was satisfied with once fat grafting and 6 with twice.Conclusions Fat grafting provides a useful alternative to partial jaw deformity with normal occlusion.But it also remains to be seen what the forward effects of fat grafting on partial jaw deformity are.

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a worldwide health problem and vertical transmission is the main source of chronic infection in Asian countries. Breakthrough perinatal HBV transmission occurs in 10%-15% of infants born to pregnatal women with high viral load even with appropriate postexposure immunoprophylaxis. Management of chronic hepati?tis B (CHB) during pregnancy remains a challenge, with unique issues that involve prevention of mother-to-child transmis?sion (MTCT) and safe use of antiviral therapy. Previous studies indicate that antiviral therapy with analogs (Lamivudine, Tel?bivudine or Tenofovir) may prevent vertical transmission during late pregnancy in highly viremic mothers. This article sum?marized relevant studies that antiviral therapy in preventing MTCT of hepatitis B virus.

Objective To study the status quo of nursing human resource configuration and structure of neonatology department in China's economically developed areas.Methods Using judgment sampling and multi-stage stratified sampling,investigations were conducted by the self-designed questionnaire in letter in 2012.Results In 2012,both the bed nurse ratio(1:0.79) and doctor nurse ratio (1: 1.22) met the Health Ministry's standards (1:0.58-0.61 and 1: 2) respectively.Age distribution of neonatology nursing staff was from 25 to 34 years old (55％).The distribution of wordng experience was average.Nurses with junior college degree as the main body took up 48％,with primary title as the main body 66％,and the appointment system accounted for 42％.The nursing personnel with young ages,senior skilled,higher education degree,and advanced titles were concentrated in Grade Ⅲ-A hospitals and public hospitals of women and children.In terms of distribution equity,two Gini coefficients of geographical and population distribution were both less than 0.35 and near zero,which indicated relatively perfect equity.Conclusions The stock and per capita of neonatology nursing human resources in China's economically developed areas were insufficient in the long run and showed imbalanced allocation among hospitals with different levels.The allocation structure failed to meet the needs of nursing disciplinary development.

Objective To explore the effects of 14-3-3 γ gene on dopaminergic neurons of PD rat model.Methods 6 hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) was injected into the corpus striatum of 60 SD rats to establish PD model.A week later,Ad/14-3-3 γ was injected into the corpus striatum of 16 rats,while PBS and Ad-LacZ were injected into the corpus striatum of 16 and 28 rats,respectively,as control.X-gal dyeing was utilized to examine the LacZ reporter gene expression in the corpus striatum at 3 day,2 week and 6 week.Real-time PCR was utilized to test the expression level of 14-3-3 γmRNA at 2 weeks after Ad/14-3-3 γ injection.Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect TH positive neurons and fibers in the corpus striatum and substantial nigra.Western blotting was performed to check the expression of 14-3-3 γ in the corpus striatum at 2 weeks and caspase-3 at 6 veeks after Ad/14-3-3 γ injection.High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was used to examine the contents of DA and DOPAC in the corpus striatum.The rats underwent rotational ethological examination at 1,2 and 6 weeks after the second injection.Results The expression of β-gal,which showed the successful LacZ gene transfection,was found in the corpus striatum of LacZ groups.The 14-3-3 γ mRNA and protein expression in the corpus striatum were significantly higher in the Ad/14-3-3 γ group than in the other two groups.The TH-positive cell ratio of substania nigra to contralateral area in the lesion side was 0.44±0.17 and the optical density (OD) of TH-positive fibers was 0.62±0.14 in the Ad/14-3-3 γ group,both higher than those in PBS group (0.16±0.13 and 0.36±0.15) and LacZ group (0.15±0.09 and 0.30±0.11) (all P＜0.01).The contents of DA and DOPAC in the lesion sides of corpus striatum were increased in the Ad/14-3-3 γ group [(248± 116)ng/g and (752±177) ng/g] than in PBS group [(106±35) ng/g and (724±159) ng/g] and LacZ group [(136±49) ng/g and (765±163) ng/g] (P＜0.01).The DA and DOPAC ratios of the lesion side of corpus striatum to the contralateral side were 0.37±0.14 and 0.38±0.17 in the Ad/14-3-3 γgroup,higher than those in PBS group (0.15±0.08 and 0.13±0.10,respectively) and LacZ group (0.19±0.11 and 0.16±0.09 (all P＜0.01).The expression level of caspase-3 was decreased in Ad/14-3-3 γ group than in PBS and LacZ groups at 6 weeks after the second injection.The turns/min induced by apomorphine in Ad/14-3-3 γ group were 9.4 ± 2.5 at 1 week after the Ad/14-3-3 γinjection,and reduced to 4.6±2.2 at 6 weeks later.While in PBS and LacZ group,the turns were 14.5±4.9 and 13.8±3.5 at 1 week after the second injection,6 weeks later rised to 18.7±5.2 and 20.6± 6.7 respectively,significantly higher than those in Ad/14-3-3 γ group (all P＜0.01).Conclusions 14-3-3γ gene transfer has a protective effect on the dopaminergic neurons and it may be a promising candidate gene for curing PD.

Objective To describe the characteristics of the criss-cross heart with comprehensively segmental echocardiographic scanning in order to explore the diagnostic value of the echocardiography.Methods Ten cases of criss-cross heart were retrospectively reviewed with 2-dimensional,color Doppler echocardiography to summarize the main diagnostic methods.Results The right ventricle was located superiorly and the left ventricle inferiorly in 9 patients and paralleled alignment in 1.The solitus situs was observed in 9 patients and dextrocardia in 1;the atrioventricular connections were concordant in 8 patients and discordant in 2.Echocardiography revealed that 5 patients presented with transposition of great artery and 5 with double outlet of right ventricle as well as all with ventricular septum defect.Conclusions Clear visualization is available with echocardiography to show the crossing inflow streams at the level of atrial-ventricular valve,abnormal alignment of the ventricular septum as well as the associated abnormalities.

Objective To study the effects of rehabilitation training on the expression of Nogo-A around the area of cerebral infraction using rats. Methods A total of 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into a reha- bilitation group and a control group after an experimental cerebral infarction had been established in them. The ani- mals in the rehabilitation group were given exercise with a rotating bar, a balance beam and a rolling cage for one hour daily, while those in the control group were caged without any abnormal exercise. Nogo-A expression in the ar- ea surrounding the infarcts was detected by imunohistochemical techniques at the 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day after infarction. Meanwhile, neurobehavioral evaluations were also conducted. Results The animals in the rehabilitation group scored much lower than the controls in the behavioral evaluations at the 14th, 21st and 28th day. The expression of Nogo-A in tissues around the infracted area increased by the 7th day and peaked at the 21st day in both groups, but the expression of Nogo-A was significantly stronger in the rehabilitation group at the 14th, 21st and 28th days. Conclusion Rehabilitation training decreased the expression of Nogo-A in the brain of rats after infarction. This may have important implications for the functional recovery of the central nervous system.

Objective To discuss the worthiness of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in researching normal fetal heart ventricle growth and systolic function. Methods End-systolic volume(EDV),end-diastolic volume(ESV), struggle volume(SV) and ejection fraction(EF) of 54 normal fetal were acquired from 3-D data by Qlab software. The relation between ventricular growth with pregnant week was analysed and the difference of the volume and systolic function between left ventricle with right ventricle were compared. Results Ventricular volume of normal fetal heart (EDV,ESV,SV) were all increased with the gestational ages,there was linear relativity between them,while EF was not increased with pregnant weeks,there was no linear relativity between them. There was no statistics difference on EDV and ESV between left ventricle and right ventricle, while there was statistics difference on SV, EF between them. Conclusions The image of fetal endocarium could be derived clearly by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography, which help to get fetal heart ventricular volume and to study fetal heart growth and function.
