1.Demand for and accessibility to reproductive health service of urban floating population.
Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2005;25(5):608-11
The demand for knowledge of productive health and the current status of productive health services provided by relevant governmental institutions were qualitatively and quantitatively studied. The study identified the key factors that influenced the demand for the productive health services and results of the services. It also discussed the effective approaches to control, planning and sustainable development of the reproductive health services for the floating populations.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(28):45-47
Objective To investigate the allergens of asthmatic children of the local area, and provide a reliable objective basis for the prevention, treatment and care of children with asthma. Methods Allergen skin prick test was performed on 217 asthmatic children in our hospital out-patient clinic and hospital from February,2008 to September,2009. All children were divided into three groups by age, there were 48 cases with asthma in the five-months to three-year-old group, 57 cases with asthma in the 3 year-old group, and 112 cases with asthma in the 5 to14 year-old group. The production of allergens developed 10 kinds of inhaled,7 kinds of food allergen with Beijing Union Medical College Hospital Research Center. Results The total positive rate of allergen skin prick test of asthmatic children was up to 89.4%. Conclusions Among the allergic factors, the inhaling allergens are the main factors at wheezing episodes in the local area, and dust mites, indoor dust are the main allergens in the inhaling allergens, in the allergic factors of food, sea shrimp is the important factor that could not be ignored to the wheezing episodes. Therefore, helping parents and children to avoid or reduce dust mites, room dust and sea shrimp exposure is the most basic measures for the prevention, treatment and care of children with asthma.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2005;25(3):368-70
In order to study the treatment of the children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test (IVA-CPT) was clinically applied to evaluate the effectiveness of electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback training. Of all the 60 children with ADHD aged more than 6 years, the effective rate of EEG biofeedback training was 91.6% after 40 sessions of EEG biofeedback training. Before and after treatment by EEG biofeedback training, the overall indexes of IVA were significantly improved among predominately inattentive, hyperactive, and combined subtype of children with ADHD (P<0.001). It was suggested that EEG biofeedback training was an effective and vital treatment on children with ADHD.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2009;(24):1123-1127
Objective:To inquiry the variety difference of upper airway caliber OSAHS sufferer and normal person in quiet respiration Method:Twenty OSAHS sufferer who were viewed by PSG and 16 normal adults who hadve no chief complaint of sleeping disease were selected. The curves of the subjects in a respiratory cycle were recorded by respiratory monitoring system in PSG,while the morphological changes in the harynx of all subjects were observed by fiberscope in a calm respiratory cycle, and then both of the two processes simultaneously were recorded on the same computer.According to the different stages of respiratory cycle by analyzing respiratory curve the video had been edited into pictures about the various anatomical areas in the upper airway,he cross section area and the dimension of palate and lingua and root of the tongue region upper irway wereas studied by the image tools in computer, and the changes of areas and dimensions at palate, and lingua and root of the tongue region upper airway were calculated.Result:It was found that there wasis a morphological change f the upper airway with the respiratory movement in the both groups. The upper airway caliber decrease with inspiration begin and reach the most narrowing at the end of inspiration, then upper airway caliber enlarges with the expiration begin and reach the most widening at the end of expiration. No matter the normal group or the OSAHS roup has the obvious changes in the palate and lingua region on the diameter, the cross section area and the dimension in respiration. The changes in the palate and lingua region on the diameter, the cross section area and the dimension of OSAHS group were greater than normal group. No matter OSAHS group or normal group on the diameter nd cross section area change in the palate was obviously more than the tongue area and the root of tongue area. The changes of OSAHS group on the dimension in the palate were greater than the tongue area and the root of tongue area. Conclusion:There are periodically changes of upper airway during respiration cycle in normal adults and SAHS patients. The effects of respiration on upper airway caliber of OSAHS patients are more obviously than normal adults.and the increasing effects in OSAHS patients is one of OSAHS etiology.

Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE To summarize and evaluate the therapeutic studies on obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in our country. METHODS Articles of therapeutic studies on OSAHS published in major journals of our country from Jan. 1995 to Dec. 2004 were evaluated retrospectively. RESULTS A total of 201 articles were recruited. The number of articles published every year was increased with time and most of the articles were retrospective study. There were no standard criteria for evaluating the curative effect, and the cure rate of UPPP were obviously different according to different evaluation criteria. In same evaluation criteria, the short- term outcome were better than long-term outcome, and the patients underwent multiple levels surgery had better outcome than single UPPP. CONCLUSION Multi-center,large sampled and prospective random comparison therapeutic study based on evaluative criteria constituted by Chinese Medical Association should be carried out in the future study. The impersonal methods and criteria for evaluation the upper airway anatomic structure and pharyngeal wall resilience should be established. Individuality therapy should be done. And finally, bring on therapeutic effect of OSAHS to a higher level in our country.

OBJECTIVE: To study the anti- metastatic action of equal/unequal- fork- peptide of YIGSR.METHODS: To observe the influence of drugs on metastasis of melanoma B16 to lung in mice.RESULTS: The metastatic rate of lung in 46 mice of control and experimental groups was 100% ,21 days after inoculating melanoma B16 cells via caudal vein.Injection of YIGSR in combination with tumor cells could reduce the number of metastatic nodules in a dose- dependent manner. The numbers of metastatic nodules in 100μ g~ 200μ g equal fork peptide group and same dosage unequal fork peptide group were significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05;P<0.01 respectively).50μ g equal fork peptide group was different from control group. The synthetic peptide could not decrease the weight of the lung with metastatic lesions.CONCLUSION: YIGSR derivants have effective antimetastatic actions. Its mechanism may related to the inhibiting effect on formation of cancer cell emboli, which retain in microvessels of remote target organs, and multiplicate and penetrate blood vessels to form micrometastatic lesions.

Objective To explore the relationship between the behavior and social ability development of Chinese urban 2 ~ 3 years old toddlers. Methods The number of 2601 toddlers aged 2~3 years old were involved by random cluster sampling under the cross-sectional study from 14 large-media cities in China and surveyed by Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL 2/3) and Chinese Toddler Social and Emotional Assessment CTSEA) Questionnaire. The multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the surveyed results. Results In 2601 toddlers, there were 194 toddlers detected positive about the behavior, the rate was 7. 5% , including boys 107 (4.11%) and girls 87 (3. 34%),and there was gender differences in positive rates of the behavior(t = 2.36,P< 0.05). Otherwise,268 toddlers were detected positive about social-emotional ability, the rate was 10.3% .including boys 139 (5.34%) and girls 129 (4.96%), there also was gender differences in suspected positive rates of social-emotional ability(t = 3.60, P<0.01). The multiple stepwise regression analysis results indicated that attacks, damage, depression, withdrawal were correspond correlated with compliance,empathy,prosocial-peer-relations and imitation. Conclusion Cultivating good habits would promote the development of children' s social ability.
