Objective To summarize the experience of HIV/AIDS preventive interventions among out-of-school teenagers and provide scientific evidence for the development of large-scale interventions in the future. Method Using both non-random snowball and cluster sampling approach,a total of 5,000 participants were selected from 7 provinces (9 provincial sites ) and a cross-sectional survey was conducted by employing a semi-open-ended self-administrative interview schedule to evaluate their behavioral change before and after the interventions. Results The rate of HIV related knowledge and condom use increased significantly among the participants. For instance, the rate of condom use when having sex at the last time increased by 34.86%,i.e. from 27.67% at the baseline to 59.88% after the intervention (?2=34,86,P

Objective To understand the dietary intake of pregnant women, and try to give a reasonable sug-gestion to promote fetal development. Methods 400 pregnant women in Fushan city were enrolled in this study and their dietary intake were investigated, then the software of Analysis of pregnancy nutrition guidance system was used to make nutrition analysis. Results The ratio of the energy in each pregnancy provided by dietary protein, carbohy-drate and fat were relatively appropriate. But the intake of dietary calcium, ferrum, zinc, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 in early pregnancy were very low, the intake were respectively 764.51 mg, 26.94 mg, 15.71 mg, 1.12 g, 1.13 g. Each pregnancy the ratio of high-quallty protein in total protein intake were more than 50%, an average protein RNI% was 48.50%. Conclusion The dietary style of pregnant women is relatively reasonable. But they should strengthened nutritional guide to intake more calciuro, ferrum, zinc, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2.

By applying the satellite-based distance rescue system and telemedical technology to the emergency treatment of the wounded from the Wenchuan Earthquake,we successfully conducted joint telemedical consultations with the guidance of the top specialists from various distant areas and saved 3 critically wounded patients. Our experience has shown that telemedical consultations may give a full play to the functions of large rescue organizations and the abilities of the top specialists, improve the treatment and expand war-time medical support.

To investigate the effect of semi-joint prosthesis replacement in treating osteosarcoma around the knee joint,15 children with osteosarcoma around the knee joint underwent semi-joint prostheses replacement and removal of the section with tumor from October 1998 to July 2006.Imageology showed that tumor of 9 children was located at the distal femur, and 6 cases at the proximal tibia. The pathologic changes involved the upper segment of the tibia 9-11 cm in length. All the children had been diagnosed with osteosarcoma by pathological examination, which was graded as stage Ⅱ a according to Enneking staging system. All the patients underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy preoperatively for 1-2 courses. The size of prosthesis was determined based on preoperative X-ray,CT and MRI.The length of the prosthesis should be 1.0-2.0 cm longer than that of the excised bone.Patellar and collateral ligaments were reconstructed in the artificial semi-knee joint prosthesis. All the 15 patients had a successful semi-joint prosthesis replacement.During the follow-up of 2 to 6 years, body height of the children increases by 4-6 cm,and the affected limbs shortened 1-3 cm.All children could live and study normally. There were 7 excellent,5 good,2 fine and 1 poor according to Enneking evaluation system. The semi-joint prosthesis replacement in the limb salvage surgery for child osteosarcoma around the knee joint can reconstruct knee joint function, remain normal osteoepiphysis, minimize affected limb crispation after operation, and create the condition for total knee replacement in adults.

ObjectiveTo investigate the causes of groin lymphatic fistula after transluminal ultrason ic angioplasty (TUA) in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremity through groin incision. Methods A retrospective anal ysis of the causes of groin lymphatic fistula(GLF) in 72 patients with DVT after treatment of ultrasonic ablation was made. ResultsTUA and thr ombectomy using Forgaty balloon catheter for DVT of lower extremity achieved successful recanalization in all the 72 cases (100%). Of the 72 cases,51 had i liac vein stenosis, the venous stenosis disappeared after balloon dilation;amo ng the 51 cases ,6 cases received stent placement. GLF occurred postoperati vely in 60 cases. No death occurred in this series. ConclusionsTUA is an effective method in the treatment of DVT of lower extremity, but t he incidence of postoperative GLF is high. The causes of GLF may be related to the injury of lymphatic vessels, increase of quantity of lymph flow induced by increased venous pressure, infection, surgical technique factors and postop erative medicine therapy etc.

Objective To explore the effect of depakine in the treatment of traumatic epilepsy relapse, and compared carbamazepine and lamotrigine combined with depakine in the treatment of traumatic epilepsy. Methods Open trial in 131 patients with traumatic epilepsy relapse treated with depakine, and all patients were aderministered with carbamazepine or lamotrigine combined with depakine.3 months before treatment, the epilepsy seizures frequency was compared, and 6 months after the treatment, the efficacy, adverse reactions and safety was compared between two mothods. Results Application of carbamazepine or lamotrigine combined with depakine treatment for 6 months, the seizure frequency significantly decreased compared with before treatment; The seizure frequency reduction( ≥50% ) were 72.6% and 91.3%,the difference was statistically significant between before and after treatment( P < 0.01 ) ;The adverse reactions of carbamazepine combined with depakine was 37.1%,and it of lamotrigine combined with depakine was 8.7%.Conclusion Lamotrigine combined with depakine in the treatment of traumatic epilepsy recurrence was effective, and its side effects was light.
9. Study on preparation technology of nano spray drying for Rehmanniae Radix oligosaccharide micro-powders
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2016;47(1):65-71
Objective: To prepare Rehmanniae Radix oligosaccharide micro-powders with high load capacity, high yield, and good moisture absorption, using nano spray drying technology. Methods: Based on the single factor experiments, the B-90 spray dryer was used to prepare Rehmanniae Radix oligosaccharide micro-powders with average particle size, yield, and moisture absorption rate as evaluation indices, and orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of inlet temperature, spray drying efficiency, and solution concentration on the preparation process and to optimize the preparation process. Results: The best spray drying condition was A2B2C3, namely the inlet temperature was 110℃, the spray drying efficiency was 50%, and the drug concentration was 1%. Finally the drug loading was 30% and the yield was 89% with good moisture absorption. The Rehmanniae Radix oligosaccharide micro-powders had good morphology stability. Conclusion: The nano spray drying technology is stable and the micro-powders have good quality, which is better than the traditional spray drying technology.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(1):52-53
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of early intervention on intellectual development in children with brain injury syndrome. Methods107 children with brain injury syndrome were divided into intervention group (n=73) and observation group (n=34). The intervention group accepted early interventions for mental retardation introduced in child early education manual. Observation group accepted family training. They were followed up once per 1 or 2 months, and assessed with Gesell Developmental Schedules 6 months later. ResultsThere were more children whose adaptability DQ within the normal range (maintained or restored) in the intervention group than in the observation group. ConclusionEarly intervention may decrease the intellectual retardation for children with brain injury syndrome.
