BACKGROUND:Stem cel transplantation has been shown to have many advantages in treatment of diseases. Its application can treat various diseases in many systems such as nervous system, immune system and endocrine system. Its advantage is incomparable. These are al credit to the special abilities, including easy sample colection, strong self proliferative ability, wide differentiation range, repair of injured tissue and immunoloregulation. OBJECTIVE:To explore the clinical effects of stem cel transplantation in treatment of nonunion. METHODS:A computer search was performed in CNKI database for articles concerning stem cel transplantation for nonunion published from 2005 to 2014. The key words were stem cels, nonunion in Chinese. 244 articles were analyzed, and typical literatures were further compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Stem cels have the abilities of self-renewal and differentiation. Their source is not limited, and the sample colection is convenient. Stem cels have smal injury to the donor, do not have immunogenicity, and have fewer complications. The cost is low. Stem cels are easily isolated and cultured, can proliferate infinitely, and provide a pathway for severe bone injury such as nonunion, bone defects and comminuted fracture. The deep study of stem cels creates a new direction for nonunion treatment, and has achieved certain results in clinical trials.

BACKGROUND:Health has been paid more and more attention in modern society, the health of those special groups, such as the elderly and the disabled, should also be brought to the forefront. As fitness equipment is more and more popular in contemporary, our focus should be transferred to the use of fitness equipment for these special groups.
OBJECTIVE:To put forward the design strategy of fitness equipment control interface, for the special groups to use common fitness equipment comfortably and conveniently.
METHODS:Based on the research of existing fitness equipment control interface, according to the usage habits and cognitive awareness of special groups on control interface, a new design strategy has been put forward using the general design method and ergonomics.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Based on the existing 45 kinds of exercise bikes, 84 kinds of running machines and 129 kinds of treadmil fitness equipments, we found that these equipments are designed for common users in the aspects of design and production process and control interface. Universal design is a design concept beyond the lack of capacity to meet the different needs of different populations, and designed products can reduce or even eliminate the difference in the ability of special populations and the general population in use. The new strategy makes design of fitness equipment control interface generalized and good man-machine interactive, which can meet the demand of the special groups and help them do fitness exercise to improve their health and body function.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2016;40(1):27-37
Traditional capsule image collects and transmits analog image, with weak anti-interference ability, low frame rate, low resolution. This paper presents a new digital image capsule, which collects and transmits digital image, with frame rate up to 30 frames/sec and pixels resolution of 400 x 400. The image is compressed in the capsule, and is transmitted to the outside of the capsule for decompression and interpolation. A new type of interpolation algorithm is proposed, which is based on the relationship between the image planes, to obtain higher quality colour images. capsule endoscopy, digital image, SCCB protocol, image interpolation

Chinese Journal of Nervous and Mental Diseases 2010;36(2):92-95
Objective To evaluate the effect of stent implantation using Multimodal CT in patients with MCA and ICA stenosis. Methods Twenty-six patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who received MCA or ICA stent implantation in ChongQing xinqiao Hospital were recruited. Multimodal Stroke Assessment Using CT Score (MOSAIC) was used to evaluate the Neuroimaging data before stent implantation and Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score (ASPECTS) to evaluate the time to peak (TTP) of CTP before and after stent implantation. Results Patients were divided into 4 groups based on scores: 4 scores, 5 scores, 6 scores, and 7 scores groups. the improvement degree was increase by 31.7%±14.17%、38.6%±15.73%、43.3%±10.3%、358.6%±13.45% in 4 scores, 5 scores, 6 scores, and 7 scores groups, respectively. The paired t test demonstrated that there were a statistically significant difference among four groups(H=10.673, P <0.05). Preoperative MOSAIC score was positively correlated with the improvement of ASPECT score for TTP, with a correlation coefficient of 0.579 ( P <0.002). Conclusions Multimodal CT is a sensitive assessment for the evaluation of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and patients with a higher MOSAIC score may benefit more from stent implantation.

Objective To explore the effect of different doses of irbesartan on osteopontin expression and fibrosis in diabetic rat kidney. Methods Sixty-three g-week old male Wistar rat were randomly divided into control group (Ctrl group,n=7),diabetes group (DM group,n=14),30 mg·kg-1d-1 hydralazine administrated group (DM+Hyd group,n=12),25 mg·kg-1·d-1 irbesartan administrated group (DM+Irb25 group,n=10),50 mg·kg-1 ·d-1 irbesartan administrated group(DM+Irb50 group,n=9) and 200 mg·kg-1·d-1 irbesartan administrated group (DM+Irb200 group,n=11).Four weeks after modeling, rats were administered with the corresponding dose of irbesartan. After 12 weeks, urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER),endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) were measured; morphology and collagen deposition in rat kidney were observed by PAS and Masson staining respectively; Ang Ⅱ content in kidney was measured by ELISA; renal tissue TGF-β1 and OPN mRNA expression were detected by real-time PCR. Results UAER and Ccr in the intervention groups of irbesartan were significantly decreased compared with DM group (P<0.05).UAER and Ccr in DM+Irb200 group were significantly lower than those in DM+Irb25 group and DM + Irb50 group (P<0.05).Glomerular hypertrophy, mesangial matrix expansion, tubular lesions and deposition of collagen fiber were siginficant in diabetic rats compared with Ctrl, and prevented after administration with different doses of irbesartan.Ang Ⅱ protein level and TGF-β1,OPN mRNA expression in renal tissue of diabetic rats were significantly higher than those in Ctrl group.Ang Ⅱ,TGF-β1,and OPN mRNA expression was significantly reduced after administration with different doses of irbesartan, and with the increase of irbesartan, the above indicators were decreased P<0.05).Renal local Ang Ⅱ level was positively correlated with OPN mRNA expression (r=0.74,P<0.01). Conclusion Irbesartan reduces renal TGF-β1,OPN mRNA expression by decreasing kidney local Ang Ⅱ in dose-dependent manner, and eventually reduces tubulointerstitial fibrosis, which plays a role in kidney protection.
