Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(z1):29-31
Objective To study the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3) and osteopontin (OPN) in cervical carcinoma and their relationship with invasion and metastasis. Methods The expression of MMP-3 and OPN were detected in 54 cases of cervical cancer tissues by immunohistochemical SP method. Compared with 15 cases of normal cervical tissues, the relationship was analyzed between both protein expressions and clinical pathology. Results The expression positive rates of MMP-3 and OPN in cervical cancer tissues (70.37 % and 66.7 %, respectively) were significantly higher than those of normal cervical tissues (20 % and 0, respectively), were significantly higher with infiltration depth >1/2 and lymph node metastasis than those with depth≤1/2 and without metastasis , respectively(P <0.05). The expressions of MMP-3 and OPN were related with depth of cervical infiltration and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer.Expressions between MMP-3 and OPN were significantly positively correlation(r =0.401, P<0.05). Conclusion The expressions of MMP-3 and OPN are correlated with invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.

The kappa-value among the 3 different dermatologists and the same dermatologist for the total lesion count was 0.426 and 0.413 respectively; for pustule count was 0.446 and 0.407 respectively. The kappa-value of total number of the inflammatory lesion counting was 0.429 for the 3 different dermatologists and the kappa-value was

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2016;40(12):939-941
Objective]Summary of Professor Liu Hongqi in treating the spleen kidney two deficiency, deficiency of Qi and blood type, kidney deficiency and blood type of threatened abortion experience. [Method]Reading a lot of literatures, combined with the clinical common disease type, respectively, from the basic pathogenesis, basic treatment, and motion etc. summarize professor of treatment of this disease, and 1 case was attached.[Result]Professor Liu Hongqi believes that the clinical syndromes of this disease were spleen and kidney two empty, deficiency of Qi and blood and blood deficiency of the kidney, the incidence of kidney and spleen, closely related. Professor summed up the kidney and spleen during the long clinical course, Yiqi Yangxue Bushen tocolysis and clearing heat, cooling blood to stop bleeding method, were used on prescription Ma ginseng tocolysis particles, the Liangdi Antai Granuales added and subtracting tocolysis, collaborative western medicine, with emotion, achieved a significant effect. Case accurate, fully reflected the clinical experience of Professor Liu Hongqi in the treatment of threatened abortion. [Conclusion]Professor Liu Hongqi's superb skills, rigorous prescription testimonies, have unique insights for the treatment of this disease, the successful experience is worthy of clinical promotion.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(z1):36-37
Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin gene and the relationship between Survivin and genesis and development of cervical cancer. Methods The expression of Survivin gene in tissues of 40 patients with cervical cancer, 38 patients with cervical hyperplasia and 10 cases of normal cervical were detected by immunohistochemical SP method, and the relationships between Survivin and the clinical pathological factors were analyzed. Results The expression positive rate of Survivin in cervical cancer tissues (60 %) was significantly higher than that in cervical hyperplasia and normal cervical tissues (42.1 % and 0, respectively), and their differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The positive expression rate of Survivin was related with histological grade and the clinical stages of cervical cancer. Conclusion Survivin is related to the genesis and development of cervical cancer.

OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of gatifloxacin for injection in combination with aciclovir for injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection.METHODS:Changes in appearance and pH value of gatifloxacin in combination with aciclovir within 8 hours after mixing were observed and determined under room temperature(20?1)℃,respectively,and the precipitates in the mixture underwent infrared spectrum analysis.RESULTS:White flocculent precipitate was noted in the mixture within 1 hour of mixing, which was proved as a new substance by infrared spectrum analysis. CONCLUSIONS:There is incompatibility between gatifloxacin for injection and aciclovir for injection.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the causes, patterns and features of drug induced abnormal body temperature.METHODS: 215 articles covering total 1 540 cases of drug-induced abnormal body temperature, published during Jan.1994~ Dec.2005 in 130 Chinese medical journals, were sorted from CNKI and CHKD and consolidated for analysis.RESULTS: Abnormal body temperature cases induced by antimicrobials, traditional Chinese medicines and central nervous system drugs were listed among the top three in number;injections generated the highest proportion of abnormal body temperature cases.Drug-induced abnormal body temperature was not related to sex and age.CONCLUSION: To ensure safe use of drugs, clinicians should inquire about patients' medication history before drug administration, strictly follow medication indications and closely observe the reactions after drug administration.

OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of gatifloxacin for injection and cimetidine injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection or in 5% glucose injection.METHODS:Changes in appearance and pH value of gatifloxacin in combination with cimetidine within 8 hours after mixing were respectively observed and determined under room temperature(20?1)℃,and the content was determined by UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS:No significant change was seen in appearance and pH value after two hours of mixing of the two agents. But after four hours of mixing, the content of cimetidine went up in both solvents, and its pH value rose slightly in 0.9% sodium chloride injection.CONCLUSION:Gatifloxacin for injection can be mixed with cimetidine injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5%glucose for injection to use,but the compatible liquid should be used up in 2 hours.

Objective To detection the carrying situation of Clostridium difficile toxin gene A/B in stool specimens of the pa-tients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and persons undergoing physical examination and to research the relationship between Clostridium difficile toxin gene carrying and UC.Methods The stool specimens were collected from 53 cases of UC(32 cases of active stage and 21 cases of resting stage) and 45 persons undergoing physical examination.Total DNA was extracted from stool specimens. The Clostridium difficile toxin gene cdtA and cdtB were detected by real-time PCR ,then the PCR products were amplified and performed the agarose gel electrophoresis and gene sequencing for conducting the amplification products verification. Results 7 cases of cdtA and 4 cases of cdtB were checked out in the UC group ,in which 5 cases of cdtA and 2 cases of cdtB were in the UC active stage group ,2 cases of cdtA and 2 cases of cdtB were in the UC resting stage group. In the healthy control group ,5 cases of cdtA and 2 cases of cdtB were checked out.The detection rate of cdtA and cdtB had no statistically significant difference between the UC group and healthy control group(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between UC active group and inactive group (P>0.05).Conclusion There is no appearant correlation between the carrying situation of cdtA and cdtB in stool with UC onset and UC stage.

China Pharmacist 2016;19(9):1733-1736
Toll-like receptors ( TLRs) are pattern recognition receptors, which exist in both cell membrane and cytoplasm, and participate in inflammatory reactions. Some studies have shown that TLR2/4-NF-κB signal pathways mediated by TLR2 and TLR4 could regulate the production of inflammatory factor IL-1β, which played an important role in the attack of gouty arthritis. The article focused on the pathogenesis of gouty arthritis, discussed the structure and distribution of TLRs, the ligands and its mediated signal pathways, the validity in the treatment of gouty arthritis using the signal pathways as the target points and the relationship between the signal pathways and gouty arthritis, and reviewed the research progress in Chinese medicines using the signal pathways as the guidance.
