Objective To explore the principles and methods of surgcal treatment for acute neoplastic colorectal obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 103 patients diagnosed as acute neoplastic colorectal obstruction were analyzed retrospectively. Results In this group,80 cases underwent emergency surgical treatment,(among) which,25 cases of carcinoma of right colon underwent primary resection and anastomosis;in 45 cases of carcinoma of left colon, primary resection and anastomosis was performed in 37 cases;and emergent(operations) were performed in 10 cases of rectal cancer.23 cases received non-emergency surgery.(Anastomotic) fistula occurred in 3 patients, pulmonary infection in 2 patients, pelvic cavity infection in 1(patient),1 patient died and the rest recovered well and were discharged. Conclusions The initial treatment for acute neoplastic colorectal obstruction should be non-surgcal treatment for 1~3d to make non-emergency surgical treatment more possible. If indications are properly selected, primary tumor resection and anastomosis is safe. For patients with severe contamination of abdominal cavity and bowel perforation, primary tumor(resection) should be performed if possible.

AIM:To determine Radix et Rhizoma Rhici in Ganning Granula(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Rhizoma Chuanxiong). METHODS: In order to determine five anthraquinone aglycones of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, the HPLC system consisted of Nucleosil ODS column,methand-0.1% phosphoric acid(85∶15) mixture as mobile phase, with detection wavelength at 430 nm. RESULTS: HPLC showed that the linearity ranges were as follows: aloe-emodin concentration was at the range of 0.041 6-0.291 2 ?g,the rhein concentration was at the range of 0.037 1-0.259 8 ?g,the emodin concentration was at the range of 0.045 8-0.320 3 ?g,the chrysophanol concentration was at the range of 0.049 60.347 2 ?g,the physcion concentration was at the range of 0.020 6-0.144 5 ?g.The average recoveries of five anthraquinone aglycones were between 96.6%-98.4%.CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate, sensible and with good repeatability and can be used for quality control of Ganning Granule.

AIM:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Compound Naomaitong effective parts, and to study the correlation analysis between fingerprint peaks and the effective fraction and its relevant herbs. METHODS:The chromatographic fingerprints of the effective fraction and the relevant fractions of its herbs were configured by HPLC/PDAD analysis. The relative deviation of retention time was utilized as indices to evaluate the correlation, the wavelength was set at 203 nm. RESULTS:The fingerprint of Compound Naomaitong effective parts was established and 36 copossessing fingerprint peaks were indicated. The assignment results of 14 peaks effective parts of fraction were indicated. CONCLUSION:The quality of Compound Naomaitong effective parts can be controlled by the HPLC fingerprint.

Object To study the "floating sugar" mechanism in the root of Achyranthes bidentata Bl. Methods The important influent factors were analyzed by orthogonal test. Results The primary and secondary orders of influent factors were surrounding temperature, relative humidity, raw drug moisture. The best preservative condition: surrounding temperature is 25 ℃, relative humidity 60% and drugs moisture 11%. Conclusion Raw drugs can be stored safely when surrounding temperature is below 35 ℃, relative humidity below 70%, raw drug moisture between 9% and 13%.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(32):37-40
Objective To estimate the prevalence of iron deficiency and its influencing factors in 6 to 12-month-old infants, then more effective community nursing intervention of prevention against iron deficiency can be made. Methods Three hundred and thirty-one 6 to 12-month-old infants had been enrolled by convenience sampling method to complete the investigation.Variables associated with iron deficiency in bivariate analysis were evaluated in Logistic regression models. Results The prevalence rates of iron deficiency in 6 to 12-month-old infants was 34.74%.Anemia,age,feeding patterns and zinc deficiency were independently associated with increased risk for iron deficiency. Conclusions Iron deficiency was common and associated with anemia, low age, feeding patterns and zinc deficiency in a certain community in Tianjin. So effective nursing measures must be made to reduce the prevalence rates of iron deficiency in 6 to 12-month-old infants.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the number of CD68+ and CD163+ macrophages infiltration and the clinical characteristics of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC),and to investigate the role and significance of CD163+ and CD68+ macrophages in OSCC.Methods Forty-two cases of OSCC resected by operation and diagnosed by postoperative pathology with intact clinical data in our hospitals during 2013-2016 were selected.Other 12 cases of oral mamaxillofacial normal tissue served as controls. The number of CD68+ and CD163+ macrophages infiltration in OSCC was detected by immunohistochemistry. Its correlation with clinical characteristics was analyzed. Results The number of CD68+ and CD163+ macrophages infiltration in OSCC was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the infiltration quantity of CD68+ and CD163+ macrophages in poor differentiation and moderate differentiation was significantly higher than that in high differentiation(P<0.05).The number of CD68+ macrophages in lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than that without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The number of CD163+ macrophages in the lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of CD68+ (P<0.05).The number of CD68+ and CD163+ macrophages had positive correlation in OSCC (r=0.48,P=0.00).Conclusion Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and M2 macrophages may play an important role in OSCC,TAMs may inhibits lymph node metastasis in OSCC,while M2 marcophages may promote the lymphatic matastasis of OSCC.

Objective To observe the features of juvenile obesity and its effect on glycometabolism and lipid metabolism. Methods A total of 194 students aged from 12 to 18 were selected for our study. The assessment included serum lipid concentration, a 75 g OGTT and insulin releasing test. Blood glucose, insulin and the blood lipids were measured. Results Compared with the control group, blood pressure, serum Fins (fasting insulin) and Pins 2h (2-hour postprandial insulin) in the obesity group were higher and were statistically distinguished by the t-test (P

Objective To compare the variation of ferulic acid contents in Naomaitong by different extraction processes. Methods With ethanol or water as extracting solvent, the four herbal medicines of Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Ginseng,Radix Puerariae,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, which consisted of Naomaitong prescription, were decocted together or decocted separately firstly then mixed together were evaluated. With ferulic acid extraction rate as the index, the above extraction processes were evaluated. Results The extraction rate of ferulic acid extracted by alcohol was higher than that by water, but the ferulic acid content showed no obvious difference by decocting together or decocted separately firstly then mixed together. Conclusion It is suggested that proper extraction solvents and extraction methods should be adopted according to the different physicochemical characteristics of chemical contents in herbal medicine during extraction.
