Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods A total of 92 OA patients were included into a one-month randomized controlled followup study, 47 of them were treated with combined psychological intervention, the other 45 cases were routinely treated. All cases were investigated on their demographic information , physiological parameters and score of the short form-36 health survey questionnaires (SF-36), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS). Statistics method used t-test and variance analysis. Results There was no signi-ficant difference in terms of the physiologic parameters changes between before and after treatment (P＞0.05) of the two groups. ① The SDS scores of the two groups decreased gradually after the treatment (P＜0.05),while there was remarkable descending of SDS score in patients of psychological intervention group (P＜0.05). ② The SAS scores of the two groups decreased gradually after the treatment (P＜0.05). And there was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05). Compared with the non-intervention group, the fourfactors scores including physical function, pain, vitality and role limitations due to emotional problems of the intervention group were significantly improved (P＜0.05). Anegative correlation was observed between SDS and PF, BP, GH, VT and SF (r=-0.739-0521,P＜0.05). SAS was correlated negatively with VT and SF (r=-0.699～-0.475,P＜0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention could ameliorate the depression of knee osteoarthritis patients. The quality of life of knee osteoarthritis patients can be improved by psychological intervention.

Objective To study the concurrence of congenital ptosis and hypospadias and the relationship between the two. Methods The incidence rate and degree of ptosis were recorded for 254 cases of hypospadias. Results The morbidity of ptosis in hypospadias cases was 4.72％.The posterior hypospadias group had a higher ptosis rate than the anterior and middle hypospadias groups,P ＜ 0.05. While there was no statistical difference of severe ptosis morbidity rates between these two groups. Conclusions Congenital ptosis is a common concurrent anomaly of hypospadias outside the urogenital system.The severity of hypospadias is relevant with the morbidity of ptosis but not with the degree of ptosis.Hypospadias and ptosis may share common pathogenic or susceptive factors.

Objective To investigate the effects of sensorimotor therapy on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods Ninety-two patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into a treatment group and a control group by using random digits table. Both groups received conventional rehabilitation therapy, including knee isometric and isotonic contraction training, ultrashort wave diathermy as well as aerobic exercise. The treatment group was also administered with sensorimotor training, in addition to the conventional training,including the muscle strengthening and control training of quadriceps and hamstring muscle using sling exercise therapy system and on the Thera-band mattress. The visual analogue scale (VAS) for pain, manual muscle testing and knee range of motion as well as the Japanese Orthopedic Association knee function evaluation form were used to evaluate the patients. Results There was no statistic difference between the 2 groups before treatment, with regard to the evaluation parameters used in this study. After 2 months of treatment, both groups improved significantly (P ＜0.05),with the treatment group improved to a significantly greater extent (P ＜0.05). Conclusions Sensorimotor training in addition to the conventional rehabilitation treatment can further relieve the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis joints arthritis and improve the function of patients with knee osteoarthritis.

In order to adapt to the requirements of modem medical knowledge and skills for higher medical workers,and to cultivate medical students' molecular medicine quality and comprehensive ability,Weifang Medical University broke the boundaries of disciplines and constructed experimental course group in molecular medicine based on the ideas of curriculum group construction.Molecular medical knowledge was integrated into the teaching process of experimental course group,experimental teaching content system was reasonably integrated and optimized,high quality teaching team was set up,multi-level experimental teaching platform was built and student-centered teaching mode was implemented to explore the experimental teaching approach which helped medical students to form systematic molecular medicine knowledge structure and ability structure.

Objective:To determine the roles of constitutively activated signal transduction pathway ERK1/2(p44/42 MAPK)in controlling cytotoxicity or proliferation activity of natural killer cell lines.Methods:Whole cell extracts from human NK cell lines(YT,IL 2 independent;NK 92,IL 2 dependent) was used in Western blot to detect the constitutively activated signal transduction pathway(s) in human NK cell lines. Specific inhibitor PD098059 was used to abrogate phosphorylation of ERK1/2 for further evaluation. A MTT based method was applied to analyze the cytotoxicity and proliferation capability of NK cell lines before and after specific inhibition of ERK1/2 activation by PD098059.RT PCR protocol was applied to analyze the cytotoxic related molecules possibly engaged with the ERK1/2 signal transduction pathway.Results:Western blot showed that signal transduction pathway ERK1/2,NF ?B and STAT3 was constitutively phosphorylated in two representative human NK cell lines YT and NK 92 which killed NK sensitive K562 target efficiently,other sigal pathways(STAT1,STAT6,p38 MAPK and PI 3K) were not activated.ERK1/2 inhibitor PD098059 apparently inhibited cytotoxicity of NK cell lines but did not influence their proliferation potential, RT PCR analysis revealed that the expression of lytic related molecules including IFN?,FasL,and perforin was downregulated to distince degree by PD098059 as it blocked the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 in NK cell lines.Conclusion:The constitutively phosphorylated signal pathway ERK1/2 in NK cell lines mainly involved in transducing signals controlling the cytotoxic capacity but not the proliferation potential of NK cells,ERK1/2 regulated the lytic capacity of NK cells by inducing the expression level of lytic related molecules including IFN?、FasL and perforin. AIM: To study the purification of Naomaitong Granules(Radix et Rhizoma rhei,Rhizoma chuanxiong,Radix Puerariae lobatae.etc) by macroporous absorption resin. METHODS: Naomaitong Granule was purificated by macroporous absorption resin AB-8.UV spectrothotometry was used to determine the contents of total anthraquinones,total ginsenosides,total alkaloids,and the content of puerarin was determined by HPLC.The technic of purification was optimized according to the content above. RESULTS: The optimized technological conditions consisted of eoncentranon of original sample 120 mg/mL,the diameter and height was in proportion of 1∶10,the ratio of maximum adsorption to resin volume was 1∶6,water elution was 2B multiple of resin volume,8B multiple of resin volume 50% alcohol was the elution. CONCLUSION: AB-8 macroporous absorption resin can be used to purify Naomaitong Granules.

Objective To construct and identify the screening vector pUC18-EGFP,using EGFP as an indicator. Methods The EGFP gene was prepared by PCR and cloned into pUC18 resulting the vector pUC18-EGFP. Then DNA fragment was inserted into the MCS of pUC18-EGFP to test its practicability based on green fluorescence. Results The pUC18-EGFP was confirmed correctly by restriction enzyme analyses. The pUC18-EGFP was used to select recombinants. The green strains on the plate were confirmed by restriction enzyme and DNA analyses,which were E.coli harboring recombinants. Conclusion The screening vector PUCl8-EGFP was constructed successfully. Thus,we can select the positive clones on plates based on the green fluorescence of EGFP.

Papillary thyroid carcinoma is the most common pathology type of thyroid carcinoma with the following biological characteristics:low malignancy,slow progress,longer duration,good prognosis,but it is prone to lymph node metastasis.Lateral lymph node metastasis relates with patients' age,sex,tumor size,tumor location,capsular invasion/extra-thyroidal extension,muli-focality and the number of positive central lymph nodes.Understanding the influencing factors of the lateral lymph node metastasis has important clinical significance for determining the lymph node dissection scope and the indications for the patients with thyroid carcinoma.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Tanreqing in the treatment of radiation pneumonia. Methods 75 patients with radiation pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the registration of this study.38 cases in the treatment group treated by Tanreqing,antibiotics and glucocorticoid,while 37 cases in the control group was given antibiotics and glucocorticoid.Then,the therapeutic efficacy was compared.Results From the chest routine scan result and the clinical symptom release,the excellence rate of the treatment group was 68.4%,which of the control group was 43.2%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2 =4.823,P =0.028 ).Conclusion Treating radiation pneumonia with Tanreqing has good effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To observe and compare the incidence rate of hemolysis while venous blood specimen collecting with two types of venous indwelling needle. To summarize the attentions during blood samples collecting by venous indwelling needle. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, a total of 400 patients in resuscitation room of emergency department were divided into control group and experimental group by random digits table method with 200 cases each. Type Y indwelling needle was used in control group, while straight type indwelling needle was used in experimental group. Both two types of indwelling needle were required to be connected with the disposable venous blood taking needle joint for blood sample collection. The incidence rate of hemolysis was observed. Results The incidence rate of hemolysis in experimental group was lower than that in control group: 8.0%(16/200) vs. 39.5%(79/200),and there was significant difference, χ2=34.317, P < 0.01. Conclusions The incidence rate of hemolysis during venous blood specimen collecting with straight type indwelling needle is significantly lower than that with Y type indwelling needle. Straight type indwelling needle is worthy of clinical use.
