ObjectiveTo investigate the role of serine/threonine kinase (Akt) and lipoprotein lipase (Lpl) in formation of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) in rat with a fat-rich diet.Methods40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the 8-week-rich-fat group (n=10), 8-week-common-diet control group (n=10), 12-week-rich-fat group (n=10) and 12-week-common-diet control group (n=10). The lipid, cholesterol, glucose and insulin were examined, insulin resistance index (IRI) and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were calculated, the expression of Akt and Lpl were detected with immunohistochemical method and morphological changes of liver were observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM).ResultsNASH was formed in each rat of 8-week-rich-fat group with characteristics of individual obese, increased liver volume, full and clear contour, gray-yellowish luster, greasy section and crisp quality. And it was accompanied by high lipoidemia (HL), liver fat cell denaturation, inflammatory cell infiltration in liver lobuler and cell death in liver. The expression of Akt was obviously reduced and the expression of Lpl was obviously weakened in liver. Lipid, cholesterol, glucose and insulin and IRI were gradually advancing. ISI was reducing and the insulin resistance formed. The data of fat-rich diet groups was significantly different with that of common-diet control groups (P<0.0001).Conclusion Steatohepatitis and insulin resistance can form in rat by feeding with rich-fat diet for 8 weeks. It causes the insulin and Lpl activeness reducing, and steatolysis barrier.

To analyze features of the rabies epidemic in China between 2007 and 2011,identify factors influencing the epidemic and to provide a scientific basis for further control and prevention of rabies,Descriptive epidemiological methods and statistical analysis was used on data collected from the National Disease Reporting Information System between 2007 to 2011 and the National Active Surveillance System between 2007 and 2010.Our analysis shows that while the number of human rabies cases decreased year by year, the number of districts reporting cases did not show significant change. The situations in Guangdong,Guangxi,Guizhou and Hunan provinces clearly improved over the period but they remain provinces with high-incidence,and consequently influence the epidemic situation of surrounding provinces and possibly the whole country.Summer and autumn were high-incidence seasons.Farmers, students and pre-school children represent the high-risk populations, and rates of cases in farmers increased, those for students decreased, and pre-school children remained unchanged.Provinces with active surveillance programs reported a total of 2346 individual cases,of which 88.53% were associated with canines.Postexposure prophylaxis (PEP) of rabies cases was not significantly improved, whereas PEP in post-exposure population was good.In rural regions of China, canine density was reduced somewhat, and the immunization rate increased slightly. Finally we show that while the epidemic decreased 2007 to 2011 in China, cases continued to be diffused in certain regions.Lack of standardization of PEP on rabies cases was the main reason of morbidity. The high density and low immunization of dog in rural areas and the defective situation of PEP are still continuous occurrences in China and remain a cause for concern.
7.Development dilemmas and optimization strategies of internet hospitals:a case study of s hospital in Shanghai
Modern Hospital 2024;24(5):780-783,786
Internet healthcare represents a new form of online medical services for patients, evolved from traditional physical hospitals through the integration of digital technology.Currently,China's conventional medical services confronts numer-ous challenges, with an unmet demand for high-quality and convenient healthcare services. In this context, the progression of in-ternet hospitals aligns with the requirements of modern social development in China.Despite this, the construction of China's in-ternet hospital remains nascent. As a forerunner in digital transformation initiatives,Shanghai, recognized as the"international digital capital",offers a fertile ground for such explorations. This study presents S Hospital in Shanghai as a model case,summa-rizing the development process, highlights and challenges encountered in the construction of its internet hospitals. It distills opti-mization strategies from the vantage points of hospital management and governmental authorities, aiming to provide insights into advancement of Shanghai's healthcare sector.
8.Research progress on assessment of parental ability to prevent child injury
Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(8):1229-1234
Objective:
To review the articles evaluating parental ability on child injury prevention and to provide suggestions for developing assessment index for parental ability on child injury prevention.
Methods:
Relevant studies were retrieved from the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Wanfang, CNKI, VIP, PubMed, Medline, Springer, and Web of Science, and were reviewed based on instruments, contents, as well as reliability and validity of instruments.
Results:
A total of 47 articles were included for analysis. The methods for assessment mainly include quantitative and qualitative investigation, mainly quantitative surveys through scales or questionnaires. Assessment contents mainly included parental knowledge, attitudes and practice on child injury prevention(44 papers), as well as home safety(3 papers). The evaluation object mainly concentrated on parents of preschool children. A small part of studies tested the reliability and validity of the instruments in quantitative investigations. The reliability test indexes included retest reliability and Kronbach coefficient, and the validity test indexes included content validity, structure validity and scale validity.
Conclusion
There is a lack of assessment tools for evaluating parents ability on child injury prevention in Chinese background. The development of corresponding assessment tools should consider the characteristics of children in different age groups, injury types, as well as its reliability and validity.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(3):375-380
Objective:
To explore the dose-response relationship between duration of emotional experience of primary school students and the intensity of anxiety disorders, and to understand the risk of anxiety disorders corresponding to different emotional state levels.
Methods:
A total of 7 152 primary students from grade 3 to 5 were investigated with questionnaire survey from 16 public primary schools, by using the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorder (SCARED) and Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale.
Results:
The prevalence of anxiety disorders was 19.91%, among which the prevalence rates of anxiety disorders in boys and girls were 19.41% and 20.43%, respectively. After adjusting for gender, grade, household register, the only child, parental marital status, parental occupation, parental educational level, family financial level, serving as a class leader, receiving special training or counseling in sports and art, and being bullied, the risk of anxiety disorder in children with positive emotions lasting for 7-16 days, 17-24 days and >24 days was lower compared to those with positive emotions lasting for less than 6 days(P<0.05); the risk of anxiety disorder in children with negative emotions lasting for 0.27-0.93 day, 0.94-2 days and >2 days was higher compared to those with negative emotions lasting less than 0.26 day(P<0.05). Restricted cubic spline analysis showed that the duration of emotional state and anxiety disorder showed a significant non-linear dose-response relationship (non-linear test, P<0.01), that is, as the number of days of positive emotions increases, the risk of anxiety disorder continues to decrease, and as the number of days of negative emotions increases, the risk of anxiety disorder continues to increase.
Conclusion
There is a significant dose-response relationship between the duration of the emotional state of primary school students and the prevalence of anxiety disorders. Acquirement and maintain positive emotions m be an important entry point for mental health promotion among primary school students.
