Objective.To explore the prognostic influence factors of acute subdural hematoma.Methods The clinical data of 114 patients of acute subdural hematoma were analyzed retrospectively,they were divided into good prognosis group(62 patients) and poor prognosis group(52 patients) according to prognosis,analyzed the related factors for the prognosis were gualyzed in two groups.Results The prognosis of acute subdural hematoma with sex,weight was no significant correlation(all P＞0.05),but related with age,GCS score,pupillary changes,brain shift and hematoma volume(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Patient's age,GCS score,pupillary changes,brain shift and hematoma volume were the prognostic influence factors of acute subdural hematoma.

Objective To discuss CT features of ileocecum lymphoma.Methods All 12 patients with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL)proved by surgery and pathology had CT scanning.Results CT findings of 12 cases with NHL were as follows:①Diffuse thickness of cecal wall(9 cases).Five cases among them appeared transverse"8"sign when the lesions involved the ileocecal valve and the terminal ileum.②Focal convex mass of ceacal wall(3 cases).③Medium enhancement of the lesions.④Enlarged lymph nodes(10 cases)around lesions or in mesentery and retroperitoneum.Conclusion CT could clearly display the morphological findings and extension of ileocecum lymphoma and show enlarged lymph nodes.

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Treating chronic hepatitis B with compound BieJiaRuanGan pill plus entacavir. Methods 168 patients were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with compound BieJiaRuanGan pill plus entacavir and the control group was treated with entacavir exclusively, with a course of 48 weeks. Results Both groups showed statistical significance in improving the liver function, peripheral T lymphocyte subsets and indexes of serum liver fibrosis after the treatment (P<0.01 or P<0.05 ). The therapeutic effects in the treatment group were significant better than the control group after the treatment (P<0.01orP< 0.05 ) . Conclusion The treatment of chronic hepatitis B with compound BieJiaRuanGan pill plus entacavir is better than using entacavir exclusively.

Objective To observe the novel endothelial like cells of the marginal ear vein intima of rabbit by scanning electron microscope.Methods The marginal ear veins were obtained from male Japanese big ear white rabbits,and prepared for scanning electron microscope(SEM).The novel endothelial like cells of the marginal ear vein intima were observed.Results Between endothelial cells and basement membrane of the marginal ear vein intima of rabbit,some oval-shaped endothelial like cells were found.This kind of cells was measured,the length was(8.32?1.04)?m,width was(5.79?0.68)?m,and length/width is 1.45?0.22.The cells were connected each other by some filament structure,and the average length between two adjacent cells was(6.41?2.45)?m.Conclusion There are novel endothelial like cells in the marginal ear vein intima of rabbit.The filament structure,connected between endothelial like cells,might be a new type of cell junction.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of contrast-induced renal nephropathy(CIN)in patients with coronary disease treated with interventional therapy and summarize the nursing strategies. Methods One hundred and twenly CHD patients treated with PCI were selected.Logistic regression analysis was done to screen out the risk factors of CIN. Result The main risk factors included renal inadequacy,advanced age,diabetes and contrast dosage(all P<0.05). Conclusion Risk assessment before PCI,rational use of contrast and preventive nursing measures are essential for the prevention and reduction of CIN.

BACKGROUND: The glycoprotein which ends of a-galactosyi residues (a-Gal) is the major heterogenic antigen for hyperacute rejection. OBJECTIVE: To observe the distribution characteristic of the small tissue engineered vessel scaffold, and a-Gal in endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells of Wistar rats and Japanese white rabbits, in addition, to discuss the feasibility of applying acellular tissue vessel scaffold to heterogeneous blood vessel transplantation. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: The contrast observation was conducted at the Department of Human Anatomy of China Medical University between March 2003 and December 2004. MATERIALS: Totally 30 caudal arteries of Wistar rats were collected. Fifteen of which were prepared for small vessel scaffold (small vessel scaffold group), the remained 15 served as caudal artery group. Additionally, 15 central arteries were obtained from each ear of Japanese white rabbits (central artery group). METHODS: Totally 16 mg/L Bandeiraea Simplicifolia I Isolectin B4 (BSI-B4) was added for DAB staining with Affinity histochemistry method. Then MetaMorth/C5050/BX41 microscopic image analysis system was used to detect the positive reaction product of a-Gal. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Color changes of vascular wall were observed under light microscope; the optical density of the positive reaction product of a-Gal was measured. RESULTS: The expression of a-Gal was mainly located in the cell membrane, as well as cell nucleus of endothelial cells in the central artery group. The expression of a-Gal of endothelial cell was strong positive in the caudal artery group, which was weak or negative expressed in the small vessel scaffold group. The optical density of a-Gal expression was lowest in the tunica intima of small vessel scaffold group, which was less in the central artery group than the caudal artery group (P < 0.001). The a-Gal expression in the tunica media of small vessel scaffold group was less than the central artery and the caudal artery groups (P < 0.001). CONCLUSION: In the caudal artery of Wistar rat, the expression of a-Gal is higher than that in the central artery of Japanese white rabbit. Therefore, the heterogeneous tissue engineered vessel material from acellular caudal artery of Wistar rats can be used in blood vessel transplantation.

Bepridil hydrochloride(Bep) hydrochloride is a new , long - acting antianginal and antiarrhythmic agent. Through the observation of ∑ST.NST.and NQ of ECG or nitro blue tetrazolium chloride staining, we studied the effect of Bep on liga-tion of the left coronary artery in rabbits and the myocardial ischemia induced by isopre-naline in rats. Objective To understand whether it had differences in bile culture and drug susceptibility test between patients with community-acquired acute cholecystitis and patients with community-acquired acute cholangitis at present.Methods 169 patients with community-acquired acute cholecystitis and the 97 patients with community-acquired acute cholangitis in our department were selected prospectively,in which 16 patients suffered from both community-acquired acute cholecystitis and community-acquired acute cholangitis.Bile sample was extracted in operations and delivered to perform aerobic culture and drug sensitivity test.The bile samples coming from cholecyst were divided into group A,while the bile samples coming from bile duct were divided into group B.Results The positive rates of bile culture in group A and group B were separately 24.9% and 64.9%(P<0.05).The result of the sample coming from cholecyst and the result of the sample coming from bile duct were not the same in 4 patients of the 16 patients who suffered from both community-acquired acute cholecystitis and community-acquired acute cholangitis simultaneously.The main bacteria of acute cholecystitis included Escherichia coli(28.0%),Klebsiella pneumonia(24.0%)and Enterococcus faecium(16.0%).The main bacteria of acute cholangitis included Escherichia coli(39.7%),Klebsiella pneumonia(19.2%)and Enterobacter cloacae(12.3%).The antibiotics which were lowly resistant to gram negative bacteria in the two groups(A and B) included amikacin(0%/0%),ertapenem(0%/0%),imipenem(0%/7.0%)and piperacillin/tazobactam(0%/7.0%).The antibiotics which had lower resistant rates to gram positive bacteria in the two groups included tigecycline(0%/0%)and linezolid(0%/0%).The proportions of the multidrug-resistant strains in the two groups were separately 24.0% and 35.6%(P>0.05).Conclusion Some difference exist in the results of bile culture between patients with community-acquired acutecholecystitis and patients with community-acquired acute cholangitis,but the main bacteria of the both two types of biliary tract infection are Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumonia.The drug resistance is serious in the both infections,and the most sensitive antibiotics to gram negative bacteria include amikacin,ertapenem,imipenem,piperacillin/tazobactam,and the most sensitive antibiotics to gram positive bacteria include tigecycline,linezolid in the both infections.
