Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
Business process reengineering(BPR) is one of the most popular concepts in management field.Because lack of methods and tools to direct and support the redesign of process, the article puts forward a method of BPR in the hospital.Based on the information technology,BPR plays some creative role in the fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of service flow to achieve dramatic improvements in hospital management.
2.Differential effects of morphine on conditioned place preference and locomotor activity in adult and adolescent rats
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2009;18(11):979-981
Objective To test whether adolescent rats are more sensitive than adult rats to morphine' s rewarding actions and locomotor activating effects. Methods Conditioned place preference(CPP) procedure was used to examine drug-induced reward and locomotor activity. Adolescent ( Postnatal day 35 ) and adult ( P67 ) male rats received either saline or morphine (3 mg/kg) for 6 days and the locomotor response in the drug paired chamber was recorded during conditioned training. CPP effects were tested 24h after the last training. Results In adolescent rats, morphine CPP effect was not present [ saline group (20. 89 ±31. 14) s, morphine group (90. 75 ± 27.91)s, P = 0. 15], however, morphine CPP effect occurred in adult rats[saline group (31.5 ± 41. 24) s, morphine group(266. 13 ± 32. 26) s, P < 0. 001 ]. Adult rats presented higher CPP score than adolescent rats(P < 0.001). The locomotor response was significantly higher in day 3 ~ 6 than day 1 in the adolescent treated with morphine (P<0.05 or <0. 01). The locomotor response was significantly higher in day 2-6 than day 1 in the adolescent treated with morphine(P<0. 05 or < 0. 01 ) .which suggested that both adolescent and adult rats exhibited similar behavioral sensitization to morphine administration. Two-way ANOVA indicated that the main effect of age was not significant(F_(1,14) =0. 33, P = 0. 57) ,the interaction effect of age x treat was not significant(F_(5,70) = 0.85, P = 0.52) .there was no age difference between adolescent and adult rats in behavioral sensitization effects. Conclusion Compared with adult rats, adolescent rats don' t present morphine CPP, but show the similar morphine behavioral sensitization.
3.Clinical Study of Different Dosage Atorvastatin in Treatment of Patients with Unstable Angina post Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the effects of different dosage of atorvastation on inflammatory factors in patients with unstable angina(UAP)post PCI.Methods 116 patients with their coming order were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 56 cases with the dosage of 20mg/d,and the control group of 60 cases with the common dosage of 10mg/d.Blood samples were examined at the day of the operation preoperatively,24 h after PCI,4W,12W after administration.Results(1)The consistency of hs-CRP and cTnI of patients after PCI were more higher than that before PCI(P
4.Cognitive Processes Bias of Self-referent Encoding Task in Depressive College Students
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective: To test whether depressive college students had sociotropic self-schemata. Methods: A total of 500 college students were surveyed by CES-D and SAS, and 77 college students were chosen for further experiment: 24 with depressive mood, 12 with anxious mood, 17 with both depressive and anxious mood, and 24 normal ones. Sociotropic adjectives were strictly developed, and the 4 groups (depressive vs. anxious vs. depressive and anxious vs. normal) were given Self-referent Encoding Task. Results: ①The depressive group showed significantly less positive adjectives and more negative adjectives for self-descriptive than the normal group (P

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(21):2881-2883
Objective To explore the relationship between PIAS3 expression and the degree of malignancy of meningiomas. Methods 72 cases of different degree of malignant meningioma and 13 cases of surgical specimens of normal brain tissue were extracted the total RNA,and detected the levels of PIAS3 in different degree of meningioma and normal brain tissue through comparative control study by using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results PIAS3 was low expressed in normal brain tissue, however, high expressed in the human brain meningioma with significant differences(P<0.01).There were also significant differences found in expression level of PIAS3 between meningiomas grade I and Ⅱ,or Ⅲ level(P<0.05),but the differences between meningiomas grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ were not obvious(P>0.05).And PIAS3 expression was not related with the depth of infiltration in invasive meningiomas(P>0.05).Conclusion PIAS3 was overexpression in meningiomas, and was be closely related to the occurrence and development of meningiomas.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;25(12):812-815
Objective To study the value of tumor markers of CA153,CEA and CA125 in nipple discharge of breast intraductal papillary leision on detection of breast carcinoma. Methods 154 cases of breast intraductal papillary leision with nipple discharge were studied.Among them there were 58 cases with breast intraductal papillary carcinoma and 96 cases with intraductal papilloma. The nipple discharged and serum from the 154 cases were collected and CA153,CEA and CA125 levels were measured both in nipple discharge and serum with electrochemiluminescence method, and were compared with the results of ER,PR,HIF-1α and Ki-67 detected by SP method in breast tissue. Results The CA153,CEA and CA125 levels of nipple discharge in intraductal papillary carcinoma [(130.1 1±29.62) U/ml,(89.23±28.94) ng/ml,(41.29±16.61) U/ml]were significantly higher than those of the contrast groups, and had a positive correlation with the Ki-67,HIF-1αand lymphnode metastas (P < 0.05),and negative correlation with the level of ER,PR and Her-2 (P < 0.05).The positive rate of CA153,CEA or CA125 in nipple discharge (62.07 %,46.55 %,55.17 %) were significantly higher than that in serum (P < 0.05).The sensitivity of the combined detection of the three tumor markes both in discharge and serum was 96.55 %,and the negative predictive value was 97.30 %,which were significantly higher than that in other detection (P < 0.05).Conclusions The positive rate of CA153,CEA and CA125 in nipple discharge were significantly higher than that in serum. The dynamic combined detection of CA153,CEA and CA125 both in nipple discharge and in serum could increase the diagnosis rate of breast intraductal papillary carcinoma.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(03):-
The paper explicitly defines and classifies the medical quality evaluation indexes from the aspects of uses, sources and nature and analyzes problems and shortcomings in the current medical quality evaluation index system from such perspectives as the coverage, specificity, sensitivity, reliability, and scientificalness of the index system and the collection and application of the indexes. On the basis of this, the paper expounds the future development trends of the index system and the principles and methods employed in determining the indexes. It points out that it is necessary ① to further strengthen the integration between the medical quality evaluation indexes and the evaluation units, ② to reinforce the quality evaluation of the links, ③to evaluate medical quality in a comprehensive way from different angles, ④ to further develop mathematical evaluation models related to the statistical indexes, ⑤ to enhance the applicability of the quality evaluation index system in institutions of different grades and scales.
