1.The Value in the Treatment of Ovulation Obstructive Barrenness Detected by Ultrasonography

Purpose To explore the observation to the growth, development, and the ovulation process of ovarian follicle through B-mode ultrasound and the value in the treatment of ovulation obstructive barrenness. Methods Monitor through B-mode ultrasound the development of ovarian follicle to 52 cases patients with ovulation obstructive barrenness from the nineth day of menstruation, mainly recording the umbers of ovarian follicle in ovarium and the numerial number in length and breadth. Results Through induced ovulation to 52 cases patients, there were 37 cases ovulators whose ovarian follicle were mature, account for 71% and there were 28 cases of fertilized patients. Conclusion B-mode ultrasound is a valuable medium to monitor growth and development of ovarian follicle and is of great importance in the treatment to ovulation obstructive barrenness.
2.Effect of Wenxin Particle Combined with Amiodarone on Premature Ventricular Beats

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Wenxin Particle combined with amiodarone in the treatment of premature ventricular beats.Methods 78 cases with premature ventricular beats were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=38).The observation group was treated with Wenxin Particle and amiodarone,the control group was treated amiodarone with only.The improvement of clinical symptoms and premature ventricular beats and the side effects were observed.Results Total effective rate was 78.94% in control group,92.50% in observation group.There was a significantly statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin Particle combined with amiodarone in treating premature ventricular beats can improve the clinical effect and have no obvious side effect,so it is worth being used widely.
3.Research progress of Kangai injection in the treatment of lung cancer

In recent years,the research of Kangai injection,which is one of TCM anti-tumor injections,has been recognized as the most active areas of tumor treatment.To lung cancer patients,solo Kangai injection therapy could improve their quaility of life.It can also increase the efficiency,enhance the immune function,decrease the incidence of toxicities and adverse reactions when it has been combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy.Overall,Kangai injection is effective in improving therapeutic effect and reducing side-effects of chemotherapy or radiotherapy.This article will discuss about recent research status of Kangai injection in the treatment of lung cancer.
4.Preliminary Study on the Mode of Inheritance of Male Pattern Alopecia (MPA)

95 probands' family frees of MPA have been studied by the methods of simple segregation analysis and estimation of heritability. The result shows that MPA may be caused by different hereditary patterns. In the families with affected parents and vertical transmission. MPA may be caused by an autosomal dominant (AD) gene, making up 56.84% (AD) and 2.11% (reduced penetrance). It also shows that MPA may be due to polygenic inheritance.
5.The Value of Utilizing Ultrasound Technique to Diagnose theAbortion and Make its Prognosis in the Early Pregnancy

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of abortion in the early pregnancy.Methods 653 women who had the symptoms such as transvaginal blooding and abdominal pain in the early pregnancy were underwent transvaginal sonography or abdominal sonography,followed up and observed them in different types in the coming days.Results Among the 653 early-abortion women,there were threatened-abortion in 298 cases,incomplete-abortion in 114 cases, complete-abortion in 56 cases, inevitable-abortion in 141 cases and delayed-abortion in 44 cases.Conclusion Clinical trials showed that using ultrasound to check for abortion in the early stages has its value in practice.Because it makes clinic can be diagnosed and treated in time.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common psychiatric illness in children.ADHD is characterized by inattention ,hyperactivity and impulsivity, which can seriously disturb patients'study and work.Patients with ADHD suffer from impaired cognitive function.The conventional neuropsychological tests can assess the cognitive function of patients, but it can be affected by subjective factors.Electrophysiological techniques and brain image technology, however, can detect the cognitive function of ADHD patients objectively.In recent years, researchers have made great processes in exploring the cognitive function of ADHD patients with the help of these technologies.And this review summarizes the progresses of cognitive function detecting techniques in ADHD.

8.Determination of in Vitro Drug Release of Baicalin Liposomes by HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of in vitro drug release of Baicalin liposomes.METHODS:The separation was performed on a C18 column(150mm?4.6mm,5?m)at 25℃;the mobile phase was composed of methanol-water-phosohoric acid(47∶53∶0.2)at a flow rate of 1.0mL?min-1.The ultraviolet wavelength was set at 280nm and the sample size was 10?L.RESULTS:The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 1.01~80.80?g?mL-1(r=0.999 8)and the average recovery rate was 100.05%(RSD=0.93%).CONCLUSION:The method is sensitive,simple and accurate,and applicable for the study of in vitro drug release of Baicalin liposomes.
9.Beta-tricalcium phosphate combined with organic polymer as bone scaffolds:scaffold preparation and application

BACKGROUND:Studies have shown that theβ-tricalcium phosphate can be combined with other macromolecular compounds to improve the mechanical strength and histocompatibility, meeting the requirements of clinical application. <br> OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the selection and preparation methods of composite scaffold in bone tissue engineering, and to describe the problems we are facing. <br> METHODS:The first author retrieved PubMed, Google Scholar, CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP databases by computer using the keywords of“β-tricalcium phosphate,β-TCP, PLGA, PLA, scaffold, prepare”in English and Chinese, respectively. <br> RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:β-tricalcium phosphate combined with polylactic acid-glycolic acid/polylactic acid as bone tissue engineering scaffolds has achieved a great progress. At present, the organic polymer composite scaffolds can be prepared by microsphere sintering, fiber bonding, solvent casting/particulate leaching, emulsification/freeze drying technology, gas foaming method, phase separation technology, rapid prototyping technology and electrostatic spinning method.β-tricalcium phosphate composite scaffolds with polylactic acid-glycolic acid/polylactic acid can be customizable so as to meet different requirements for bone tissue engineering, which can improve the porosity, mechanical properties and biodegradation by improving fabrication techniques and processings, ratio of raw materials and fil er proportion.
10.Glucocorticoid induced apoptosis in osteoblast via a mitochondria-mediated pathway

Objective To explore the molecular mechanism of osteoblast apoptosis mediated by glucocorticoid, provide experimental basis for clinical prevention and treatment of hormonal necrosis of femoral-head.Methods The MC3T3-E1 cells were divided into control group and three treatment group treated with different concentrations of dexamethasone (1, 10, 100μmol/L) for 24 hours.The apoptosis rate detected by TUNEL, the mitochondrial transmembrane electric potential after JC-1 staining by flow cytometry, the expression of Bax, Bcl-2 in mitochondrion and Cyt-C, apoptosis inducing factor ( AIF) in cytoplasm by Western blot.ResuIts With the increasing of Dex concentration, the rate of osteoblast apoptosis was significantly increased(F(3,28) =159.0,P=0.000), the positive cell rate of JC-1 stainning was significantly increased(F(3,28) =499.5,P=0.000), the expression of Bax(F(3,28) =17.4,P=0.000)in mitochondrion and Cyt-C(F(3,28) =22.4,P=0.000), AIF(F(3,28) =42.61,P=0.000)in cytoplasm were significantly increased.There were statistically significant difference of above indexes between control group and each experimental group(P<0.05).But there were no significant differences of Bcl-2 in mitochondrion among five groups(F(3,28) =0.62,P=0.607).ConcIusion Dexamethasone increases expression of Bax in mitochondrion, prompts mitochondrial permeability transition pore ( MPTP ) to be over-openning, induces apoptosis in osteoblast via a mitochondria-mediated pathway.
