Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2023;29(5):581-589
Objective:To retrieve and evaluate the evidence related to the use of micropumps in vasoactive drugs, and summarize the best evidence at home and abroad. Methods:Evidence related to the use of micropumps in vasoactive drugs published up to November 27, 2020 was systematically retrieved from databases such as UpToDate, International Guidelines Collaboration, Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network, National Guidelines Repository, Ontario Registered Nurses Association, American Society for Intravenous Infusion Nursing, US Food and Drug Administration, Cochrane Library, OVID-JBI, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CINAHL, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) , VIP, and SinoMed. The quality and level of evidence were evaluated using the authenticity evaluation tool and evidence grading system of the Australian JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center. Results:A total of 30 literatures were included, and 28 pieces of evidence were summarized from three aspects: education and training, process of micropump use, and micropump management. Conclusions:The clinical practice of micropump infusion of vasoactive drugs based on the best evidence requires the cooperation of multidisciplinary teams. It is necessary to carry out relevant education and training, formulate and implement a systematic micropump management strategy, which can continuously promote the safety and effectiveness of micropumps in vasoactive drugs.

Objective:There is a lack of scientifically validated tools to measure the knowledge attitude and practice(KAP)of informal caregivers for patients with pressure injury(PI).This study aims to develop a KAP Scale for Informal Caregivers of PI Patients and to evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods:Based on the KAP theory framework and relevant literature,an initial pool of items was created through expert brainstorming sessions. The initial scale was formed after a Delphi expert consultation and a preliminary survey. From April to October 2023,a convenient sample of informal caregivers for PI patients was recruited from an inpatient department of the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University,as well as its associated community and nursing homes. The first round included 186 participants, and the second round included 213 participants, who were used for item analysis and reliability and validity testing. After a 3-week interval,20 participants from the initial group were randomly selected for a retest to assess the test-retest reliability of the scale. Results:The KAP Scale for informal caregivers of PI patients consists of 3 dimensions with 19 items. The overall internal consistency(Cronbach's α)of the scale was 0.916.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.826 to 1.000,and the scale level-content validity index/average(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.94.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors, accounting for 64.643%of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit the data well, with x2/df=2.54,root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA)=0.085,comparative fit index(CFI)=0.920,and standardized root mean square residual(SRMR)=0.059. Conclusion:The KAP scale for informal caregivers of PI patients demonstrates good reliability and validity and can be used to assess the KAP levels of informal caregivers regarding PI.

Objective To summarize the cardiac rehabilitation referral system. Methods The literatures about the construction of cardiac rehabilitation referral systems were retrieved from the databases of CNKI, Wanfang Date, PubMed and Web of Science, and cardiac rehabilitation websites. Results For some foreign countries, the referrals of cardiac rehabilitation mainly based on electronic medical record management system, internet platform, chronic care model, and hospitals and communities. For China, referral system is trying to build based on the medical conjoined system. Conclusion Referral, as the first step, plays an important role in participating in cardiac rehabilitation for patients. The cardiac rehabilitation referral system needs to be improved in China, referred the ways of developed countries.

OBJECTIVES:
During the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), vaccine is an important way to build and improve the immune barrier of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) in the population. The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine inoculation among Chinese college students during the epidemic of COVID-19, and analyze the influencing factors.
METHODS:
Using the convenient sampling method, we selected the college students from a comprehensive university in Hunan Province in May 2021 and designed KAP questionnaire about SARS-CoV-2 vaccine inoculation for offline and online survey to analyze the current situation of college students' KAP of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine inoculation and the influenting factors.
RESULTS:
The total score of KAP of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine inoculation of Chinese college students was 43.72±5.60. The total score of knowledge was 16.28 ±3.09, and the score of each item was 3.26±0.62. The correct rate of the 5 questions in knowledge was 80.34%, 93.18%, 94.64%, 99.60% and 39.18%, respectively. The total score of attitude was 13.56±2.39, and the score of each item was 3.39±0.60. The total score of behavior was 13.88±2.51, and the score of each item was 3.47±0.63. The total scores of better health status, girls, and medical majors were relatively higher; those of medical majors, older students, and girls had higher scores on vaccination knowledge; those with better health and younger age had higher scores on attitude; those of better health status and girls had higher behavior scores (all P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONS
College students' KAP about SARS-CoV-2 vaccine inoculation is generally high, but the knowledge level is relatively low. We should strengthen the propaganda and education for SARS-CoV-2 vaccine inoculation related knowledge, and strengthen the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine inoculation attitude and behavior of college students. Special attention should be paid to the education of vaccination knowledge for non-medical majors, younger, and male students, the guidance of vaccination attitude for those with poor health and older age, and encouragement of vaccination behavior for those with poor health and boys.
