Objective To explore the correlation between the recurrence rate of the elderly patients with lacunar infarction and the risk factors including blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein cholesterol values, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and other. Methods 207 over 60 years old patients with lacunar infarction occurred the first time were included in the study. All patients were followed up two years to assess the relapse rate and the risk factors of the patients with lacunar infarction. Results 207 cases of elderly patients with lacunar infarction complicated with hypertension, type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia were 148 cases,22 cases,7 cases respectively, and the recurrence rates of three groups were 8.78%, 18.18%, 14.29% respectively; The patients complicated with hypertension and 2 type diabetes were 6 cases, and the recurrence rate was 34.62%;The patients without hypertension, type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia were 4 cases, and the recurrence rate was 0%. In two years,27 cases of lacunar infarction recurred, and the recurrence rate was 13.04%. Conclusion Hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia could also be considered as the high-risk predictor factors for the recurrence rate of the elderly patients with lacunar infarction.

Objective To investigate the early nursing intervention on recovery of upper limb edema after radical mastectomy, and subjective comfort of patients and satisfaction degree with the service quality of nursing staff. Methods 70 patients according to different methods of nursing intervention were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 35 patients in each group. The observation group was given comprehensive care, including psychological care, raising affected limb, strengthen the training arm function, conducting various forms of aerobic motion, pressure gloves and massage, hot packs, physical therapy, the use of elastic bandages, guidance and other aspects of hospital care. The control group only received routine care. The nursing effect, subjective comfort degree, satisfaction degree with the service quality, time of edema alleviation and disappearance and hospitalization time of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, nursing effect of the observation group was better, subjective comfort of patients and the satisfaction degree with the quality of service significantly improved, and the time of edema alleviation and hospitalization time was significantly shorter, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Early implementation of nursing interventions for patients with limb swelling after radical operation of breast cancer can improve patients satisfaction degree, promote the recovery of upper limb edema, reduce hospital stay.

Objective To explore the transport properties of the radionuclide strontium 90Sr in the soil-plant system, and discuss the accumulation characteristics of strontiumes in different vegetable tissues. Methods Three kinds of vegetables, including Chinese cabbage, radish and celery, were planted in this experiments using stable nuclide 88Sr instead of 90Sr.Strontium concentrations in these kinds of plant and soil were measured with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES),and the transportation factor (TF) of strontium and the concentration ratio (CR) of these plants were calculated. Results The contents of strontium in different tissues of the vegetables increased significantly in response to the strontium concentrations in soil (F =3.75-139.39,P < 0.05).The contents of strontium at 398.33,477.99 and 557.57 mg/kg in different tissues of these vegetables were significantly higher than that in control group (t =-10.49-7.41,P <0.05).Except celery stems, there was a positive correlation about contents of the strontium between other tissues of these vegetables and their experimental soils (r =0.88-0.99,t =7.41-15.96,P <0.05).Based on dry weight of examples, the TF in each tissue sample of cabbage and radish was higher than 1,and the concentration ratio, for cabbage and radish, was higher in stems than in roots (F =8.22,91.49,P < 0.05).Conclusions Three kinds of vegetables have been shown to have strontium accumulation ability in soil environment.

According to the three orientation cultivating mode,in order to improve quality of experiment teaching in pathogen biology and cultivate innovative talents of medicine the open experi-ment teaching which based on the research projects is applied to optimize the experiment content design, teaching form and comprehensive assessment. For example, In the choice of subject direction more attention are paid to the students' autonomy; In the design of experiment content students' inter-ests should be fully considered;During the course of experiments, the teachers play the role of visitors most of the time; In the experiment evaluation, students' ability of solving problems and their innova-tive ability are included. By participating in research projects, it not only can arouse the enthusiasm of students, but also can cultivate their scientific spirit of innovation and the rigorous scientific attitude.

Objective To investigate the application and needs' survey of mobile App health software in the patients with respiratory chronic disease. To make mobile App health software development more targeted and practical in the near future. To provide the foundation for continuous nursing service. Methods A survey research method was adopted in which self-designed questionnaires were administered to 163 patients with respiratory chronic disease from respiratory ward and outpatient clinic. Results Totally 119(73.0%) patients used smartphone, the mean score of experience in using mobile phones was (32.4 ± 14.1), which was in the medium range. There were 80 patients had ever installed and used this kind of App. The frequency of use of mobile App health software was Breathing Exercises App, Healthy Exercise App, Healthy Diet App and Medicine Remind App. The major reason for using of these App was disease prevention, self health care, disease and health monitoring and rehabilitation exercises. There were 120 patients would like to install App health software specific to respiratory chronic disease. They hope the characters of these App were simple operated, practical and without product placement. These App health software should include following function:timely feedback and guidance, providing practical method and help to register. Conclusion Most patients with respiratory chronic disease had the hardware basis and experience basis of using mobile App health software. More targeted and practical mobile App health software for the patients with respiratory chronic diseases should be developed to provide the foundation for continuous nursing service and patient′s self-management.

Objective To explore the curative effect and nursing of enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) on patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy. Methods In September 2013 to March 2013 in Shenzhen Futian District People′s Hospital neurology hospital, toally 286 patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups, control group and treatment group with 143 cases in each group. The control group used conventional treatment and the treatment group used EECP. The score of clinical nerve function and defect improved Barthel index were compared. Result The score of clinical nerve function defect and improved Barthel index of the treatment group before the treatment were without difference (all P>0.05). The score of clinical nerve function defect and improved Barthel index of the treatment group were less than those of control group after the treatment (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Ischemic stroke patients with positive EECP can significantly increase clinical neural function and life ability , improve patient′s quality of life.

Objective To investigate the influencing factors for prehospital delay in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods A total of 807 consecutive patients with AMI who presented to the emergency department of Beijing Anzhen Hospital were analyzed. The influence of several potential risk factors on the prehospital delay time (PDT) was evaluated by comparing patients admitted more than 2 hours after onset of chese pain with those admitted within 2 hours after onset. Results Among 807 patients, 402 came to the hospital within 2 hours while the others arrived at the hospital after 2 hours. The median PDT was 130 min. Among the potential variables, advanced age, history of diabetes mellitus, occurrence of symptom at night and use of emergency medical service significantly affected PDT by multivariate analysis. Conclusion Interventions aimed at reducing the prehospital delay in AMI should primarily focus on the awareness of the risk and help-seeking behavior of patients.
