OBJECTIVE To discuss nursing department′s function in preventing hospital infection management in order to improve its level. METHODS Nursing department actively works with hospital infection management department to establish organization,consummate system,carry out measure,regulate nursing technique operation procedure and nurse conduct norm,and train the nursing staff. RESULTS The rate of hospital infection has been descended gradually from 2.29% in 2000 to 1.01% in 2005. CONCLUSIONS Nursing department is performing important function in preventing hospital infection management work.

Objective: To investigate rules and affect factors in virus hepatitis complicated with biliary system damage. Methods: To observe 158 patients with various clinical types of viral hepatitis, gallbladder filling degree of gallbladder wall thickness, the gallbladder bile in the gallbladder situation, through sound situation by ultrasound, and the patients with intrahepatic, extrahepatic bile duct wall thickness were measured, the clarity of cavity were observed. Results:The 158 cases of patients with biliary ultrasonic testing results showed the gallbladder wall thickening, rough bilateral syndrome, sound transparent difference, stones, gallbladder enlargement or smaller, like solid. Severe hepatitis, biliary system in patients and liver cirrhosis was significantly higher than that of the abnormal in patients with acute hepatitis and chronic hepatitis (x2=17.96, x2=16.27; P<0.05). Conclusion: Viral hepatitis complicated with biliary system damage is related to clinical type, course of disease, liver function damage. Observe the change of ultrasonic dynamic biliary system, liver function testing timely, and provide the basis for guiding clinical treatment, to judge the severity and chronicity of hepatitis prediction.

The paper studied effect of different doses of Tanshinone on human polymorphonuclear leucocyte chemokinesis by agarose microdroplet assay. The results indicate that more than 10ng/ml Tanshinone inhibites significantly human polymorphonuclear leucocyte chemokinetic response to 10~(-9)M FMLP. This inhibitory effect is probably one of mechanisms of Tanshinone anti-inflammatory activity. The agarose microdroplet assay is a reliable mothod for studying leucocyte chemokinesis in vitro.

Objective　In order to understand situation and need s for health education of AIDS prevention in high school students in Anhui. Methods　1 617 students from 12 schools in 4 prefectures were sur veyed with questionnaires. Results　More than 50% students got the i nformation from newspaper, broadcasting, TV. Only 7.5% and 4.7% st udents acquired the info rmation from the subject lectures at school level and class level respectively. 14.4% students attended health education activities f or AIDS prevention. 10.9% students received relevant pro paganda materials, 77.8% students had never seen condom, 44.1% students knew the function of condom, and 8.6% students approved of premarital sexual life, of wh ich , ratio of male students were significantly higher than that of female students. More than 70% students were willing to care and help patients with HIV infectio n. Conc lusions　It is necessary and possible to develop health education for AI DS prevention in high school students. It is an important measure to develop hea lth education to block HIV transmission.

Objective To improve the ability of rheumatologist to diagnose systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) complicated with ureterohydronephrosis by analyzing the characteristics of clinical manifestations.Methods Patients with ureterohydronephrosis hospitalized in Peking Union Medical College Hospital between 2000 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical characteristics, serological findings, treatment and prognosis of these patients were reviewed. Comparisons between the groups were performed with X2 test and t-test. Results SLE patient with ureterohydronephrosis accounted for 1.26% of the SLE patients hospitalized in the same period. Twenty-eight patients presented with gastrointestinal symptoms, 14 patients suffered from bladder irritative symptoms. Nineteen patients were with bilateral ureterohydronephrosis, and 8 patients were with unilateral ureterohydronephrosis. Fourteen patients had stype positive ANA, 14 patients had positive antiSSA antibodies. All patients were treated with steroid and immune suppressive therapy, 11 patients were cured, while 3 patients had no improvement. Conclusion Ureterohydronephrosis isn't a very rare complication of SLE. SLE patients with ureterohydronephrosis often present with gastrointestinal symptoms and have high incidence of chronic intestinal pseudo obstruction. High ratio of stype ANA antibody and high positive rate of anti-SSA are most important characteristics in this subtype of SLE patients. The complications can be reversed if the patients are treated early and appropritaely.

Objective To investigate the association between human leukocyte antigen DRB1gene (HLA-DRB1) polymorphisms and asthma among Mongolian and Han peoples in China. Methods Sequence-specific primer polymerase chain reaction (PCR-SSP) was used to detect frequencies of HLA DRB1 alleles in 45 Han and 45 Mongolian patients of asthma, as well as 46 healthy Han and 45 healthy Mongolian people as controls. Frequencies of each locus of HLA-DRB1 gene were calculated and odds ratio (OR) for each locus was estimated and tested by chi-square test. Results Frequency of HLA-DR9 allele was significantly higher in Han ( 13.33 %, OR of 7. 82) and Mongolian ( 16.67 %, OR of 4. 10) asthmatic patients, as compared to Han ( 2. 22 % ) and Mongolian ( 5.43 % ) controls, respectively ( P < 0. 05 ) ;frequency of HLA-DR11 allele in Mongolian asthmatic patients ( 10. 00 % ) was significantly higher than that in healthy Mongolians ( 1.11% ) ( P < 0. 05, OR of 11.00 ) ;and frequency of HLA-DR7 allele in Han asthmatic patients was significantly lower than that in healthy Han people ( P < 0. 05, OR of 0. 08 ). Frequency of HLA-DR7 allele in Han asthmatic patients (1.11% ) was significantly lower than that in Mongolian patients (10. 87 % ). Conclusions HLA-DR9 allele is a common in the people of Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region, and associated with susceptibility of asthma in Han and Mongolian peoples. HLA-DR11 allele is a unique susceptive gene for Mongolian asthmatic patients and HLA-DR7 allele is a protecting one for asthma in Han people.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the reason for delayed healing of obstetric abdomen vertical cut and discuss the preventive nursing countermeasure.METHODS The discharged cases during Jul 2005 Jun 2006 and the inpatient cases during Jul 2006 to Jun 2007 were observed and monitored and at the same time the preventive nursing countermeasure was provided and the statistic of clinic material of two years was analyzed.RESULTS A satisfying effect has been made by taking objective monitoring and preventive nursing countermeasure the rate of delayed healing of obstetric abdomen vertical cut been reduced from the original 2.75% to the current 0.93%.CONCLUSIONS The key to prevent the delayed healing of obstetric abdomen vertical cut is prevention.Taking objective monitoring and preventive nursing countermeasure play an importment role in promoting healing of obstetric abdomen vrtical cut.

This thesis introduced four proved cases of remedying miscellaneous internal medicine diseases under the guidance of determination of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, principle of correspondence of prescription and syndrome, the author used classic prescriptions, such as Wuzhuyu Decoction, Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction, Guizhi and Houpo Xizi Decoction and Dachaihu Decocion.

Pineal arteries and veins of 46 adult human brains were observed and measured with stero-microscope and light microscope.According to the number of branches, the pineal arteries may be classified into four types: single branched, double branched, three branched and multiple branched types. Among them the single and double branched type occur most frequently. (in 54.55% and 34.09％ respectively), the artery originates mainly from the postcromedial choroidal artery (in 69.72％), and the next more frequent origin is the the quadrigeminal artery (in 28.87%). Some pineal arteries have double origins from abovementioned arteries.Most of the starting points of pineal arteries situate in the recess between the superior colliculus and the pineal body, and less of them on the lateral side of the colliculus or beneath the splenium of the corpus callosum. The artery runs frequently forwards or medially towards the gland and enters it at the middle part of its side. Then it gives branches out of or in the capsule to the surface the gland. The branching patterns may be classified into four types and ten subtypes.The arteries vary in length from 0.2～38.4 mm. The mean external diameter of which is 0.30+0.08 mm, and the internal diameter,0.21?0.07mm.On the pineal body there are a pair of venous stems known as choroidal-pineal veins. They begin from the tela choroidea of the third ventricle. After accepting the dorsal and ventral pineal veins on the ventrolateral side of the pineal body, the two venous stems usually unite to form a single vein which converges into the great cerebral vein.

Clinical skills training is a key factor for improvement of the quality of clinical teaching.Developing highly specific clinical skills training specification is an important step to improve the quality of gynecologic oncology clinical teaching.Based on its importance,a'four steps training strategy,known groups-building specification-train thinking-make a request is developed and used by Dept.of Obsterics and Gynecology,the 3rd Affiliated Hospital,Kunming Medical University.It guides students to achieve the basic theory,basic knowledge and basic skills through a comprehensive way,and it also encourages students with highly learning initiative of gynecologic oncology clinical skills.On the other side,in the clinical skills training will lead teachers to develop their thinking and enhance the enthusiasm of teaching.This method provides a new sight for gynecologic oncology clinical skills training in a new manner.
