Objective To study transcerebellomedullary fissure approach to the fourth ventricle and the lateral brainstem without splitting vermis and depict its adjacent structure, and provide clinicians with anatomical information. Methods Five cadaveric heads fixed with formaldehyde and perfused with color latex in their arteries and veins were dissected with microsurgical anatomical skills. The composition of cerebellomedullary fissure and the distribution of the tela choroida, the inferior medullary velum and the posterior inferior cerebellar artery, and study anatomic base of this approach. Results Cerebellomedullary fissure is a natural anatomical gap which is located between the cerebellar tonsil, biventral lobule and medulla oblongata. The tela choroida and inferior medullary velum do not contain nerve tissue, and thus can be dissected to expose the fourth ventricle. The tonsil- medulla segment and telovelotonsillar segment of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery are the most important blood vessels of the cerebellomedullary fissure approach. Conclusions The transcerebellomedullary fissure approach can reach the fourth ventricle and dorsal brain stem through normal anatomic spaces without splitting the vermis, thus reducing the post-operative complications.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(5):686-690
Objective:
To analyze the total fluids intake and sources of college students from Hebei in spring and summer, and to provide a scientific reference for appropriate fluids intake in different seasons.
Methods:
Subjects were recruited in a university in Baoding, Hebei Province, and investigations were conducted in April and June 2021. The number of people who completed both spring and summer investigations was 80. Quantitative instruments and 7 day 24 h Fluid Intake Questionnaire were used to investigate the total drinking fluids, and it was recorded for 7 consecutive days in spring and summer respectively. The duplicate portion method was used to investigate the water from food. The total fluids intake and sources among subjects were analyzed in spring and summer.
Results:
There was no statistical significance between the total drinking fluids and total fluids intake between spring and summer [1 141(715), 1 176(649)mL/d, (2 496±604)(2 458±554)mL/d] ( F=1.86, 0.59, P >0.05). Spring showed significantly higher water from food compared with summer [(1 318±274)(1 217±302)mL/d]( F=16.63, P <0.05). The proportions of total drinking fluids and water from food in spring were 46% and 54%, respectively, and both were 50% in summer, the differences were statistically significant ( F=12.97, 12.97, P <0.05). There were differences in total fluids intake, total drinking fluids and water from food of different genders in earch season ( t/Z =4.75, -3.63, 3.44; 4.80, -2.91, 4.01, P <0.05). There were differences in total water intake, total drinking fluids, the proportions of total drinking fluids and water from food of different BMI groups in each season ( F/H =8.08, 16.65, 3.03, 3.03; 7.11,17.97, 4.52, 4.52, P <0.05). In spring, only 13.8% of subjects achieved the recommended total drinking fluids of China, compared with 18.8% in summer. In spring and summer, the total fluids intake, total drinking fluids, the proportions of total drinking fluids in the group achieved the recommendation were all higher than those who did not reach the recommendation ( t/Z =6.64, -5.19, 5.79; 8.12, -5.97, 5.70, P <0.05).
Conclusion
Season is a factor that affects total fluids intake, and it should be taken into account when setting the recommendation on adequate water intake.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing practice for functional rehabilitation of post-stroke neurogenic bladder (PSNB) .Methods:From October 2020 to July 2021, 136 PSNB patients admitted to the Department of Neurology, Jiangyin People's Hospital were selected by convenience sampling as the research object. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the study group and the control group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, while the study group was given evidence-based rehabilitation nursing based on the control group. The urodynamics, rates of bladder balance, urinary incontinence and urinary retention after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results:After three months of intervention, bladder compliance and bladder balance rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the residual urine volume was less than that in the control group, with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . After three months of intervention, urinary retention rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Evidence-based rehabilitation nursing can help to promote the rapid recovery of bladder balance in PSNB patients and improve the prognosis of patients.

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2021;29(12):836-842
Objective:
To observe the root and root canal morphology of mandibular second molars in Western Guangxi by CBCT, to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
Methods:
In total, 564 patients′ 1 128 mandibular second molars that satisfy the inclusion criteria were analyzed with a planmecaromexis CBCT machine and its own image analysis software. The patients′ gender, age and ethnic differences in the root and canal morphology and the symmetry of the bilateral root and canal were statistically analyzed.
Results:
Among the 1 128 mandibular second molars, 662 were the Zhuang ethnic group and 384 were the Han ethnic group, and 82 were other ethnic groups; the double root type and C-shaped root type accounted for a relatively high proportion: 73.94% and 24.47%, respectively. The detection rates of the double root type were higher in males than in females (P < 0.05); the detection rates of the C-shaped root type were higher in females than in males (P <0.05); the root type of the teeth was mainly double-rooted in the Zhuang ethnic group (P<0.01). The incidence of type IV in the mesial root of the double root type mandibular second molar was the highest (P < 0.01), and the incidence of type I in the distal root was the highest (P < 0.01). The C-shaped root canal is more continuous at the mouth of the root canal, more downward corresponds to a worse continuity: in three different levels of root canal orifice, root middle and root apex, the root canal orifice is dominated by the C1 type, and both root middle and root apex are mainly C3-type (P < 0.01). The difference in symmetry of bilateral roots and root canals was statistically significant among different gender groups, age groups, and ethnic groups (P < 0.05): there were more males than females, the results in the 18-35-year-old group and the Zhuang ethnic group were higher.
Conclusion
The root and root canal morphology of mandibular second molars in western Guangxi people are complex and changeable. The roots are mainly double root type in the Han ethnic group and the Zhuang ethnic group. C-shaped roots are also common. The detection rate of C-shaped roots in the Zhuang ethnic group was higher, and the symmetry rate of bilateral roots and that of bilateral root canals was higher in the Zhuang ethnic group than in the Han ethnic group.

To isolate bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) and establish the model of chronic kidney disease (CKD) of Wuzhishan (WZS) mini-pig, and to study the repairment effect of BM-MSCs on CKD-induced renal fibrosis in vitro.
Methods: Density gradient method was used to isolate and culture BM-MSCs. The cells were verified by morphology, phenotype, differentiation and so on. The left partial ureteral obstruction (LPUUO) was used to establish the CKD model, which was evaluated by B-ultrasound, single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), HE and Masson staining. The cells were divided into 3 groups, the tissue plus BM-MSCs group, the tissue group, and the BM-MSCs group, respectively. Seven days later, the supernatants were collected to observe the changes of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) cumulative release. HE and Masson staining was used to observe the changes of renal tissue.
Results: The isolated BM-MSCs possessed the features as follow: fibroblast-like adherent growth; positive in CD29 and CD90 expression while negative in CD45 expression; osteogenic induction and alizarin red staining were positive; alcian blue staining were positive after chondrogenic induction. Twelve weeks after the operation of LPUUO, B-ultrasound showed the thin renal cortical with pelvis effusion; SPETCT showed the left kidney delayed filling and renal impairment. The accumulation of HGF in the tissue plus BM-MSCs group was significantly higher than that in the tissue alone group at the 1st, 5th, 6th, 7th day, respectively (P<0.05). HE staining showed the different degree of renal lesions between the tissue plus BM-MSCs+CKD group and the tissue alone group, which was aggravated with the time going. Masson staining showed that the cumulative optical density of blue-stained collagen fibers in tissue plus BM-MSCs group was significantly lower than that in the tissue group at the 5th to 7th day (P<0.05).
Conclusion: BM-MSCs from WZS mini-pig can inhibit or delay the progress of CKD-induced renal fibrosis through autocrine HGF in vitro.
