Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the brief version of dysfunctional beliefs and attitudes about sleep(DBAS-16).Methods Participants were out-patients who with insomnia or insomnia comorbided depression disorder or anxiety disorder.All of them were assessed by DBAS-16,Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),self-rating depression scale (SDS),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).30 of them were evaluated by DBAS-16 two weeks later.Results 230 patients were assessed,212 pieces of questionnaire with integral answers were collected,The Cronbach α Coefficient of DBAS-16 was 0.786,the Cronbach α coefficients of four subscales were 0.424-0.703.Split-half reliability coefficient of total score was 0.775,split-half reliability coefficient of four subscales were 0.424-0.719.Item-total correlation coefficients ranged from 0.602 to 0.283(all P＜0.05).The testretest reliability coefficient was 0.928,and coefficient of each subscales ranged from 0.709 to 0.907 (all P＜0.05).Confirmatory factor analysis was used to estimate the construct validity.The fit indices:x2/dfwas 1.623,the adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI) was 0.882,root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) was 0.054,incremental fit index (IFI)was 0.899,non-normed fit index (NNFI) was 0.871,comparative fit index (CFI) was 0.895.Total DBAS-16 score significantly correlated with PSQI(r=-0.311,P＜0.01),SDS(r=-0.192,P＜0.01),SAS(r=-0.162,P＜0.01).Conclusion The reliability and validity of the brief version of DBAS-16 are adequate.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of different tooth preparations on three-dimensional adaption of computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) crowns based on the reverse engineering.

METHODSThe tooth preparation model of the left maxillary first molar was scanned to build five different tooth preparations using the NX Imageware 13.2 software. The resin cores (n=8) were designed with the exocad software. The scanning data of the inner surface of each resin core were used to analyze the three-dimensional adaption with the Geomagic Qualify 12 software.

RESULTSAccording to the color-coded deviation images, the deviation of the heavy chamfer shoulder was the smallest and the most uniform, whereas the other groups with sharp lines showed large deviation. After statistical analysis, the total deviation of the heavy chamfer shoulder, 135° shoulder, feather shoulder, 90° shoulder with lipped margins, and sharp marginal ridges preparation were (16.88±2.83), (26.88±3.61), (53.56±4.30), (51.38±4.46), and (47.19±4.62) μm. A statistical significance was observed between the heavy chamfer and 135° shoulders (P<0.05). The other groups fitted poorly, without statistical significance between each group (P>0.05).

CONCLUSIONThree-dimensional analysis using a computer is a preferable method to study the three-dimensional adaption of crowns. The heavy chamfer shoulder and round line preparation are clinically recommended. However, feather shoulder, 90° shoulder with lipped margins, and sharp marginal ridge preparation should be avoided.

In order to discover the steroid biotransformation ability of filamentous fungus Aspergillus niger TCCC41650, we studied the fermentation of 4-androstene-3,17-dione with A. niger TCCC41650. The transformation product was purified, crystallized and determined as 16β-hydroxy-androst-4-ene-3,17-dione by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. The best fermentation condition was found to be pH 6.0, ethanol amount 2% with a substrate concentration of 1 per thousand, the transformation rate is 85.81% after 72 h. Based on the best of our knowledge, 16β-hydroxylation rarely occurs in microbial transformations of steroid. This study laid the foundation for the research of 16β-hydroxylation steroids

Objective To compare the effectiveness and safety of Onyx and n-butyl-2-cyanoacryhte (NBCA) for the embolization of cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVMs).Methods The clinical data of 53 patients with cerebral AVMs (31 in the NBCA group and 22 in the Onyx group) were analyzed retrospectively.The safety and effectiveness of the 1-year follow-up were compared.The size of AVMs (diameters ＜3 cm,3-6 cm,and ＞6 cm) and the Spetzler-Martin grade were used to conduct subgroup analysis.Results There were no significant differences in the baseline data and AVM morphologies.The embolization rate in the Onyx group was significantly higher than that in the NBCA group (P ＜ 0.05),but there were no significant differences in the incidences of postoperative hemorrhage (1/22 vs.1/31;P=1.000)and neurological deficit (1/22 vs.3/31;P=0.633) in the 1-year follow-up after procedure.The subgroup analysis showed that the embolization rates of the small and medium-sized cerebral AVMs in the Onyx group were significantly higher than those in the NBCA group (all P ＜ 0.05),and the embolization rates of cerebral AVMs with different Spetzler-Martin grades in were significantly higher than those in the NBCA group (all P ＜0.05).Conclusion Onyx is equivalent to NBCA in safety but better in efficacy.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of two chemotherapy regimens based on oxaliplatin combined with TS-1 or capecitabine in the treatment of advanced colon cancer.Methods 53 advanced colon cancer patients were involved in this study.26 patients were given the regimen of SOX:oxaliplatin (130 mg/m2) was administered intravenously in three hours on day 1,while S-1 (40 mg/m2) was administered orally twice daily for 14 consecutive days.27 patients were given the regimen of XELOX:oxaliplatin capecitabine was administered intravenously in three hours on day 1,while capecitabine (1000 mg/m2)was administered orally twice daily for 14 consecutive days.The regimens were repeated every 3 weeks.The efficacy and toxicy were evaluated after 2 cycles teatment.Results All the 53 patients were eligible for enrollment and the patients were appreciable for efficacy and toxicy.The objective response rates (RR) were 46.1％ (12/26) and 48.1％ (13/27) in the SOX group and XELOX group respectively.The disease control rates (DCR) were 76.9 ％ (20/26) and 74.1％ (20/27).There was no significant difference in RR.The objective side effects associated with the two regimens were bone marrow suppressive,digestive system reaction (diarrhea or vomiting),peripheral neuropathy and hand-foot syndrome on mostly graded 1 or 2.Compared to the XELOX group,nausea vomiting of the SOX group were higher (x2 =4.462,P =0.035),but diarrhea and hand-foot syndrome of XELOX group was obviously higher than that of SOX group [44.4 ％ (12/27) vs.19.2 ％ (5/26) (x2 =4.366,P =0.001),44.4 ％ (12/27) vs.3.8 ％ (1/26) (x2 =11.699,P=0.037)].Conclusion There are no significant difference in the efficacy of the two chemotherapy regimens and the side toxicities are all well tolerable.

Objective: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of genital Chlamydia trachomatis infections in Shaoxing City from 2012 to 2021, so as to provide the evidence for improving the control strategy of genital C. trachomatis infections. Methods: Data pertaining of patients with genital C. trachomatis infections in Shaoxing City from 2012 to 2021 were retrieved from Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System, and the incidence of genital C. trachomatis infections was calculated. The trends in incidence of genital C. trachomatis infections were analyzed using annual percent change (APC), and temporal, human and temporal distributions of genital C. trachomatis infections were descriptively analyzed. Results: A total of 18 235 cases with genital C. trachomatis infection were reported in Shaoxing City from 2012 to 2021, and the annual average incidence was 36.36/105. The incidence of genital C. trachomatis infections appeared a tendency towards a rise in Shaoxing City from 2012 to 2021 (APC=4.51%, t=2.663, P=0.029). The reported incidence of genital C. trachomatis infections was significantly higher among females than among males (60.46/105 vs. 12.50/105; χ2=7 935.467, P<0.001), and 76.04% infections (13 866 cases) occurred at ages of 20 to <40 years, while a high incidence rate of genital C. trachomatis infections was seen among patients at ages of 25 to <30 years (154.23/105). In addition, high incidence rates were seen in Keqiao District (57.93/105) and Yuecheng District (51.78/105). Conclusions The incidence of genital C. trachomatis infections appeared a tendency towards a rise in Shaoxing City from 2012 to 2021, and the infection predominately occurred among women and young individuals.

Objective To explore the possible mechanism of action of telomerase in hepatic precancerous lesions, and the regulatory effect of a Chinese medicine prescription HU Qi Shan ( HQS) and its principal drug mistletoe alkali on the telomerase activity in rat liver tissues.Methods Rat model of hepatic precancerous lesions was established by Solt-Farber two-step protocol.The model rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, including the model group, high-dose HQS [8 g/(kg· d)] group, low-dose HQS [4 g/(kg· d)] group, and mistletoe alkali[8 mg/(kg· d)] group.γ-Glutamy-transpeptidase (γ-GT) was analyzed by immunohistochemistry.AFP was detected by immunofluorescence technique.The telomerase activity was detected using a quantitative telomerase detection kit.The expression of NF-κB P65 was detected by immunohistochemistry.The cytoplasmic protein IκB-αwas detected by western blotting.Results After treated with HQS and mistletoe alkali, the areas ofγ-GT-positive foci and number of AFP-positive cells in the liver tissus were significantly decreased than those of the model group ( P<0.05 for both) , the telomerase activity was decreased, the number of NF-κB P65-positive cells was also decreased ( P <0.05 ) , whereas the intracytoplasmic expression of IκB-αproteins was significantly increased ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions HQS and mistletoe alkali can suppress the telomerase activity.Its possible mechanism may be through inhibition of the over-expressed apoptosis-related genes such as NF-κB P65 and increase the expression of IκB-αdecreasing the telomerase activity.

Objective To investigate the optimal condition for in vitro cultivation of Trichomonas vaginalis for obtaining a better harvest of T\^vaginalis. Methods An isolate of T\^vaginalis from clinical specimens was cultivated in three different media with initial inoculation of 9\^0?10\+4/ml under pH 5\^6. Results There was distinct difference after 96h incubation in the cumulative harvest of T.vaginalis. The highest harvest was received in cysteine/liver/peptone/maltose medium, followed by the liver/peptone/maltose medium and soybean/liver/peptone/maltose medium. Conclusion The cysteine/liver/peptone/maltose medium may be a suitable environment for in vitro multiplication of T.vaginalis.
