This paper reports oculomotor central tests on 25 normal subjects, 41 cases of peripharal'diseases.and 25 cases of centra) diseasses.All tets were normal in normal subjects.The tests were normal in peripheral diseases except that three cases of eye tracking test were type Ⅲ.Ocular saccade was abnormal in 10 cases (40%) , eye tracking test was typeⅢ-IV in 15 cases (60%) , and abnormality of optokinetic nystagmus was 80% in central diseases.A marked difference was found in ocular saccade, eye tracking and optokinetic nystagmus tests among three groups(P
2.The clinical observation on the treatment of bronchiolitis with tile ambroxol

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the intravenously applied ambroxol in the treat-ment of bronchiolitis. Methods 85 eases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups. 30 eases of control group were treated with common therapy ,55 cases of treatment group were treated with the ambroxol(7.5mg) each time, Ivgtt bid,in addition to common therapy,and the treatment course was 5 days. The improvement of the cough,pant and sputum for the patients, and the untoward reaction for the drug were observed. Results The total effective ratios were 96.4% in treatment group and 80% in control group. There were significant differences between two groups(X2 = 4.33, P < 0.05). One case vomited slightly in treatment. Conclusion The intravenous application of ambroxol in treatment of bronchiolitis was highly effective and safe.
3.Clinical analysis of risk factors of incidence of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

Objective To investigate the risk factors of incidence of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP)and provide reference for prevention and treatment of HDCP.Methods The clinical information of 2 217 cases of maternal delivery were retrospectively analyzed;The relevant social factors and obstetric factors of HDCP were analyzed.Results 186 cases of HDCP occurred in 2 217 cases of maternal,the incidence rate of HDCP was 8.4%.The single-factor analysis showed that the place of residence.prenatal system checks and parity had certain degree of contact with incidence of HDCP(χ2=11.2331,10.6781,5.4456,all P<0.05),and the age,abortion history and parity had no significant correlation with incidence of HDCP(χ2=4.9201,3.0134,1.7301,all P>0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the rural living and no prenatal system check were risk factors of incidence of HDCP.Conclusion The maternal of rural living and no prenatal system check were the high-risk population of HDCP,and emphasis assessment and reasonable control these factors could reduce the incidence of HDCP.
4.Contents Determination of 2 Components in Hadro-chlorine Gutta by HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of chloramphenicol and prednisolone acetum in hadro-chlorine gutta.METHODS:The chromatographic column was HiQ sil C 18 ,the methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(70∶30∶0.04)served as mobile phase,and the detecting wavelength was278nm,the flow rate was0.8ml/min and the column temperature was30℃,the sample size was10?l.RESULTS:A satisfactory linear relationship be?tween was found when the concentration determination ranges of chloramphenicol and prednisolone acetum at22.36~89.44?g/ml and25.00~100.00?g/ml respectively;The average recoveries for chloramphenicol and prednisolone acetum were99.65%(RSD=0.88%)and99.57%(RSD=1.02)respectively.CONCLUSION:The method was simple,accurate and good in repro-ducibility,which can be used for the simultaneous contents determination of 2 components in hadro-chlorine gutta.
5.Effects of advanced glycation end-products on differentiation of vascular endothelial cells from bone marrow stem cells of mice

The effects of advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) on number and activity of vascular endothelial cells (VEC) from hone marrow stem cells (BMSC) of mice were investigated. 100 μ/ml AGEs markedly inhibited differentiation of BMSC into VEC with decreased vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 positive cells, hut 20 μg/ml AGEs had no effect.
6.Study on Adsorption-Reaction Formaldehyde Remover

Objective To develop a remover of formaldehyde in indoor air. Methods Activated carbon was used as the raw materials, potassium hydroxide as the activator. The activated carbon was modified through activation and impregnation. The influence factors for the formaldehyde adsorption property of activated carbons were evaluated, such as the size, activation temperature, activation time and impregnation time. Results The optimum technics conditions for developing the formaldehyde remover and the optimum conditions to absorb formaldehyde were confirmed. The mass adsorption capacity of the adsorbent was 49.6%, the BET surface area was about 1 591 m2/g and the total pore volume was 1.01 cm3/g. Conclusion The mass adsorption capacity of formaldehyde and the BET surface area of the modified activated carbon in the present paper are better than those of unmodified activated carbon.
7.Variation of Electroglottographic Parameters with Different Frequency in Chest Register of Normal People

Objective To study the variable orderliness of vocal fold vibration caused by the voice with different frequency in chest register of various healthy subjects having several age and sex through electroglottographic examination.Methods 120 healthy subjects were respectively evaluated with electroglottography, including the old group, the adult group, the men group and the female group. Meanwhile the parameters of vocal fold vibration, such as the contact quotient, the contact index, the contact quotient perturbation and the contact index perturbation were measured and analyzed.Results With increase of the frequency, the contact quotient was decreased in all subjects, having signification difference. The contact quotient of old group and adult group ,men and female group had also signification difference. But other parameters not represented the difference in statistics.Conclusion The closer degree of vocal fold was varied with the different frequency in chest register voice from the healthy subjects who were different in age and sex ,but the symmetry and regulation of vocal fold vibration were not related to age and sex. The results were help to study physiology of vocal fold.
8.Therapeutic effect of Cili juice enriched with SOD on lead poisoning in rats and mice

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Cili juice enriched with SOD (CLJES) on lead excretion, activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in erythrocytes, plasma lipid peroxidation (LPO) and immune function in experimental lead poisoning animals. METHODS: Lead poisoning models were made in rats and mice. The effects of CLJES on lead excretion, SOD activity, LPO concentration in rats and immune functions in mice were determined and compared with those of conventional EDTA treatment. RESULTS: CLJES significantly increased lead excretion. Furthermore it significantly increased SOD activity, reduced LPO concentration in rats with lead poisoning and enhanced immune function in lead loaded mice, however EDTA had no such actions. CONCLUSION: CLJES might exert a wider range of therapeutic effects on lead poisoning than EDTA.
9.Separation and purification of Naomaitong Granules by AB-8 macroporous absorption resin

AIM: To study the purification of Naomaitong Granules(Radix et Rhizoma rhei,Rhizoma chuanxiong,Radix Puerariae lobatae.etc) by macroporous absorption resin. METHODS: Naomaitong Granule was purificated by macroporous absorption resin AB-8.UV spectrothotometry was used to determine the contents of total anthraquinones,total ginsenosides,total alkaloids,and the content of puerarin was determined by HPLC.The technic of purification was optimized according to the content above. RESULTS: The optimized technological conditions consisted of eoncentranon of original sample 120 mg/mL,the diameter and height was in proportion of 1∶10,the ratio of maximum adsorption to resin volume was 1∶6,water elution was 2B multiple of resin volume,8B multiple of resin volume 50% alcohol was the elution. CONCLUSION: AB-8 macroporous absorption resin can be used to purify Naomaitong Granules.
