MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs of 20-24nt(about 22nt) in length that mediate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level by degrading or repressing target messenger RNAs (mRNAs).Angiogenesis plays an important role in occurrence and development of cancers which involves multiple signaling pathways.miRNAs can regulate the signaling pathways in which their target genes are involved.Therefore,to study the miRNAs regulation of tumor angiogenesis slgnaling pathways will contribute to cancer diagnosis and treatment.
2.The Effect of Amniotic Membrane Transplantation in Severe Chemical Burns

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of severe chemical burns.Methods Amniotic membrane transplantation were performed in 41 patients(41eyes)suffered with severe chemical burns,in which 26 cases were alkaline burns,15 cases were acid burns.Results 41 cases were followed up about 6-24 months,the effective rate were 92.7%,alkaline burns were 92.3%,acid burns were 93.3%.Conclusions Amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective and safe method for the treatment of chemical burns.
3.Application of non opioids analgesic drugs in adult at intensive care unit

The majority of patients have experienced pain or discomfort associated with surgery or mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit (ICU), and the use of analgesic drugs can relieve patients' anxiety, improve sleep, promote the disease recovery, reduce the use of sedative drug dosage and the occurrence of delirium. Because of less adverse reactions of the non opioid analgesic drugs, in recent years gradually the doctors in ICU have paid attention to them. In this study, the related literatures have been reviewed to realize the present situation of applying non opioid analgesic drugs in ICU. It was found that nowadays the application of commonly used non opioid drugs in ICU (including ketamine, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, tramadol, lidocaine, tramadol and gabapentin) can all decrease the use of sedative drugs and opioids, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and gradually they will obtain more and more attention.
4.Effects of nerve growth factor on the expression of 67-kDa laminin receptor in human bile duct carcinoma cells

Objective To investigate the effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) on the expression of 67-kDa laminin receptor (67LR) in human bile duct carcinoma QBC939 cells, and study the possible mechanism of perineural invasion and metastasis of bile duct carcinoma. Methods ( 1 ) The expression of a high-affinity receptor for NGF, TrkA, was detected by immunofluorescence staining. ( 2 ) QBC393 cells were pretreated by β-NGF at different concentrations ( 1, 10, 100,200 μg/L), and then the mRNA and protein expressions of 67LR were examined by Real-Time PCR and Western blot assay. QBC939 cells were divided into control group and β-NGF (1, 10, 100,200 μg/L) groups. (3) The ideal concentration of β-NGF was selected according to the results of previous tests, and then the mRNA and protein expressions of 67LR were re-examined by adding specific TrkA inhibitor K252a at different concentrations ( 100,200,300 nmol/L). QBC939 cells were divided into control group, β-NGF 100 μg/L group and K252a ( 100,200,300 nmol/L) groups. All data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance or LSD-test. Results (1) A strong expression of TrkA was detected in the membrane of QBC939 cells. (2) The mRNA and protein expressions of 67LR in QBC939 cells were 0.35 ± 0.06 and 0. 32 ± 0.05 in the control group, 0.38 ±0.14 and 0.50 ±0.09 in the β-NGF 1 μg/L group, 0.62 ±0.14 and 0. 69 ±0. 13 in β-NGF 10 μg/L group, 0.90 ± 0.08 and 0.93 ± 0.07 in the β-NGF 100 μg/L group, and 0. 70 ± 0. 10 and 0. 76 ±0.07 in the β-NGF 200 μg/L group, there were significant differences among the five groups (F = 22. 4, 14. 6,P <0.05). The mRNA and protein expressions of 67LR in the β-NGF 100 μg/L group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( t = 19. 0, 21.0, P < 0. 05 ). (3) The mRNA and protein expressions of 67LR in the QBC939 cells were 0.35 ±0.10 and 0.41 ±0.10 in the control group, 0. 88 ±0. 14 and 0.84 ±0.10 in the β-NGF 100 μg/L group, 0.80±0.08 and 0.76 ±0.04 in the K252a 100 nmol/L group, 0.67 ±0.12 and 0.61 ± 0.09 in the K252a 200 nmol/L group, and 0. 43 ± 0.07 and 0. 50 ± 0. 12 in the K252a 300 nmol/L group, there were significant differences among the five groups ( F = 14. 1, 8. 9, P < 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in the mRNA and protein expressions of 67LR between the K252a 300 nmol/L group and the control group (t =1.02, 0. 85, P>0.05). Conclusion In bile duct carcinoma cells, NGF enhances the expression of 67LR by combining with TrkA, which might be the mechanism of NGF mediating perineural invasion of bile duct carcinoma.
5.Ultrasound-guided aspiration biopsy for differential diagnosis of cervical mass

Objective To assess the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cervical tumors.Methods Seventy-two patients with cervical tumors underwent ultrasonography and ultrasound-guided aspiration biopsy;and the obtained samples were examined histopathologically.Results The successful rate of aspiration biopsy was 98.15%,and the accurate rate of histopathological diagnosis was 97.22%.No complications occurred.Conclusion Being a minimally invasive,rapid,safe and simple method in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cervical tumor,ultrasound-guided aspiration biopsy has important clinical value and can be used as the first choice of qualitative diagnosis of cervical tumor.
6.The clinical significance of CA153, CEA and CA125 in nipple discharge of breast intraductal papillary leision

Objective To study the value of tumor markers of CA153,CEA and CA125 in nipple discharge of breast intraductal papillary leision on detection of breast carcinoma.Methods 154 cases of breast intraductal papillary leision with nipple discharge were studied.Among them there were 58 cases with breast intraductal papillary carcinoma and 96 cases with intraductal papilloma.The nipple discharged and serum from the 154 cases were collected and CA153,CEA and CA125 levels were measured both in nipple discharge and serum with electrochemiluminescence method,and were compared with the results of ER,PR,HIF-1α and Ki-67 detected by SP method in breast tissue.Results The CA153,CEA and CA125 levels of nipple discharge in intraductal papillary carcinoma [(130.1 1±29.62) U/ml,(89.23±28.94) ng/ml,(41.29±16.61) U/ml]were significantly higher than those of the contrast groups,and had a positive correlation with the Ki-67,HIF-1αand lymphnode metastas (P < 0.05),and negative correlation with the level of ER,PR and Her-2 (P < 0.05).The positive rate of CA153,CEA or CA125 in nipple discharge (62.07 %,46.55 %,55.17 %) were significantly higher than that in serum (P < 0.05).The sensitivity of the combined detection of the three tumor markes both in discharge and serum was 96.55 %,and the negative predictive value was 97.30 %,which were significantly higher than that in other detection (P < 0.05).Conclusions The positive rate of CA153,CEA and CA125 in nipple discharge were significantly higher than that in serum.The dynamic combined detection of CA153,CEA and CA125 both in nipple discharge and in serum could increase the diagnosis rate of breast intraductal papillary carcinoma.
7.Influence of Kangaroo care in improving milk intake and immune status for premature children

Objective To investigate the effect of Kangaroo care in improving milk intake and immune status for premature children.Methods 80 cases of premature children from June 2009 to June 2011 were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 patients in each group.The control group was taken with conventional care model for care,and the observation group used Kangaroo care model for mursing.The milk intake of differerent tines and immune status of the two grmps were taken for testing and comparoson.Results The milk intake vohnnes 7d,14d and 28d after care of the observation group were greater than the control group.The levds of CD3+ 、CD4+and CD4/CD8 were higher,while the CD8+ level was lower than the control group.Conclusions Kangaroo care can significantly improve milk intake and immune status of preterm children.
8.Plasm N-terminal pro-B-type natriaretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels and severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To investigate the relationship between plasm N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) levels and severity of coronary artery disease and coronary artery lesions. Methods 150 patients complaining of chest pain and suspected to have coronary artery disease (CAD) were enrolled in the study. Plasm NT-proBNP contents were determined with ELISA method within 48h, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was assessed with echocardiography 5-7 days after admission. All patients underwent coronary artery angiography(CAG) 2-17 days after admission and the severity of coronary artery lesions was estimated by coronary angiographic Gensini scores. According to the clinical data and results of CAG, 78 patients were diagnosed as acute coronary syndromes (ACS), 33 patients as stable angina, and 39 patients in whom angiography showed negative findings, served as normal controls. The correlation of plasm NT-proBNP levels with clinical severity of coronary artery disease and Gensini scores were analysed. The article tries to discuss the usage of "modthod of strengthening qi" in treating minimal residual leukemia(MRL). We believe that the mechanisms for MRI are qi weakness and pathogenic factors staying in yinfen. By using the method of strengthening qi, we hope to achieve the effects of regulating yin and yang, qi and blood, and physiological functions of visceras and meridians, and enhance body immunity. Thus, we can prevent and treat MRL and resist tumor indirectly.
10.MRI and MRCP Diagnosis of Primary Gallbladder Carcinoma

Objective To analyse MRI and MRCP features of primary gallbladder carcinoma.Methods MRI and MRCP data of 87 cases with gallbladder carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were studied retrospectively.Results Four patterns of gallbladder carcinomas were found by MRI:wall thickening (35 cases),papillary nodular(17 cases),mass-type (25 cases) and mixed (wall thickening and nodular) (10 cases).Pathology showed the tumors in combination with chronic cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis in 69 cases(79.31%).In comparison with that of operations,the accurate diagnostic rates were 46/50(92%) with MR imaging,13/19(68.4%) with MRCP and 80/82(97.6%) in combination with both MR imaging and MRCP.The other features included:hepatic invasion directly by gallbladder cancer in 25/32(78.12%),liver metastases in 17/19(89.47%),lymph node metastases in 28/34(82.35%),intra-adbominal distant metastases in 13/13(100%) and invasion of bile ducts in 25/26(96.15%).Conclusion MRI combined with MRCP is of significant value in diagnosing gallbladder carcinoma.
