To probe into problems in the existing essential medicine system in China and the necessity of legislature in this regard, and propose to build a legal framework for such a system. The author holds that the administrative regulations formulated by the State Council can ensure the promotion and implementation of the essential medicine system effectively.

Malunion is one of common complications after distal radius fractures.It is indicated that malunion plays an important role in fracture recovery in many studies.This article sums up the research data,from aspects of both biomechanical analysis and follows-up of clinical cases,of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years,and reviews the influences of malunion on wrist joint functional outcome.

Objective To confirm that astrocytes from cerebral cortex of newborn rat can be the target cells of Hantaan virus (HTNV)and Seoul virus (SEOV)infection and to observe changes of astrocytes after different infection time. Methods Astrocytes were prepared from cerebral cortex of newborn rat, and then infected with HTNV and SEOV. The established virus infections were confirmed by detection of virus nucleocapsid protein (NP) and S segment RNA in astrocytes using double-label immunofluoreseence, Western-blot and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results The astrocytes from cerebral cortex of newborn rat were cultured successfully in vitro, which could be infected by HTNV and SEOV. The number of infected astrocytes and the virus titer in the infected astrocytes kept on increasing along with the extended infection duration. Conclusions Astrocytes from cerebral cortex of newborn rat are the target cells for HTNV and SEOV infection. Then establishment of in vitro cultured astrocytes model for Hantaviruses infection will be helpful for the study on the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.

Objective: To study the effects of Jiaotai Pill on the behavior and monoamine neurotransmitters of chronic mild unpredictable stress (CUMS) depression rat model and to investigate the anti-depression effect and mechanism of Jiaotai Pill. Methods: A total of 72 SD rats were divided into six groups randomly, namely control, model, positive drug (fluoxetine hydrochloride, 7.5 mg/kg), low-, mid-, and high-doses of Jiaotai Pill (crude drug 0.75, 1.5, and 3 g/kg) groups (n = 12), which were reared in cage and execpt the control group, the other five groups of rats were given CUMS to stimulate the production of CUMS depression model, then ig given Jiaotai Pill for 14 d. Rats in each group were measured the body weight and the rate of sucrose preference once a week to observe the open-field activity behavior (through the horizontal grid and the number of vertical changes) at the 5th week. All the animals were killed to get the blood and brain cortex to test the levels of NE, 5-HT, and 5-HIAA in hippocampus, cortex, and hypothalamus by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: Compared with the model group, the test indexes of rat body weight, sucrose water consumption, and the open-field activity behavior were significantly increased in the low-, mid-, and high-dose of Jiaotai Pill groups. And the contents of NE and 5-HT increased, while the content of 5-HIAA decreased obviously in the hippocampus, cortex, and hypothalamus in all Jiaotai Pill groups (P < 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: Jiaotai Pill has a better antidepressant effect whose mechanism is related to increasing the level of monoamine neurotransmitters in the cerebral cortex.

Silent information regulator 1(SIRT1),a member of the Sirtuin family,is a deacetylase depending on nicotinamide adenine di-nucleotide and is mainly involved in energy metabolism,cell survival,aging,and apoptosis. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a chronic liver disease closely related to insulin resistance,oxidative stress,and lipid peroxidation. This article elaborates on the association of SIRT1 with energy metabolism,oxidative stress,lipid peroxidation,and endoplasmic reticulum stress and points out that SIRT1 is closely as-sociated with the development and progression of NAFLD.

Objective To explore the difference of ocular biological measurements between type 1 and type 2 diabetic patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 66 type 2 diabetic patients (67 eyes) with PDR (aged 37-77 years old),10 type 1 diabetic patients (19 eyes) with PDR (aged 18-57 years old) and 35 idiopathic macular hole patients (35 eyes,aged 21-74 years old) from September,2014 to July,2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the differences of axial length,corneal endothelial cell and age among three groups were compared.Results The average axial length of type 1 diabetic patients with PDR was (21.74 ± 0.68) mm,type 2 diabetic patients with PDR was (23.06 ± 0.65) mm,idiopathic macular hole patients was (23.39 ± 0.65) mm,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.001).There was no statistical difference in average corneal endothelial cells number among three groups (P =0.103),but there was statistical difference in the age (P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion The axial length in patients with type 2 and type 1 diabetic patients with PDR are less than the normal,while type 1 diabetic patient is shorter than type 2 diabetic patient,and the onset time of type 1 diabetic patients with PDR is earlier than that of type 2 diabetic patients with PDR.

Besides, they include the time of acupuncture, such as four seasons and midnight-midday ebb flow, and the manipulation of acupuncture, etc. The ultimate goal of acupuncture is to regulate yin and yang.

Objective To explore the relationship between TSLC-1 protein expression and the progression and carcinogenesis of human papillary thyroid carcinogenesis. Methods Expressions of TSLC-1 protein in 20 pieces of benign thyroid lesions and 40 pieces of papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of TSLC-1 in papillary thyroid carcinoma (9/40) was lower than that in benign thyroid lesions (22.50% versus 90.00%, P < 0.05). Expression of TSLC-1 was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis and TNM in papillary thyroid carcinoma (P < 0.05). Conclusions Expression of TSLC-1 is closely related with carcinogenesis , lymph node metastasis , and clinical stage in papillary thyroid carcinoma.
