2.Expression of tace in mouse uterine epithelial cell during implantation window period and effect of tace antibody on the embryo implantation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(08):-
Objective:To detect expression of tumor necrosis factor-converting enzyme(TACE)on the mouse uterine epithelial cell and effect of implantation in vitro. To analyze its role in blastocyst implantation and to investigate the relation TACE withimplantation of mouse embryo. Methods:Co-culturing endometrial epithelial cells and blastocyst of the pregnant 4-day mouse to establish the implantation model in vitro. Epithelial cells was identified by Immunocytochemistry. RT-PCR and Immunocytochemistry were used to detect the expression of TACE gene and protein in the endometrial epithelial cells. Different concentrations of TACE antibody were added to the implantation model to observe effect of TACE antibody on mouse blastocyst implantation in vitro. Expression of TACE protein was detected by Immunocytochemistry in each antibody interference system. Results:Endometrial epithelial cells growed vigorously in vitro. Keratin antibody showed positive expression, meanwhile,Vimentin antibody showed negative expression in the endometrial epithelial cells. PCR showed that the expression of TACE gene was high and results of Immunocytochemistry was consisted with PCR. The adhesion rate of mouse blastocyst was high in the co-culture system and decreased remarkably when TACE antibody was added (P
3.Gu’s Surgery Department’s Three Generations in Treatment of Plasma Cell Mastitis
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2016;40(10):747-749
Objective] Summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of plasma cell mastitis by Gu ’s surgery department. [Method] By collecting medical records, from the teachers, pathogenesis, to summarize the inheritance and development of diagnosis and treatment of plasma cell mastitis by Gu ’s surgery department three generations, according to the present situation, analysis of the problems existing in the treatment of the disease. [Results] The disease was first discovered and reported by Dr.Gu Bohua in the domestic.Gu’s surgery department gradually gropes for a set of solution method in treatment of plasma cell mastitis after three generations from the treatment based on the external therapies in the initial, to later, internal and external therapies, at present based on the internal therapies. Clinical studies have found that the internal and external therapies have advantages of high cure rate, short treatment time, but the scar is larger, while the internal therapies in the long treatment cycle achieve the same cure rate, but the scar is smaller, less expensive. But the exploration of the cause of the disease, diagnosis and standardized treatment is still fraught with problems. [Conclusion]Developing by three generations, Gu ’s surgery department provides a more complete mentality and pragmatic value in treating plasma cell mastitis.
4.Bibliometric study of the articles on environment enrichment in china
Chinese Journal of Comparative Medicine 2017;27(1):59-63
Objective To analyze the literature characteristics on environmental enrichment published in China , and provide reference for researchers .Methods The papers relevant to environmental enrichment published in CNKI database and Wanfang database were statistically analyzed from the aspects of publishing year, journal of publication, author, institution and subjects covered by the article with bibliometrics method. Results There were 422 papers published before Dec 31,2015, in which 273 papers published in 126 kinds of journals. The number of papers increased gradually, especially after 2006.The top 3 journals with the most articles published were Chinese Journal of Wildlife(28),Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine(15) and Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science(12).Xinqiao Hospital of TMMU and Fujian Medical University Union Hospital accounted for the top 2 total number of the papers, from which Yan-hui Chen and Cong-min Zhao published the more articles. Those papers covered 17 subjects, neurology, pathergasiology, biology and pediatrics were the main subjects. There were 3 kinds of animal that got enriched, the first was laboratory animals(69.6%), then zoo animals(22.9%),and farm animals(7.5%).Conclusions The research of environmental enrichment was relatively concentrated in terms of neurology and psychiatry. To improve animal welfare was mainly in the zoo animals;laboratory animal research in this direction was less .It is necessary to strengthen the work in this regard.
5.Environmental enrichment for laboratory animals
Acta Laboratorium Animalis Scientia Sinica 2015;(3):327-330
Environmental enrichment has become a hot topic in laboratory animal science , which is intended to im-prove the well-being of laboratory animals .This paper reviews the research in this area , focusing especially on the princi-ple and procedure of planning enrichment strategies .The consideration of housing laboratory animals should not only focus solely on animal well-being, manpower and economics , but also on the precision and accuracy of the experimental results . It also introduces the type of environmental enrichment and practice in widespread use currently .
6.Clinic observation of the effects of monoamine oxidase inhibitor on poststroke depression
Chongqing Medicine 2001;(1):18-19
Objective The poststroke depression(PSD) is a common complication in the cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Having used the monoamine oxidase inhibitor, procaine hydrochloride composite film-coating tablets,we observed the Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD) and selfrating depression(SDS) of the patients with poststroke depression. Results Two weeks late after the procaine hydrochloride composite film-coating tablets administrated, the scales of HAMD and SDS have been improved obviously. Conclusion This investigation has suggested that the monoamine oxidase inhibitor can improve the depression of the patients with poststroke and be beneficial to the brain stroke.

10.Histone deacetylase 6: structure, functions and development of selective inhibitors.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(1):7-14
Histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) is an unique subtype of histone deacetylases with two tandem deacetylase domains and substrate specificity for non-histone proteins. It is involved in many important physiological and pathological processes and has become a promising therapeutic target in recent decades. Different kinds of potent HDAC6-selective inhibitors have been reported around the world. This paper reviews the progress in the study of structure and functions of HDAC6 as well as the development of HDAC6-selective inhibitors.
