Objective To discuss the risk factors and outcome of abnormal lung function in adult congenital heart disease .Meth‐ods 327 patients with adult congenital heart disease undergoinglung function testing between January ,2009 to December ,2011 in our hospital were enrolled .Accorded to the severity of lung dysfunction based on predicted values of forced vital capacity (FVC) ,pa‐tients were divided into 3 groups :group A(normal lung function ,predicted FVC >70% ) ,group B(mildly impaired lung function , predicted FVC 60% -70% ) ,group C(moderately to severely impaired lung function ,predicted FVC <60% ) ,all the patients were followed‐up to January in 2013 ,the baseline characteristics and outcome were recorded ,the associate factors of moderately to se‐verely impaired lung function in adult congenital heart disease were analyzed through Logistic regression analysis ,the risk factors of death in adult congenital heart disease were analyzed through Cox regression analysis ,and Kaplan‐Meier curve compared survival rate of patients in the 3 groups .Results Lung function was abnormal in 167 patients(51 .1% ) with adult congenital heart disease , in which moderately to severely impaired were 96 patients(29 .4% ) .BMI ,smoke and enlarged cardiothoracic ratio were independent associate factors of moderately to severely impaired lung function in adult congenital heart disease (P<0 .05) .NYHA Ⅲ - Ⅳ and moderate to severe impairment of lung function were independent predictors of death in adult congenital heart disease .There were significant difference of the survival rate between group A and group C ,group B and group C(P<0 .05) ,but it was not significantly different between group A and group B(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Lung function impairment is common in patients with adult congen‐ital heart disease ,and moderate to severe impairment of lung function seriously impact the outcome of the patients .

Objective To establish the degree of gray incidence model of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith. from differenct producing areas of Gansu Province and conduct quality evaluation. Methods Ten samples of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith. from different producing areas in Gansu Province were collected and the gentiopicroside, total iridoid gycoside, extractives, total ash, acid-insoluble ash content of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith were tested. The quality evaluation of grey incidence model of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith. was established by grey incidence model. Results The relative correlation degrees of all evaluation items were in the range of 0.394–0.652. Among them, the relative correlation degree of samples from 6 producint areas were greater than 0.50, which had high quality evaluation. The relative correlation degrees of the rest samples from other producing areas were less than 0.50, which had low quality evaluation. The sample of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith. from Zhuoni County Liulin Township Observatory had the most highly correlated with the optimal reference sequence (0.652) and so the best in quality; The sample of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith. from Zhang County Sancha Town Langwang Ditch had the most lowly correlated with the optimal reference sequence (0.394) and so the worst in quality. Conclusion This method and quality evaluation model can be used for the quality evaluation for Gentiana officinalis H.Smith., which can provide acertain experimental basis for the development and utilization of new resources.

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of evaluating voice disorders in dysarthria patients after brain injury using speech production measurements and analyze their phonics characteristics.Methods:Twenty-nine patients were divided into a severe dysarthria group ( n=19) and a mild dysarthria group ( n=10) through the subjective evaluation of their speech, and then evaluated using a computer speech monitor. The maximum phonation time (MPT), maximum counting ability (MCA), basic frequency (F0), standard deviation of F0 (F0SD), F0 range, intensity, formant, and the distance of jaw and tongue movements were recorded. Results:All of the patients displayed abnormal MPTs and MCAs, with the average MPT and MCA of the severe dysarthria group significantly lower than the mild group′s averages. In the severe dysarthria group, the abnormal F0s, F0SDs, F2(i)s and tongue movement distances were significantly greater than in the mild group. Conclusions:Speech production measurements can be applied to evaluate the speech dysarthria patients after brain injury. It is very common for such patients to have impaired speech and respiratory function, so this is worthy of attention.
