1.Clinical application of the mobile system for ward rounds

Objective: To explore a method that is effective and at the same time friendly to all types of patients, as digital medical records now being applied widely and wireless network universalized. Methods: In 2009, our hospital started using mobile systems for ward rounds, making sure of the data collection and transmission. Results: The application of this mobile system improved the efficiency of clinical medical nursing and service quality. Conclusion:The mobile system has brought historical revolution to traditional model of clinical medical treatment, nursing and hospital management, etc. It has prominent value for improving the hospital’s business and service quality, controlling the inefficiency and improving benefits of both economy and social.
2.Voltage of Pulsed Radiofrequency and Therapeutic Effect on Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

Objective To investigate the relationship between pulsed radiofrequency voltage and therapeutic effect on idiopathic trigeminalneuralgia. Methods 22 idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia patients treated with standard pulsed radiofrequency ineffectively and other 22 patientswith satisfactory effect were included. The pulsed radiofrequency voltage, electric resistance, stimulating voltage and postoperativecomplications were compared. Results Pulsed radiofrequency voltage in the effective group was more than that in ineffective group (P<0.01). More patients suffered from mild numbness in the pulsed radiofrequency effective group (P<0.01). Conclusion The pulsed radiofrequencyvoltage is an important factor affecting the therapeutic effect.
3.Ambulatory Nursing for Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation on Severe Trigeminal Neuralgia in the Aging People

Objective To explore a modality of ambulatory nursing care applied to the elderly patients with severe trigeminal neuralgia treated by radiofrequency thermocoagulation.Methods42 patients were equally assigned into 2 groups: group A(n=21) aged from 40~60, and group B(n=21) aged from 80~92. Pertinent nursing measures were assessed for risks of ambulatory surgery, including psychological care before surgery and intensive observation during surgery. The pain was assessed with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) between the groups and before and after surgery, as well as complications.ResultsNo significant difference of the VAS scores was found between the groups before and 2 weeks after surgery (P>0.05), while the score of VAS decreased in two groups 2 weeks after surgery(P<0.01). No severe complication occured in the groups after surgery.ConclusionIt is safe and effective to apply the modality of ambulatory nursing care for the elderly patients with severe trigeminal neuralgia treated by radiofrequency thermocoagulation.
4.Nursing requirements and information management strategies of infusion outpatients in emergency department

Objective The care requirements and the waiting time of infusion outpatients in emergency department were evaluated to innovate the mode of outpatient and emergency infusion management. Methods 400 infusion outpatients were randomly assessed with the care requirements assessment form which were designed by ourselves. Results The accurate, timely medication treatment and care, a quiet, comfortable environment and the sharply puncture technique were wanted by most outpatients. Conclusions Information management mode-wireless mobile outpatient infusion management system, provides a technologically advanced, safe, reliable, practical solutions for emergency fluid management.
5.The application value of combination of ambroxol and fluid-micronized ipratropium bromide in treating senile refractory pneumonia

Objective To investigate the application value of combination of ambroxol and fluidmicronized ipratropium bromide in full dose and frequency in treating senile refractory pneumonia.Methods From January 2010 to November 2013,84 cases of elderly patients with refractory pneumonia were divided into 3 groups.On the basis of anti-inflammatory and symptomatic treatment,the control group (n=28) received routine sputum suction and normal saline irrigation;the routine dose group (n=28) received the intravenous ambroxol 15 mg twice daily and the inhalation of 2.5 ml of nebulized ipratropium bromide once daily plus treatment in control group while full dose group (n=28) received intravenous ambroxol hydrochloride 30 mg three times a day and the inhalation of 2.5 ml of nebulized ipratropium bromide four times a day.The severity of pulmonary infection was described by clinical pulmonary infection score (CPIS) and C reactive protein (CRP),and therapeutic efficiency was evaluated by clinical symptom remission time,average hospitalization days and effective rate.Results At the 5 day and 10 days after treatment,the CPIS in full dose group was (4.82 ± 1.21) scores and (4.39± 1.03),respectively,C-reactive protein (CRP) was (58.11 ± 11.12) mg/L and (57.57±12.69) mg/L respectively,and these CPIS and CRP values at the 5 day and 10 days were significantly lower than those in the control group (6.10 ± 1.10) scores and (5.36 ± 0.95) scores,(74.50± 12.79)mg/L and (68.46± 13.77) mg/L (all P<0.05).The above Values were lower as compared with those [(5.43±0.84) and (5.21 ±0.83),(65.11 ±834) mg/L and (59.11± 13.77) mg/L (P< 0.05)] in routine dose group.The CPIS and CRP concentration in full dose group and routine dose group were lower at the 10 days than at the 5 days (P<0.05).Besides,clinical symptom remission time (4.43 ± 1.75) days,average hospitalization duration(26.32 ± 4.92) days in full dose group,clinical symptom remission time (5.68 ± 2.29) day,average hospitalization (32.21 ± 5.63) days in conventional dose group were significantly lower than in the control group (7.79±2.74) and (36.71 ± 11.78) days (P < 0.05).Clinical manifestation,time of remission,and average hospitalization days of the full dose group were also reduced as compared with the conventional dose group (P<0.05).The efficiency rates in the three groups of control,conventional dose and full dose were 42.9% (12/28),71.4% (20/28),92.9% (26/28),among which the efficiency of full dose group was significantly higher than those of the control group and the conventional dose group,(x2 =16.047,6.788,P<0.01).The conventional dose group showed a higher efficiency than the control group (x2 =4.667,P < 0.01).Conclusions Combination of ambroxol and fluid-micronized ipratropium bromidet in full dose and frequency for treating senile refractory pneumonia is a useful managemen in the elderly patients.

7.Diagnosis of Papillary Carcinoma of Ampulla by Contrast-Enhanced Spiral CT after Low Tension and Drinking Water

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced spiral CT after low tension and drinking water in papillary carcinoma of ampulla. Methods CT manifestations of papillary carcinoma of ampulla comfirmed pathologically in 20 cases were analysed retrospectively emphasized in artery phase on contrast CT which was performed after injecting 654-2 20 mg and drinking 300~500 ml water.Results Of all the cases , only 2 cases showed tumor filling defect in the descending part of duedenum nearby pancreas on routine CT, but all the cases showed more or less tumor filling defect on contrast-enhanced spiral CT . The diameters of the tumor were between 0.8 to 2.6 cm,2 cases with head of pancreas affected,the diameters of the tumor were between 2.4 to 2.6 cm.There were 2 cases with lymph node metastasis nearby duedenum.All the cases showed expansion of gallbladder ,intrahepatic duct and choledochus expanding in the liver. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced spiral CT after low tension and drinking water is superior to routine CT in determining the size and morphosis of tumor.
8.Effect of Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation Guided by Spiral CT on Severe Trigeminal Neuralgia in the Oldest Old Patients: 21 Cases Report

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by spiral CT on severe trigeminal neuralgia in the oldest old patients. Methods 21 patients above 80 with severe idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by spiral CT. They were assessed with numeric rating scales (NRS) and the complication were observed. Results The scores of NRS decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.01). No serious complication was observed after treatment. One patient recurred 23 months after operation, and the pain released after radiofrequency thermocoagulation once again. Conclusion Radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by spiral CT is effective and safe for severe trigeminal neuralgia in the oldest old patients.

Rhesus monkey (Macaca mulatta)ABO blood typing was carried out by agglutination test with anti human sera, and monoclonal antibodies against A and B blood group antigcus Blood Samples of 113 monkeys were tested. The results showed that there wete no human like A and B agglutinins and anti-A and anti-B agglutnins on the surface of the red blood cells and in the sera of monkeys. How ever human like blood group substances were found in monkey's galiva lemonsliated by agglutination inhibition test. The ABO phenotype frequoncies of Rhesus monkey were as follows: A-17. 70 %;B-52,21 %;AW-20, 36% and O-9. 73 % which of ther from foreign reports.
