Objective To compare the effects of nerve block using diprospan, triamcinolone and lysinipirium on cervicogenic headache (CEH).Methods Sixty CEH patients were randomly divided into three groups (20 cases in each group), treated by occipital nerve block and C2 neural blockade with diprospan, triamcinolone and lysinipirium respectively, combined with a mixture of 0.4% lidocaine. All patients in three groups were evaluated by numeric rating scales (NRS) for pain degree and range of motion of the neck (ROM) before and after the nerve block. Results The scores of NRS decreased significantly and ROM improved in all groups after treatment ( P<0.01). There were no significant differences between diprospan group and triamcinolone group, but these two groups had a better effect than lysinipirium group ( P<0.01).Conclusion Nerve block using diprospan and triamcinolone can obtain a significant effect in the treatment of CEH.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(11):1018-1019
Objective To investigate the relationship between pulsed radiofrequency voltage and therapeutic effect on idiopathic trigeminalneuralgia. Methods 22 idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia patients treated with standard pulsed radiofrequency ineffectively and other 22 patientswith satisfactory effect were included. The pulsed radiofrequency voltage, electric resistance, stimulating voltage and postoperativecomplications were compared. Results Pulsed radiofrequency voltage in the effective group was more than that in ineffective group (P<0.01). More patients suffered from mild numbness in the pulsed radiofrequency effective group (P<0.01). Conclusion The pulsed radiofrequencyvoltage is an important factor affecting the therapeutic effect.

Objective To realize the relationship between substance P(SP) and abnormal gastrointestinal tran- sit. Methods By radioimmunoassay, concentration of SP in sigmoid mucosa was determined in 12 healthy volun- teers, 15 slow and 10 fast transit patients. ResultsThe concentration was (27.68±15.42)μg/g, (24.07+5.76)μg/g and (28.61± 18.34)μg/g,respectively. They had no statistical difference. Conclusion There was no relationship be- tween concentration of SP in sigmoid mucosa and abnormal gastrointestinal transit.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by spiral CT on severe trigeminal neuralgia in the oldest old patients. Methods 21 patients above 80 with severe idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by spiral CT. They were assessed with numeric rating scales (NRS) and the complication were observed. Results The scores of NRS decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.01). No serious complication was observed after treatment. One patient recurred 23 months after operation, and the pain released after radiofrequency thermocoagulation once again. Conclusion Radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by spiral CT is effective and safe for severe trigeminal neuralgia in the oldest old patients.

Objective To establish written and electronic archives of Schistosoma japonicum antibody indirect hemagglutina-tion(IHA)tests. Methods In the process of schistosomiasis screening by IHA,the written records, electronic records, and se-rum sample bank were combined to make comprehensive archives. Results The S. japonicum antibody IHA test archives can pre-serve the schistosomiasis screening data in the long term and even can trace the source of experiments, and the operation was sim-ple. Conclusion The archives of S. japonicum antibody IHA tests are simple and useful, and worth of popularization.

Objective To improve the usage of foam dressing at the sacrococcygeal region and observe its application effect. Methods A total of 80 hospitalized patients with high risk of pressure ulcer were chosen during May to December 2015 as study objects. Patients were drawn into the observation group and the control group, each group contained 40 members. Proper-cutting foam dressings and normal foam dressing were applied in patients by the observation group and the control group individually. Researchers made records by comparing and analyzing the usage time of dressing and the skin intact of two groups. Results The observation group used foam dressing (1.88±0.12) blocks per person, foam dressing use time was (3.87±0.34) d per block, and in the control group, they were (2.60±0.38) blocks per person, (2.13±0.89) d per block, there was significant difference between two groups (t=11.427, 11.551, P<0.05). The skin integrity rate of the observation group and the control group were 95.0%(38/40) and 75.0%(30/40), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.275, P<0.05). Conclusions This study shows that the foam dressing need to be cut appropriately before pasting so that the clinical nurses can observe patient's skin conveniently. Once the skin has pressure red, the nurse can take timely measures to deal with it, which can decrease the incidence of pressure sores. The cutting dressing prolongs the period of using without removing the viscose part, which also can reduce the medical expenses.

Objective To clone express and purify Schistosoma japonicum fructose?1 6?bisphosphate aldolase SjFBPA in E. coli and observe its expression in different developmental stages of S. japonicum. Methods FBPA gene was amplified from S. japonicum adult worm cDNA by using PCR. The amplified product was recombined into pET28a plasmid and inducibly expressed with IPTG in E. coli BL21. SDS?PAGE and Western blotting were employed to analyze and identify the recombinant protein SjFBPA rSjFBPA . Then rSjFBPA was purified by chromatographic purification and its purity was analyzed by SDS?PAGE. The protein concentration of rSjFBPA purified was measured by the BCA method. Furthermore SjFBPA mRNA was ana?lyzed in different developmental stages of S. japonicum by RT?PCR. Results SjFBPA was successfully amplified by using PCR and identified by restriction enzyme digestion and sequencing. The Western blotting analysis confirmed that the recombinant pro?tein could specifically reactive to the anti? His?tag monoclonal antibody. The concentration of the purified recombinant protein was about 4 mg/ml. The result of RT?PCR showed that SjFBPA mRNA was expressed in cercaria schistosomulum adult worm and egg of S. japonicum. Conclusion SjFBPA is successfully recombined and expressed in a prokaryotic system and SjFBPA mRNA is expressed in cercaria schistosomulum adult worm and egg of S. japonicum.
