Objective:To obtain the full length cDNA sequences of hepatoma associated gene HTA, analyze its alternative splicing, detect the expression pattern of 2 HTA gene transcripts in different hepatic cell lines, and to establish a base for further study of HTA gene function in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) occurence and development. Methods:The full length cDNA of HTA gene was cloned by rapid amplification of cDNA 3' ends (3'-RACE), rapid ampliifcation of cDNA 5' ends (5'-RACE) and DNA sequencing. The gene structure and alternative splicing were analysed. Northern blot assay was performed to detect the expression pattern of 2 HTA gene transcripts in different hepatic cell lines. Results:The full length of HTA gene was 1414 bp, composed of 3 exons and 2 introns, and the second intron could be retained in mRNA. Northern blot assay showed that 2 transcripts of HTA mRNA(1.4 kb and 1.7 kb) could express in the HCC cell lines HepG2 and QGY-7703, but not in the non-malignant cell line L-02 and HUVEC. The expression level of 1.4 kb transcript was much higher than 1.7 kb one. Conclusion:This study successfully has obtained the full length cDNA of HTA gene, and analysed the gene sequence and alternative splicing, 2 transcripts of HTA mRNA specifically expressed in HCC cell lines. As a hepatoma associated gene, HTA deserves further investigation.

OBJECTIVE To study the results of the reoperation for thyroid cancer. METHODS The clinical data of 288 cases who underwent reoperation for thyroid cancer were analyzed retrospectively. There were 69 male and 219 female. There were 249 cases (86.5 %) with papillary adenocarcinoma, 27 cases(9.4 %) with follicle adenocarcinoma, 6 cases (2 %) with medullar cancer, and 6 cases (2 %) with anaplastic cancer pathologically. The types of operation were lobectomy and near total lobectomy. The unilateral or bilateral neck dissections were performed in selected cases. RESULTS Pathological examination reveal that there were 63 cases of cancer residual in the ipsilateral side and 33 cases of the opposite side. The cervical node metastasis were present in 164 cases of patients at the same side. CONCLUSION The ipsilateral side lobaectomy and/or contralateral side near total lobectomy should be employed for the thyroid cancer patients. The neck dissection should be performed in most of the patients.

Objective:
To investigate the effect of ultrasound transdermal delivery in children with swelling and pain after supracondylar fracture of the humerus.
Methods:
Totally 103 cases of humeral supracondylar fractures from January to June 2017 were divided into control group (50 cases) and experimental group (53 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional detumescence and intravenous drug therapy, while the experimental group was given the local target ultrasonic percutaneous delivery in accordance with the doctor′s advice on the basis of routine treatment. By comparing the two groups in terms of postoperative pain, swelling relief, starting time for getting out of bed, hospitalization time, and parental satisfaction of children, we investigated the effect of ultrasonic ultrasound transdermal delivery on children with swelling and analgesia after supracondylar fracture of the humerus.
Results:
Postoperative pain relief and swelling relief were significantly reduced in the experimental group compared with the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2023;31(9):679-684
Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the oral mucosa. The pathogenesis of OLP is still unclear. Immune abnormalities mediated by T cells and related cytokines play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of OLP. In recent years, glycolytic metabolism-related transporters, enzymes and regulators, such as glucose transporter-1 (Glut1), glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA), mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1a), have attracted an increasing amount of attention in OLP by regulating the proliferation and differentiation of T cells and the secretion of inflammatory factors. It has been shown that 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) or rapamycin (RAPA) inhibits the glycolytic metabolism of T cells and then inhibits OLP. This article reviews the research progress of glycolytic metabolism-related transporters, enzymes and regulatory factors in OLP in recent years.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2022;28(5):561-567
Heart failure, as a progressive and irreversible clinical syndrome, is an important part of the global prevention and treatment of chronic cardiovascular diseases. The management of its complex symptoms and risk factors cannot completely rely on medical and nursing staff and short-term clinical treatment. Self-care is an effective way to reduce the readmission rate and fatality rate of patients. Symptom perception is a new dimension in the situation-specific theory of self-care in heart failure, and that is a comprehensive process by which patients conduct self-monitoring of symptoms and signs and identify, interpret, and label the meaning of symptoms. Symptom perception of heart failure is crucial to achieve effective self-care, however, there are few studies in China. This article reviews the definition, influencing factors and evaluation tools of symptom perception in patients with heart failure, so as to provide evidence for the intervention and promotion of symptom perception in patients with heart failure.
