Objective To analyze the differences of coagulation parameters between patients with advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis and hepatitis B cirrhosis under different degrees of liver function,so as to provide the evidence for further guidance of judging clinical condition and prognosis. Methods Sixty?three patients with advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis and eighty pa?tients with hepatitis B induced cirrhosis hospitalized in Jingzhou Central Hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were served as an advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis group and a hepatitis B cirrhosis group, respectively, and ninety?six gastropathy pa?tients excluded from other diseases that might affect coagulation in the same period were served as a control group. The levels of PT,INR,Fib,TT,APTT,and PLT of the patients among the above 3 groups and the cirrhosis patients with different Child?Pugh classes were detected and compared. Results The differences of the levels of PT,INR,Fib,TT,APTT,and PLT among the 3 groups were statistically significant(F=84.512,81.672,37.612,104.475,52.497,102.233;all P<0.05). The further analysis showed that PT,INR,TT,and APTT of both the advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis and hepatitis B induced cirrhosis groups were longer than those of the control group, and the PLT levels of both the former 2 groups were lower than that of the con?trol group(all P<0.05). Compared with the advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis group,PT,INR,TT,and APTT of the hepati?tis B induced cirrhosis group were longer, and the levels of Fib and PLT were lower(all P<0.05). Among those with the liver function of Grade A,the reduced degree of PLT in the patients with hepatitis B induced cirrhosis was more serious, while for those with the liver function of Grade B and C,the difference between the patients with advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis and hepatitis B induced cirrhosis was not statistically significant(both P > 0.05). Under all the grades of liver function,TT and APTT of the hepatitis B induced cirrhosis group was longer than those of the advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis group ,and the Fib level of the former was lower than that of the latter. Among those with the liver function of Grade A and B ,PT and INR of the hepatitis B induced cirrhosis group were longer than those of the advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis group;while for those with the liver function of Grade C,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(all P > 0.05). Conclu?sions There exist differences of the damage degrees of coagulation function between the patients with advanced schistosomiasis cirrhosis and hepatitis B cirrhosis. When the damage degree of the liver function is lighter, the coagulation function in the pa?tients with hepatitis B cirrhosis decreases more significantly;when the damage degree becomes more severe,APPT in the pa?tients with hepatitis B cirrhosis extends more significantly, while the differences of PLT and PT between them are little.

Geographic distribution of Polyporus umbellatus was predicted by using distribution records. Based on 42 distribution records from 12 provinces and bioclimatic data (1950-2000), georaphic distribution of P. umbellatus was modeled using Maxent. The results showed thatthe Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve analysis method was used to assess the accuracy of MAXENT model and the area under ROC curve (AUC) value of MAXENT was 0. 960 which suggested that the result of assessment was dependable. The geographic distribution pattern of were divided into three distribution block based on distribution values of 0.5-0.8: small area of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Hebei province, the board area of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan, the southeast area of Tibet and the most area of Shanxi and Shannxi, the southeast board area of Shannxi, Gansu and Ningxia. Jackknife Test showed that average precipitation in warm seasons had the greatest contribution to the distribution gain of P. umbellatus, followed by mean temperature of driest quarter and annual mean temperature. The object suggests the potential distribution areasof P. umbellatus which is useful for the habitat conservation and introduction of P. umbellatus.

Four small GTPase genes which may be relative to sclerotial development were firstly cloned from medicinal fungus Polyporus umbellatus using rapid amplification of cDNA end PCR (RACE) method. The results showed that full-length cDNA of PuRhoA was 698 bp contained 585 bp ORF, which was predicted to encode a 194 amino acid protein with a molecular weight of 21.75 kD with an isoelectric point (pI) of 6.44; the full length cDNA of PuRhoA2 was 837 bp in length and encoded a 194 amino acid protein with a molecular weight of 21.75 kD and an isoelectric point (pI) of 6.33; the full length cDNA of Puypt1 was 896 bp in length and encoded a 204-aa protein with a molecular weight of 22.556 kD and an isoelectric point (pI) of 5.75; the full length cDNA of PuRas was 803 bp in length and encoded a 212-aa protein with a molecular weight of 23.821 kD and an isoelectric point (pI) of 5.2. There are fani acyl transferase enzyme catalytic site and myrcene-transferase enzyme catalytic site in PuRhoA1 while the PuRhoA2 only possess myrcene-transferase enzyme catalytic site. Puypt1 contains the Rab1-Ypt1 conserved domain of small GTPase family and PuRas contains the fani acyl transferase enzyme catalytic site. According to the phylogenetic analysis all these four small GTPase clustered with basidiomycete group. Quantitative real-time PCR analysis revealed that Puypt1, PuRas and PuRhoA1 transcripts were significantly higher in the beginning of sclerotial formation than that in the mycelia, whereas the transcripts levels of PuRhoA2 gene were particularly lower in sclerotia than that in mycelia, suggesting that these four genes might be involved in P umbellatus selerotial development.

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy on early treatment of large pancreatic pseudocyst by endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided transgastric drainage. Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of large pancreatic pseudocyst treated with EUS-guided transgastric drainage from 2003 to 2008 was retrospectively analyzed. Results All were of single pseudocyst. Pseudocyst was present in the head of the pancreas in 3 cases, in the body of the pancreas in 11 cases, in the tail of the pancreas in 9 cases. Mean diameter of pancreatic pseudocysts was 11 cm( range 8 - 18 cm ). The interval between the finding of pseudocysts and EUS-guided transgastric drainage ranged 17 -65 d, averaging 31 d. Two had postoperative infection of the pseudocyst, one received percutaneons external drainage and the other one received surgical internal drainage. Three had postoperative gastrointestinal bleeding and were treated with antacid and hemostatic drugs. Patients were examined by CT two to three months later. Pancreatic pseudocysts disappeared completely in 6 cases and significantly shrank in the rest. The clinical symptoms of all patients, such as abdominal pain, abdominal bloating were significantly relieved. All patients were followed-up for 1 year, there was no pseudocyst recurrence, ulcer, bleeding or infection. Conclusions Early treatment of large pancreatic pseudocyst by EUS-guided transgastric drainage is safe and effective.

Experiments were conducted to investigate the suitability of the multistage in-situ reaction analyzer based on a micro fluidized bed ( MFB-MIRA) for measuring the rapid change of the gas concentration during gas-solid reactions. The results showed that the control performance of capillary temperature had a great impact on the stability of on-line measurement. Based on the observed regular patterns, the capillary temperature control system was equipped with a precision temperature controller. The control precision of capillary temperature reached ± 0 . 2℃, which guaranteed the high stabilities of the sampling flow rate and the chamber vacuum. The measured results of the modified gas monitoring system showed the periodic fluctuations of the on-line measurement were eliminated. The stability of measurement was significantly improved. The fluctuating range and relative standard deviation of the measured response to O2 in air changed from 1. 9% and 0. 5% to 1. 4% and 0. 2%, respectively. A pressure regulating device was also developed to control the absolute pressure at the gas sampling point. The control precision reached ± 0. 02 kPa. The measured results showed that the response of the process mass spectrometer was positively correlated with the absolute pressure at the sampling point, indicating the necessity of the pressure regulating device. The accuracy and repeatability of process mass spectrometer were improved. This study has enhanced the suitability of MFB-MIRA for studying rapid gas-solid reactions and broadened the scope of reliable applications of MFB-MIRA and process mass spectrometer.

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of CT angiography(CTA)in the diagnosis of arterioportal shunts(APS)associated with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods One hundred and twenty-seven consecutive HCC patients accepted both dynamic enhancement CT and DSA examinations. The interval between CT and DSA exam was from 3 to 15 days.Based on transverse CT images in hepatic artery phase,CTA was performed for all the patients.By contrast with DSA results, the capabilities of transverse CT and transverse images combined with CTA in APS diagnosis were analyzed. Results In all 127 HCC cases,52 cases with APS were confirmed by DSA(40.94%),33 with central type of APS and 19 with peripheral type.Diagnostic sensitivity of APS based on transverse CT and combined CTA with transverse CT images were both 94.23%(49/52).However,specificity was 84.00%(63/75) and 97.33%(73/75),respectively,accuracy was 88.19%(112/127)and 96.06%(122/127),the predictive value of positive cases was 80.33%(49/61)and 96.08%(49/51),and the predictive value of negative cases was 95.45%(63/66)and 96.05%(73/76).Combined with CTA,false positive cases of 4 central type of APS and 6 peripheral type of APS were excluded which were demonstrated by transverse CT images.By contrast with DSA,the coincidence rate of the type of APS diagnosed by transverse images combined with CTA was 88.46%(46/52),including 90.91%(30/33)of central type of APS and 84.21%(16/19)of peripheral type. The supplying arteries of central type of APS were intuitively displayed by CTA in 23 cases,19 from proper hepatic artery and 4 from gastro-duodenal artery. Conclusion CTA techniques based on the dynamic enhancement CT exams could effectively promote the specificity and the accuracy of APS diagnosis.
