Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):434-435
Objective To study and analyze the short-term effect of glucocorticoid in patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia by analyzing the semi quantitative scores of high resolution CT.Methods 50 cases of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia treated in our hospital from May 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research object.Clinical data were analyzed, including smoking, signs of hospitalization and dyspnea score.High resolution CT level for the right diaphragmatic top tube, bifurcation, left atrium roof, in 3 aspects from the calculation of cellular disease and shadow grid as a percentage of average, the critical point of high resolution CT scores were 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%.The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of glucocorticoids were analyzed. The chi square test was used to examine the enumeration data. Results The accuracy was 72% when the high resolution CT score was 20% critical point. In patients treated with corticosteroids, the high resolution CT score was greater than or equal to 20% for patients and 25 for patients with a score of less than 20% for 25 patients.20% or more patients died during hospitalization, 10 cases, the mortality rate was 40%, and the effective rate of glucocorticoid treatment was 8%.Less than 20% of the patients died during hospitalization, 1 cases, the mortality rate was 4%, and the effective rate of glucocorticoid treatment was 50%.Conclusion High resolution CT semi quantitative score judgment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia patients treated with glucocorticoid efficacy of high accuracy, high resolution 20% scores higher accuracy, and the diagnosis is well, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

Objective To investigate costimulatory pathway of breast cancer patients, we examined peripheral CD28 positive T lymphocytes and B7 molecules expression on the primary breast cancer cells in patients with breast cancer. MethodsFlow cytometry was used to analyze CD28 and B7 molecules expressed on T lymphocytes and primary breast cancer cells respectively. Results CD28 positive T lymphocytes in breast cancer patients was lower than that in control group (t=2.879,P

Objective: To evaluate the preemptive analgesia of intravenous tramadol preoperatively in neck-surgery. Methods: Eighty patients, ASAⅠ-Ⅱ,were scheduled for neck-surgery under local anesthesia. Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups (40 cases/group).In group P intravenous tramadol was administered as a bolus dose of 3mg/kg 15min prior to skin incision. Group C received saline as a placebo. The patients-controlled analgesia(PCA) devices were used in all patients after operation. We observed BP, HR,VAS score, the time of first PCA activation, the valid number of press PCA and the total consumption of analgesic after operation. Results:The postoperative VAS was markedly lower in group P compared with the group C in 0-24h( P
7. Effects of Acupotomy Therapy on mRNA Expressions of Bcl-2, Bax, Caspase-3 in Posterior Cervical Extensor Muscles in Cervical Spondylosis Rabbits
Acupuncture Research 2017;42(6):514-517
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of acupotomy therapy on mRNA expressions of Bcl-2, Bax , Caspase-3 in posterior cervical extensor muscles in cervical spondylosis rabbits, and explore its mechanisms for apoptosis of cervical muscles. METHODS: New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into normal, model, electroacupuncture (EA) and acupotomy groups, 6 in each group. The cervical spondylosis model was established by forced head-bowing for a long term. After model establishment, acupotomy was used at the trapezius muscle starting point and attachment site of sternocleidomastoid muscle, etc., once a week, total 3 times. EA was used at "Tianzhu" (BL 10), "Jingbailao" (EX-HN 15) and "Dazhu" (BL 11) for 3 weeks, 20 min a time, 3 times a week. Bcl-2, Bax, Caspase-3 mRNA expressions in posterior cervical extensor muscles were detected by real-time PCR. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA among all the groups (P>0.05). Compared with the normal group, Bax mRNA increased in the model group (P<0.01), and that in the acupotomy group was lower than that in the model group (P<0.01). The ratio of Bcl-2/Bax mRNA in the model group decreased significantly compared with that in the normal group (P<0.01); in comparison with the model group, the ratio in the acupotomy group increased (P<0.01); and that in the acupotomy group was higher than the ratio in the EA group (P<0.05). The Caspase-3 mRNA expression in the model group increased compared with that in the normal group (P<0.05), and its expression in the acupotomy group decreased compared with those in the model and EA groups (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Acupotomy therapy can regulate the mRNA expressions of Bax and Caspase-3, and retard apoptosis in posterior cervical extensor muscles, therefore the strained muscles are relieved, which may be one of its mechanisms for improving cervical spondylosis.

Excellent doctor education training plan is an important policy applied by the gov-ernment to enhance the quality of medical personnel training in China. One of the important purposes is to improve the medical students' ability to apply and practice the medical professional English. In order to achieve this purpose, we have applied bilingual teaching for the students of excellent doctor in medical cell biology course. This article mainly introduces some reform measures , which involves training teacher, preparing textbooks and resources, establishing network database, exploring teaching modes, improving teaching methods and means, implementing diversified evaluation methods, and so on. At the same time, we have summarized some problems in the teaching process, and thus put for-ward improvement strategy.

Objective To isolate and purify pancreatic ductal epithelial cells in adult rats, and induce differentiation of pancreatic ductal epithelial cells to islets in vitro. Methods By retrograde in- jection of collagenase into biliary-pancreatic tract, pancreatic tissues were digested and different types of pancreatic cells including islets, duct and degranulated aicni cells were separated by means of density gradient centrifugation.Ductal cells were purified by adhering method and identified by immunocyto- chemistry stain of ductal epithelial cells maker antigen(Cytokeratin 19,CK-19).Ductal cells were ex- panded in RMPI 1640 with 10% FBS.About one week when most adherent ceils were of monolayer, the medium was changed to serum-free DMEM/F12 supplemented with keratinocyte growth factor (KGF)to further expand ductal epithelial cells. When ceils reached 80% confluence, nicotinamide and high concentration of glucose were added to promote differentiation of pancreatic ductal epithelial cells.Islets like-structure was stained by Dithizone. Results Irnmunocytochemistry stain of CK-19 re- vealed that most isolated ceils were ductal epithelial ceils. The cultured ductal epithelial cells began to adhere at day 1,reached 80% confluence and cell clones were formed at day 14-21.At day 28,islets- like-structure appeared and was positive for Dithizone staining. Conclusions Ductal epithelial cells of rats can be isolated by means of density gradient centrifugation and purified by adhering method.Duc- tal epithelial cells can differentiate into islets-like-structure in vitro.
