Objective:To compare 2 position implant-supported molar distalization systems in clinical application.Methods:25 pa-tients with Class II and mild to moderate crowding dentition were included,18 females and 7 males,aged 15 to 29 years old(22.58 on average ).All the patients were treated with non-extraction method by distalizing the upper molar with micro-implant anchorage.In ex-perimental group(n =12)the micro-implants were inserted on infrazygomatic crest above the maxillary first molar mesial buccal root. In control group(n =13)the micro-implants were inserted on buccal alveolar bone between maxillary second premolar and maxillary first molar.In both groups micro-implants were inserted to distalize the maxillary molars.The displacement patterns of maxillary inci-sors and molars were measured and compared.Results:Successful primary micro-implant placement was obtained in 87.5%(21 /24) of the implantation in control group and 100%(26 /26)in experimental group.The distal movement(mm)of the molars in control and experiment group was 2.29 ±0.96 and 2.91 ±0.96 respectively(P >0.05).Experimental group showed significant intrusive displace-ment of the molars.Horizontal incisor displacement in experimental group was more than that in control group.Conclusion:Micro-im-plant inserted in infrazygomatic crest may facilitate intrusion and distalization of the maxillary molar and incisor.

Objective To explore the relative factors of radiation pneumonia(RP) in patients with lung cancer after radiotherapy,and find predictors of reasonable.Methods 98 cases received radical radiotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer patients were included,prescription dose of 60-68 Gy,clinical symptoms,chest X-ray,HRCT were used to detect RP.The clinical factors and treatment parameters were collected.Analysis of univariate and multivariate were used for chnical data and treatment planning indicators,assessment of RP related factors.Results 26 cases (26.53 ％) were RP in 2 above (≥2).The univariate anaiysis revealed that many parameteers (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,whether chemotherapy,tumor volume,V20,V25,V30) were significantly associated with RP (x2 =12.253,x2 =8.802,t =3.758,t =3.432,t =3.210,t =3.190,P ＜ 0.05).Multivariate analysis revealed that COPD and V20＞25 ％,V30＞18 ％ were associated with RP (x2 =4.17,24.18,3.56,P =0.045,0.041,0.000).Conclusion Lung V20,V30,patients with chronic lung disease are the independence of the influencing factors of RP.In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease the dose of normal tissue should be strictly controled,V20 ≤ 25 ％,V30 ≤ 18 ％.

Objective To provide a good evaluation for research the hyperthyroidism drugs , two kinds of hyperthyroidism animal models were copied , and compared the similarities and differences of their formability and sustainability.Methods Euthyrox-induced model: The rat was taken Euthyrox (50μg· 100g-1 rat weight) for 21 d. And then the blood and urine were collected in 1 d, 7 d and 14 d after last time oral administration of Euthyrox;Yersiniaenterocolitica-induced model:the rats were injected Yersiniaenterocolitica (YE) in 0、5、10、15、20 (IOCV).And then the blood and urine were collected in 5d, 15d and 25d after last IOCV of YE.Results Euthyrox-induced model:T3, T4, FT3, FT4 were increased significantly , but returned normal 1 week later in the model group , PCA showed that model group deviated from the blank group , but recovered 2 weeks later; Yersiniaenterocolitica-induced model: T3 and T4 were increased significantly in 15 and 25 d, TSH significant raised in 25 d, the model group deviated from the blank group in PCA, and didn’t return to the blank group in 15d or 25d.Conclusion Euthyrox-induced modelhas good formability butrecovered quickly , which is suitable for prevention of drug delivery on efficacy evaluation; Yersiniaenterocolitica-induced model with good formability and sustainability could be used for treatment of drug delivery on efficacy evaluation .

Objective To compare the bacteriostasis effect of two disinfectants on frequently touched object sur-faces in laminar flow general intensive care unit (GICU),and investigate bacterial contamination on the object sur-faces,so as to provide reference for proper disinfection method and control of infection.Methods Specimens from surfaces of bed rails and bedside tables were taken for bacterial culture before being disinfected.Then object sur-faces around bed units were disinfected with disinfectant containing 500 mg/L of available chloride (routing group) and GammaTM disinfecting wet wipes (control group)respectively,bacteriostasis rate and qualified rate of bacterial count on object surfaces between two kinds of disinfection methods were compared.Results Before routine disinfec-tion,a total of 87 pathogens were isolated from 200 specimens of object surfaces,bacterial contamination rate was 43.50%. Detection rate of gram-positive bacteria was 78.16%% (n =68),the major were Corynebacterium (26.47%,n = 18), Staphylococcus aureus (23.53%,n=16)and Staphylococcus epidermidis (23.53%,n=16);detection rate of gram-nega-tive bacteria was 21.84%(n=19),the major was Acinetobacter baumannii (63.16%,n=12).After a 10-minute disinfec-tion on surfaces,bacteriostasis rate of routine group and control group was (94.89±7.72)% and(96.33 ±12.88)% re-spectively,there was no significant difference between two groups(P >0.05);qualified rates of bacterial count of object surfaces of two groups were both 100%.Conclusion Regular disinfection of object surfaces around bed units,stand-ardization of the manipulation and hand hygiene compliance of medical personnels are simple and effective method of cutting off bacteria dissemination and preventing healthcare-associated infection.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of eating on pharmacokinetics of ethanesulfonic acid levofloxacin tablets.METHODS: The blood concentration of 10 healthy male subjects were determined by HPLC after receiving single oral dose of 200mg ethanesulfonic acid levofloxacin both before and after eating by randomized crossover way.The data processing was conducted with 3p97 software so as to figure out the pharmacokinetic parameters.RESULTS: The plasma concentration-time curves of the subjects after administration of drugs were in conformity with two-compartment model.The respective main pharmacokinetic parameters of the eating group and the empty stomach group were as follows: Cmax were (1.91?0.36)mg/L and(2.16?0.69) mg/L; AUC0～t were (14.14?2.32)(mg?h)/L and(14.40?3.11)(mg?h)/L; t1/2? were(6.59?1.66)h and(6.94?0.81 )h.CONCLUSION: Neither eating nor empty stomach has effect on the pharmacokinetics of ethanesulfonic acid levofloxacin tablets.

RNA interference(RNAi)is a process by which introduced small interfering RNA(siRNA)can cause the specific degradation of mRNA with identical sequences. The human herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1)RR is composed of two distinct homodimeric subunits encoded by UL39 and UL40, respectively. In this study, we applied siRNAs targeting the UL39 and UL40 genes of HSV-1. We showed that synthetic siRNA silenced effectively and specifically UL39 and UL40 mRNA expression and inhibited HSV-1 replication. Our work offers new possibilities for RNAi as a genetic tool for inhibition of HSV-1 replication.

Pancreatic cancer has always been called the"king of cancer"due to its extremely high mortality.In recent years,the global incidence rate of pancreatic cancer has risen rapidly.Furthermore,pancreatic cancer is lack of effective therapeutic strategies and has seriously harmed human health.With the rapid development of precision therapy,targeted therapy for pancreatic cancer has also progressed rapidly.Although targeted therapy for pancreatic cancer has improved the prognosis of only a few patients,it has brought light to pancreatic cancer.This article reviews the research progress of therapeutic targets and related drugs for pancreatic cancer.

To explore the clinical application value of high‐frequency contrast‐enhanced ultrasound in guiding peripheral lung consolidation biopsy . Methods Clinical data of 33 patients with peripheral pulmonary w ho underwent high‐frequency contrast‐enhanced ultrasound biopsy were retrospectively analyzed . According to the pathological results as the gold standard ,the puncture path , needle tip display ,puncture complications and the diagnostic rate of pathological results were described . Results Among the 33 patients ,32 patients had pathological findings ,including 18 malignant lesions ,14 benign lesions ,and 1 non‐effective tissue . ①T he difference between lesion enhancement and peripheral lung tissue enhancement time within 2 .5 s were in 20 patients ( 12 benign ,8 malignant) ,12 patients ( 2 benign ,10 malignant) showed difference greater than 2 .5 s . T here were 19 cases with uniform enhancement ,including 9 benign cases ( 28 .1% ) ,10 malignancy cases ( 31 .3% ) ; 13 cases with uneven enhancement ,including 5 cases with benign ( 15 .6% ) ,8 cases with malignancy ( 25 .0% ) . T he rate of relatively uneven enhancement of malignant lesions was higher ,but the difference was not statistically significant ( P ＝0 .618 ) . ② High‐frequency contrast‐enhanced images were scored at 2 points or more in 28 cases ( 87 .5% ) ,and the high‐frequency contrast‐enhanced ultrasound images were satisfactory . ③Interventional puncture path score was 2 points or more in 29 cases ( 90 .6% ) . ④Puncture needle tip display were scored at 1 point or more in 28 cases ( 87 .5% ) . ⑤A total of 87 needles were punctured ,and 32 cases obtained pathological diagnosis of puncture ( 97 .0% ,32/33) . Conclusions Due to its high spatial resolution ,high‐frequency ultrasound can avoid adjacent tissues and blood vessels by showing the position of the needle tip in real time without the need of puncture frame and multi‐angle needle insertion during operation ,and accurately locate the target with good safety .
