ObjectiveTo explore the role of risk management in reducing the nursing risk of junior nurses in operation room. Method The risk management was implemented among junior nurses in operation room including establishing training groups for risk management, establishing instructor system, classifying nursing risk events and formulating operation room nursing risk monitoring. Result After risk management, the rate of risk events in the junior nurses was lowered as compared to pre-enforcement of the risk management(P<0.001).Conclusions The risk management can improve the risk awareness of junior nurses in operation room and reduce the incidence of nursing risk events.

Objective To establish nursing safety management system in the operating room and explore the effect of clinical application. Methods Toally 350 patients with surgical treatment from January to December 2013 were assigned as the control group, where routine nursing safety management was conducted.Another 350 patients from June 2014 to June 2015 were as the observation group, where nursing safety management system was used in the operating room. The two groups were compared in terms of adverse events, the passing rate of quality and safety.Result As compared with the contrast group, the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower and the passing rate of quality and safety was significantly higher in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion Establishment of nursing safety management system can improve the nursing risk awareness, reduce the incidence of preoperative and postoperative adverse events and improve the level of nursing safety management and the quality of care.

Objective To investigate the effect of pyrroloquinoline quinone(PQQ) on the aging of rat hippocampal neurons induced by D-galactose(D-gal).Methods Hippocampal neurons were cultured in vitro. The aging of the hippocampal neurons was induced by high dose D-gal,PQQ protection were used 30 min before D-gal.The metamorphosis of hippocampal neurons was observed under the microscope. The contents of free radical was measured. The incidence of apoptosis of hippocampus cells was tested with the flow cytometry. The expression of Bax was detected with immunohistochemical staining. Results After the cells cultured in vitro exposed to D-gal,the content of free radical and the expression of Bax of the hippocampal neurons increased. After pretreatment of the cultured neurons with PQQ,the contents of free radical and the expression of Bax decreased, the survival of hippocampal neurons increased. Conclusion PQQ may slow the aging progress of hippocamal neurons induced by D-gal.
