Objective To analyse and solve the difficulties and countermeasures in continuously proving medical gas. Methods Aiming at the difficulties of continuously proving medical gas, oxygen produced are mostly canned by oxygen compressor, and are transported to every function module through connecting oxygen jars. Results Medical gas module was taken into full play to meet reasonable demand for continuously providing oxygen. Conclusion It is suitable for other field module hospital to use for reference in the action of medical succor of disaster.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1995;0(02):-
Objective: To investigate the influence of Icarrin(ICA) on transforming growth factor ?2(TGF?2) expression by PG cells and the mechanisms of reversion of TGF?2 mediated immunosuppression by ICA.Methods: Cell proliferation and cytotoxici- ty were assayed by MTT assay. mRNA level of TGF?2 and perforin was detected by RT-PCR assay. assay.Expression of TGF?2 and IL- 2R? was analysed by folw cytometry assay. Results: ICA could inhibit the protein and mRNA expression of TGF?2 in PG cells. It could also reverse the supressed cytotoxicity of LAK, CD3AK cells by TGF?2. The IL-2R? expression on LAK and perforin gene transcription and proliferation of CD3AK inhibited by TGF?2 were also partly recovered. Conclusion: The anti-anti-tumor activity of ICA is at least partly due to its capability of inhibiting TGF?2 expression in tumor cells and restoring the cytotoxicity of immunocompetent cells inhibited by TGF?2.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(8):520-522
OBJECTIVE:
To assess the therapeutic effect and study the role of nasal mucosa epithelization after endoscopic surgery using the plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature in patients with nasal inverted papilloma.
METHOD:
The clinical data of 104 patients with nasal inverted papilloma underwent endoscopic surgery u sing the plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature from July, 2008 to July, 2012 were analyzed, and the recovery of mucosa was observed under nasal endoscope.
RESULT:
The mucosa recovery extent showed a decreasing trend from mucosa pattern degree I to III, where the difference was statistically significant by chi-square test between groups (P < 0.05). The average epithelialization time was 2.7 months. It showed a significantly decreasing trend among average epithelialization time of different degrees of mucosa (P < 0.05). The nasal mucosa of most patients completed epithelialization 2.9 months after surgery.
CONCLUSION
It is safe and effective to treat nasal inverted papilloma with plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature. The patients should be followed up with regular reexamination for at least three months after surgery.

Obiective To study the compartment environmental quality of ambulance against biological contamination for safe and comfortable transportation and treatment of patients. Methods The experimental research and numerical simulation were carried to master the state of compartment environmental quality, Results Compartment environment indexes excel technology demands, such as overpressure/negative-pressure, temperature, biological contamination, vibration and shock as well as noise and luminance, Conclusion The compartment environmental quality of this ambulance is in a good state.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(18):1615-1617
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the sleep monitoring feature of the MSMS in elderly patients with OSAHS.
METHOD:
One hundred and ninety patients diagnosed with OSAHS were divided into elderly group and non elderly group according to age, then the results of MSMS were analyzed.
RESULT:
Majority elderly patients were with mild to moderate OSAHS. The nocturnal mean blood oxygen and the lowest oxygen were higher than non elderly group, coupled with higher percentage of the total oxygen saturation < 90% monitoring time (TS90). There was no significant difference in sleep structure between two groups, but the total sleep time of elderly group is lower than the non elderly group, the difference is statistically significant.
CONCLUSION
The elderly patients with OSAHS were less severe in nature, but the nocturnal hypoxia last longer in the elderly group. There is no significant difference in the sleep structure between the two groups. But the total sleep time decrease in elderly group. With smaller interference, the MSMS is closer to the natural sleep stustus of the subjects.

Sichuan Mental Health 2023;36(2):149-155
ObjectiveTo investigate the measurement invariance and the score distribution characters of the 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), and to test its feasibility in comparing depression among adolescents of different sexes and ages. MethodsFrom September 2018 to May 2019, 12 241 adolescents aged 10 to 19 years old across 22 primary and secondary schools in Hangzhou were included based on cluster sampling method, and they were investigated by PHQ-9. The measurement invariance was tested by multi-group confirmatory factor analysis. Poisson regression analysis and Logistic regression analysis were adopted to explore the score distribution of PHQ-9 by sex and age. ResultsThe configural, metric, scalar and strict invariances (χ2=2 492.527, df=79, P<0.01, RMSEA=0.071, SRMR=0.031, CFI=0.942, TLI=0.947, ΔCFI=0.004, ΔTLI=0.002 compared with the scalar model) of PHQ-9 across sex were all acceptable, and the configural, metric and scalar invariances (χ2=3 311.991, df=414, P<0.01, RMSEA=0.076, SRMR=0.055, CFI=0.928, TLI=0.937, ΔCFI=0.010, ΔTLI=0.002 compared with the metric model) across age were acceptable. The detection rate of mild depressive symptoms in girls was higher than that in boys (52.99% vs. 46.65%, χ2=48.344, P<0.01). The PHQ-9 total scores of girls aged 13 to 17 were higher than those of boys (D=0.092~0.144, P<0.01). There was an interaction between sex and age (χ2=32.800, df=1, P<0.01, OR=0.895). Except low self-evaluation and suicide or self-injury, the detection rate of assessed symptom on each item of girls was higher than that of boys (P<0.05). ConclusionIt is discovered that PHQ-9 has measurement equivalence across sex and age in adolescents, and girls and older adolescents scored higher in PHQ-9.
