2.Study on Clarification Process for Xiaoermagan Granules (Herba Ephedrae,etc. )

The extracted liquid of Xiaoermagan Granules with water was managed with EtOH,chitosan, 101 juice clarifying agent and ITC natural clarifying agent,respectively. And ephdrine and d-Pseudo-ephedrine contents in them after management were determined by HPLC. As a result,the two components in sample managed with chitosan are lower than that in unmanaged samples,little lower than that of managed sample with EtOH,and higher than that of managed samples with 101 juice clarifying agent and ITC natural clarifying agent. The orthogonal test-variance analysis indicated that there was no significant difference observed in effects of adding amount of chitosan,liquid concentration, PH value on the two component contents in samples on 3 selected levels.
3.The influence of class lecture on health care of sex and production to the sexual attitudes of college students

Objective To investigate the influence of class lecture on health care of sex and production to the sexual attitudes of college students. Methods 930 college students were assessed by The Sexual Attitudes Questionnaire(SAQ) before and after taking part in the lesson of health care of sex and production. Results The score of SAQ of all subjects was lower after class lecture (9.44 ± 2.67 ) than before ( 10.78 ± 2.65 ), there was significant difference(P< 0.05 ). Compared to before class lecture , the scores of male and female college students were decreased after education(P<0. 05 ). There was apparent difference between clinical and nonclinical students before and after class lecture ( clinical (99.70 ± 2.50) vs ( 8.30 ± 1.70), P < 0.05; nonclinical (11.71 ± 2.67)vs (10.81 ± 2.23), P<0.05). Conclusion Sexual knowledge was increased, and the sexual attitudes was tended to maturity of the students. It' s nessary to promote opening lecture of Health Care of Sex and Production in college students.
5.Optimization of the extraction technology of ganglouyuchuang lotion by orthogonal test

Objective Ganglouyuchuang lotion was used to dress the wound for Anal fistula in Crohn's disease, control inflammation and promote wound healing.This paper studied the extraction techonology of ganglouyuchuang lotion.Methods Four factors of ganglouyuchuang lotion, including volume of water, extraction time, extraction times and liquid ratio, were studied by the orthogonal test, and three levels were selected for each factor.The content of sodium danshensu, the active component contained in Chinese herbal medicine, was regarded as evaluating indicator, and the content of Danshensu Sodium was determined by HPLC.The water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology of ganglouyuchuang lotion was optimized according to the results of measurement.Results The optimum extraction technology of ganglouyuchuang lotion was as follows: four herbs, including Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix Astragali, Radix sanguisorbae and Senecio were added with8 times amount of water overnight and decocted 3 times with 2 h, 1.5 h, and 1.5 h respectively, and then the extraction was concentrated to the ratio of herbs and concentrate of 1∶1.5.The results showed that the contents of Danshensu Sodium from the three examples were 0.520, 0.498, and 0.521 mg/mL, and the RSD were 0.34%, 0.41%, and 0.29%.Conclusion The optimum extraction technology is feasible and applicable for the preparation of ganglouyuchuang lotion.
6.Comparison of different macroporous adsorbing resins for triptolide enrichment

Objective:To select proper macroporous resins for enrichment triptolide.Methods:Experiments were performed to adsorb triptolide by three types macroporous resins.Then the triptolide and solide content on the columns were eluated with 95% alcohol and determined by HPLC.Results:Results showed that the macroporous of type D101 is the best choice for enrichment of triptolide.Conclusion:the macroporous of type D101 can be used for triptolide enrichment.
7.Retroperitoneoscopic Nephrectomy for Tuberculous Nonfunctioning Kidneys:A Report of 9 cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy for tuberculous nonfunctioning kidneys.Methods From October 2003 to November 2006,retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy was performed in nine cases of tuberculous nonfunctioning kidneys in our hospital.Dissecting kidney and ureter with ultrasound scalpel,blocking kidney pedicle with Endo-GIA(n=4) or Hem-o-lok(n=5),kidney was put into kidney bags and taken out.Results All nine cases were performed nephrectomy successfully without conversions to open surgery.The mean of operative time was 110 min(range,90-180 min);the mean of blood loss was 94.4 ml(range,20-200 ml);the mean of postoperative hospital stay was 5.5 days(range,3-8 days).One case had a little cheese-like pura extravasation induced by laceration of kidney capsule.Peritoneum damage occurred in one case.The nine patients showed a primary healing of the wound.Follow-up of 1-38 months in nine cases showed normal function of contralateral kidney.Conclusions Retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy for renal tuberculosis has advantages of minimal invasion,less blood loss and quicker recovery,therefore it is a fairly safe and reliable procedure for tuberculous nonfunctioning kidneys.
8.Causes and Strategies for the Difficulties in Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy

Objective To investigate the main causes and strategies for the difficulties in ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods From March 2004 to December 2006,19 cases of ureteral calculi,who experienced difficulties during holmium laser lithotripsy or pneumatic lithotripsy under a rigid ureteroscope,were analyzed retrospectively.Among the cases,3 had difficulties in ureteroscope placement due to the narrow ureteral ingress,6 owing to calculus obstruction complicated with ureteral inflammatory polypi,4 resulted from twisted ureter,and 6 because of stenosis of the ureter.Results In 15 of the patients,the operation was successfully performed by changing surgical approach,controlling the hydraulic irrigation,and incising the stenotic segments,etc.Two patients,who had stenotic ureter,received ESWL with double-J catheter dwelling.Lithotripsy failed in 2 cases,and PCNL was used to remove the calculi.The postoperative complications occurred in 4 cases,including 2 with mucosal laceration and 2 ureteral perforations.One of the 4 cases was transferred to an open surgery,and the other 3 were cured by conservative treatments.Conclusions Holmium Laser lithotripsy and pneumatic lithotripsy under a rigid ureteroscope are safe and effective in treating ureteral calculi.
9.Experimental study on the extraction of total triptolides from lactone leaves with macroporous resin

Objective: The total triptolides in lactone leaves are generally extracted by decocting with chloroform,which is known to be a poisonous substance and pollutes the environment.The authors aimed to evaluate the use of macroporous resin in the extraction process.Methods: We measured the total triptolides by spectrophotometry and investigated the technology of extracting the total triptolides with macroporous resin,including determination of the concentrations of decoction and alcohol in the alcohol precipitation as well as the consumption of resin.Results: The total triptolides were enriched with the combination method of decoction by alcohol precipitation with macroporous resin.The ratio of concentration medicine to decoction was 1 ∶ 2,and that of the volume proportion of alcohol to decoction in the precipitation of alcohol was 2 ∶ 1.The appropriate amount of resin was 15%.Conclusion: Macroporous resin can be used to extract the total triptolides.
10.Immunohistochemical study on androgen receptor in male rat heart

ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of aging and castration on the density of andro gen receptor(AR) in the male rat heart. MethodsAR in the heart of rats aged 40d,90d(intact and castrated) and 2 years were demonstrated by means of immunohistochemical technique and the den sity of the positive staining was measured by using image analys is. The optical density of AR in the septum of the rats were analyzed by anova and doncan process of the SAS data analysis system. Re sultsOD(AR) of the group aged 2 years was higher than that of the groups aged 40d and 90d (0. 3550±0. 0077,0. 31080. 0264 and 0. 3149±0. 0200 respectively), thetwolattergroups showed similarly intensive staining, while the value of castrated group(0. 4136±0. 0320) was signif icantly greater than that of intact same aged group. Conclusion The development of sexual gland has little influence in the density of AR in the male rat heart during prepuberty to adult, both old age and castration increase the density of AR in the rat heart.
