Currently, although surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR) is still the golden standard in treatment of severe aortic stenosis according to the guideline, transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is gradually becoming a common treatment for patients who are prohibitive or in high risk for SAVR.Recently, the valve manufacturers, including medical companies in China, are making their utmost to develop valve device, leading remarkable results achieved by TAVI.With the complications being controlled,TAVI displays promising future. It is likely that TAVI is expected to become a substitute for SAVR to treat patients with aortic stenosis or even aortic regurgitation.

OBJECTIVE: To study the sedative and antistress action of Shenqiwuweizi capsule. METHODS: The sedative and hypnotic experiments were made to observe the action of Shenqiwuweizi capsule on the mice's sleep induced by pentobarbital sodium at subthreshold dosage or hypnotic dosage. The swimming and hypoxia tolerance experiment were performed to observe the effects of Shenqiwuweizi capsule on the swimming time and hypoxia tolerance time in mice. RESULTS: Shenqiwuweizi capsule could obviously prolong the sleeping time of mice induced by pentobarbital sodium, increase the number of sleeping animals caused by pentobarbital sodium at subthreshold dosage, and significantly prolong the time of swimming and hypoxia tolerance in mice. CONCLUSION: Shenqiwuweizi capsule had sedative and anti-stress action.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2009;34(11):1390-1394
OBJECTIVETo compare and classify the samples of Angelica sinensis from 36 different areas in Gansu province.
METHODThe HPLC was used to detect samples, and the computer aided similarity evaluation was used to analyze the fingerprints. Similarity combined with principal component analysis (PCA) and multidimensional pattern recognition of Euclidean distance were used to compare and classify the samples of A. sinensis in different areas.
RESULTIt was found that the quality of A. sinensis is closely related to the growth environment.
CONCLUSIONThis method could be used to classify the samples of A. sinensis from a variety of sources.

Objective To investigate whether chlorophyllin could protect human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) against oxidative damage by inducing the expression of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and to explore the underlying mechanism. Methods The cellular protection of chlorophyllin against oxidative damage was detected by cell-survival assay with flow cytometry. The level of free radicals was detected directly by electron spin resonance spectra. The induced expression of HO-1 was shown by RT-PCR,Western blot, immunofluorescence confocal laser microscopy and enzymatic activity test.Whether the activation of PI3K/Akt pathway was involved was detected by Western blot. Results Chlorophyllin could protect HUVEC against oxidative damage caused by H2O2 via scavenging the excessive free radicals.Chlorophyllin treatment could induce expression of HO-1 in a dose- and time-dependent manner. The activation of PI3K/Akt pathway was required in the induction of HO-1.LY294002,the specific inhibitor of PI3K,could suppress the activation of PI3K/Akt and the induced expression of HO-1 in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusions Chlorophyllin shows cellular protection against oxidative damage by counteracting the excessive free radicals.Up-regulation of HO-1 expression plays a pivotal role in the protection of chlorophyllin, while the activation of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is required in the induction of HO-1.
6.Treatment of allergic bronchial pulmonary aspergillosis
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(22):1751-1753
Allergic bronchial pulmonary aspergillosis is a kind of lung disease that is a body of the parasitic in the bronchial aspergillus caused by allergic reactions. This disease usually occurs in patients with asthma and cystic fibrosis.Due to China's high incidence of asthma,to improve the awareness of asthma in patients with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis and timely treatment are particularly important.Glucocorticoid inhibition of immune inflammatory response combined with antifungal agents to reduce fungal load is the main treatment. There are also anti-IgE treatment and other treatment.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2021;29(11):864-868
Intracerebral hemorrhage is a kind of nervous system disease with high mortality and disability. By analyzing the clinical variables closely associated with the functional outcome of intracerebral hemorrhage, a scoring scale that can quickly predict the outcome of intracerebral hemorrhage is established, which is helpful to guide clinicians in risk stratification and clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. At present, more than 10 clinical outcome scoring scales have been developed. This article summarizes these scoring scales of intracerebral hemorrhage in chronological order, and reviews their constituent variables, outcome evaluation value, and follow-up verification.
