1.Experimental Study on the Influence of NaF on the Proliferation and Differentiation of Osteroblasts
Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2000;29(5):471-473
The effects of different concentrations of NaF on the proliferation and differentiation of osteroblasts were observed. Osteroblasts were obtained from the calvaria of 24-h newborn Sprague Dawley (SD) rat by using enzymic degestion method and cultured in the medium containing 10-7 mol/L to 10-5( 10-4 mol/L NaF. The rate of cell proliferation, ALP activity and osterocalcin were examined by the methods of MTT, biochemical assay and radioimmunologic assay (RIA) respectively. The results showed that the effect of NaF on the proliferation of osteroblasts was regulated in a double-phase manner: low doses of NaF (10-7 mol/L, 10-6 mol/L,10 5 mol/L) increased cell proliferation by 11. 3 o, 10. 9 % and 10. 6 % (P<0. 05) respectively, vice versa at high doses (10-4 mol/L, 5×10-4 mol/L). As compared with control group, high doses of NaF decreased the proliferation rate by 9. 6 %, 9. 7 % respectively. The response of cell differentiation to NaF was varied. The influence of NaF on ALP activity was similar to that of cell proliferation. However, all concentrations of NaF used stimulated the secretion of osterocalcin with the highest secreting rate being up to 67. 14 % at 5×10 4 mol/L NaF. It was concluded that the influence of NaF on the proliferation of rat calvarial osteroblasts regulated in a double-phase manner, but the action on cell differentiation was varied.
2.A Study on Establishing Differentiation Standard of Stasis-heat TCM Syndrome by Delphi Statistics Method
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(12):29-33
Objective To establish the differentiation standard of stasis-heat TCM syndrome. Methods With Delphi statistics method, the expert questionnaire of diagnosis and treatment on stasis-heat TCM syndrome was worked out on the basis of literature research, and sent to more than 30 experts in two rounds. The investigation results and the suggestion of experts were analyzed. Results The recede effective questionnaire amount was 32 and 31 respectively in two rounds. The positive coefficient was 94% and 97% respectively. According to the investigation results, the standard of syndrome differentiation of stasis-heat syndrome was made. The suggestions from experts were about the same. The clinical manifestations of stasis-heat syndrome includes fever, bleeding, pain, abnormal mind, specific manifestations on skin, complexion, tongue and pulse, etc. The main points of syndrome differentiation are deep red tongue, red and blue purple choroides, crimson face, florid bleeding or bleeding with dark purple blood clots, and red purple tongue. Conclusion Differentiation standard of stasis-heat TCM syndrome formulated by Delphi statistics method conform to the thinking of TCM syndrome differentiation. The researchresults gave prominence to the pathogenesis characteristics of stasis-heat TCM syndrome and played a part in gathering expert consensus.
3.Roles and Applications of Information Technology in the Researches on TCM Clinical Practice Guidelines
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(7):7-10
TCM clinical practice guidelines are not only the norms to guide medical work, but also the basis for medical management and insurance. Researches on TCM clinical practice guidelines are profoundly significant to promote standardization, modernization and internationalization of TCM. At present, researches on TCM clinical practice guidelines at home and abroad have just started. Based on successful practice of previous researches, adopting information technology to establish computer-aided TCM clinical practice guidelines is practical to promote the compilation, revision, application and generalization. This article aimed to discuss roles of researches on information technology in TCM clinical practice guidelines.
4.Research and Construction of Transformation Platform of TCM Literature Electronic Publication Based on App Store
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(1):20-22
Digital construction and network service are the inevitable trend of the development of TCM literature modernization, and the model based on App Store has become the trend of electronic publications. This article analyzed the current status and existing main problems of the platform of TCM literature electronic publication. In view of the above problems, combined with the development of TCM literature electronic publication, this article proposed a transformation platform based on App Store, and further elaborated the function, design and technology of the platform.
5.Research Review on the Estrogen Activity of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;23(6):123-129,130
This article sorted out research results of traditional Chinese herbal medicine at home and abroad, cleared up confirmed traditional Chinese herbal medicine with estrogen activity, analyzed the function classifications, and reviewed relevant clinical research progress. It also discussed the concept and connoation of traditional Chinese herbal medicine with estrogen activity, and proposed that the research on traditional Chinese herbal medicine with estrogen activity should clarify whether “bidirectional effect” establishes and the preconditions and requirements of the establishment, with a purpose to solve the security problems about hormone dependency caused by TCM therapy. Meanwhile, the problems about quick-screening experiments, standard establishment, and the transformation of experimental achievements to clinical application are waiting to be solved.
6. Protective effect of 3-acetyl-4-acetoxy-2-benzoxazolone against acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2012;47(22):1813-1816
OBJECTIVE: To study the protective effect of 3-acetyl- 4-acetoxy-2-benzoxazolone on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in mice. METHODS: The serum activities of ALT and AST and the levels of MDA, SOD and GSH in liver tissue were measured in the model of acute liver injury induced by intraperitoneal injection 0.15% CCl4 and hepatic histological changes were observed by optical microscope. RESULTS: Compared with control group, the serum ALT, AST and the liver tissue MDA activities were significantly lowered, the levels of SOD and GSH in liver tissue were increased obviously. Histological results showed that 3-acetyl- 4-acetoxy-2-benzoxazolone could ameliorate histological damages induced by CCl4 in mice. CONCLUSION: 3-Acetyl-4-acetoxy-2-benzoxazolone exhibits protective effects on experimental hepatic injury.

10.Improvement of a post-embedding immunogold labeling method for osmicated tissue
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Objective To establish a new post-embedding immunoelectron microscopy method for localization of protein antigens in central nervous system using colloidal golds as probes. Methods Rat brain tissue sections were fixed with osmium-ferrocyanide mixture.Free floating frozen sections were collected to determine the retrievability of antigens by sodium metaperiodate(NaIO_(4)).Then the best concentration of NaIO_(4) for maximal antigen retrieval was determined on hydrophilic Technovit 7100 resin-embedded semithin sections. Finally, the corresponding antigen was labeled with colloidal golds on ultrathin sections. Results NaIO_(4) showed different retrieving effects on different antigens;to those antigens that could be effectively retrieved by NaIO_(4),low concentration of NaIO_(4)could realize antigen retrieval;EM microscopy showed that ultrathin sections treated by low concentration of NaIO_(4) allowed higher density of colloidal gold labeling without apparently compromising the ultrastructures of tissues.
