1.Roles and Applications of Information Technology in the Researches on TCM Clinical Practice Guidelines
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(7):7-10
TCM clinical practice guidelines are not only the norms to guide medical work, but also the basis for medical management and insurance. Researches on TCM clinical practice guidelines are profoundly significant to promote standardization, modernization and internationalization of TCM. At present, researches on TCM clinical practice guidelines at home and abroad have just started. Based on successful practice of previous researches, adopting information technology to establish computer-aided TCM clinical practice guidelines is practical to promote the compilation, revision, application and generalization. This article aimed to discuss roles of researches on information technology in TCM clinical practice guidelines.
2.Research and Construction of Transformation Platform of TCM Literature Electronic Publication Based on App Store
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(1):20-22
Digital construction and network service are the inevitable trend of the development of TCM literature modernization, and the model based on App Store has become the trend of electronic publications. This article analyzed the current status and existing main problems of the platform of TCM literature electronic publication. In view of the above problems, combined with the development of TCM literature electronic publication, this article proposed a transformation platform based on App Store, and further elaborated the function, design and technology of the platform.

Objective To investigate the allergic reaction of Shuanghuanglian Injection(SI)and chlorogenic acid.Meth- ods The sensitization of SI was evaluated by observed the systemic active allergic reaction on guinea pigs. The homogeneous and heterogenic passive skin allergic reactions in rats, mice and guinea pigs were observed to compare the sensitationz of SI and chlorogenic acid. Results The possibility of SI causing allergic reaction was higher than that of chlorogenic acid.Con- clusion It is suggested that the possibility of SI as a compound arising adverse reactions be higher than that of chlorogenic acid.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2010;26(4):504-506
Objective To discuss the value of hypotonic-MRCP combined with LAVA dynamic contrast-enhanced scan in diagnosis of duodenal tumor. Methods Five patients with duodenal adenocarcinomas confirmed by pathology were involved in this study. All cases underwent plain MRI and hypotonic-MRCP and LAVA dynamic contrast-enhanced scans. Results 4 of 5 cases were correctly diagnosed with MR imaging.Imaging signs included:the cavum of descending duodenum appeared as asymmetrical stenosis, masses with soft tissue signal intensity connecting the intestinal wall with wide base, the intestinal wall stiff, the intestinal mucosa destruction. The lesions would be slightly-moderately enhanced at LAVA dynamic enhancement scanning. Conclusion Hypotonic-MRCP combined with LAVA dynamic contrast-enhanced scan can display the direct and indirect sign of duodenal tumors, which was effective in identifying the circumscription of the tumor and its extension.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
The technology of Tim can support multiple seperated matrix coil units while the units can be freely assorted and seamlessly joined to form the a total imaging matrix possessing huge field of view. This paper analyzes the role of Tim which can help to improve extreme flexibility of examination,to possess more signal-to-noise(SNR),to achieve superior " local" resolution, and to possess faster scan time.It is concluded that Tim technology have the strong advantages at improving and optimizing MRI workflow.

Objective:To study the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Ruanjian Jiedu(YHRJ) drug serum on Ca 2+ and mitochondrial membrane potential (△?m) in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line BEL-7402.Methods: YHRJ decoction was composed of Astragalus Root, White Atractylodes Rhizome, Radix Notoginseng, Fructus Polygoni Orientalis, Radix Actindiae Argutae, Flos Campsis, Pangolin Scales, Oldenlandia diffusa Roxb, and Herba Scutellariae Barbatae. Twelve New Zealand rabbits were randomly assigned into 3 groups: NS group, YHRJ equivalent dose group(YHRJD) and YHRJ high dose group(YHRJG), which were fed with NS,YHRJ equivalent dose decoction (5 times as large as normal human dose) and high dose YHRJ decoction(10 times as large as normal human dosage), respectively. Drug serum was prepared after the rabbits were fed with drugs for 5 times. BEL-7402 cells were divided into 6 groups according to different drugs, including NS group, NS+DDP group, YHRJ equivalent dose group, YHRJ equivalent dose+DDP group, YHRJ high dose group, and YHRJ high dose +DDP group. The concentrations of NS,YHRJD and YHRJG were adjusted to 100 ml/L ,and the concentration of DDP was adjusted to 4.5 mg/L. Flow cytometry was applied to detect the concentrations of Ca 2+ and △?m 8, 12, 24 and 48 h after the drugs were added. Results: The Ca 2+ concentrations at 12, 24 and 48 h after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2015;31(3):191-195
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the application value of postmortem multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in cases of fall from height through observing and analyzing the injury features of the fall and reconstructing the process of the fall based on the the above procedure.
METHODS:
One real fatal case due to fall from height was fully examined using MSCT and three-dimensional reconstruction technique. Analyzing the manner and cause of death through combination of MSCT and systemic autopsy was also implemented. The differences between autopsy and MSCT in getting information of injuries were compared.
RESULTS:
Fractures involving multiple body regions and liver rupture were found through MSCT and three-dimensional reconstruction. The autopsy got the same results with imageological examination. The case of death was deduced to be fall leading to systemic polytrauma.
CONCLUSION
Application of MSCT can be used as the complimentary for traditional autopsy in the analysis of injury manner of fall from height.
