1.Effects of erythropoietin on expressions of myocardial cell Bcl-2 and Bax in rats with acute myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(11):1930-1931
Objective To study the effects of erythropoietin on expressions of myocardial cell Bcl-2 and Bax in rats with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Rats that survived after AMI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group were given EPO 3000 U/kg, A total of 3 d(preoperative 1 day, the same day, after 1 day),control group at the same point in time given the same amount of saline by the intraperitonealy injection. After 4 weeks, hemodynamics and left ventricular function were measured with catheterization,Bcl-2 and Bax were analyzed by immunohistochemical method. Results After 4 weeks, LVSP and +dp/dt_(max) in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),LVEDP and-dp/dt_(max) were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);Change of heart rate in two groups were no difference(P>0.05).The expression of myocardial cell Bcl-2 in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the expression of myocardial cell Bax and Bcl-2/Bax in treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The protective effect of EPO on ischemia and infarction of cardiac function may be related to the reduction of cardiomyocyte apoptosis.
2.Observation about preventive effects of chemophlebitis by lidocaine mortar
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(29):17-18
Objective To know the preventive effects of chemophlebitis by lidocaine mortar. Methods Divided 77 patients with chemophhbitis into the observation group (42 cases) and the control group (35 cases) randomly. Lidocaine mortar was used in the observation group to prevent chemophlebitis, while the 50% MgH2SO4 was used in the control group. Compared the preventive efficacy between the two groups. Results There were 13 cases and 2 cases of chemophhbitis in the control group and the obser-vation group respectively. The incidence rate of chemophlebifis in the observation group was significant low-er than that of in the contrel group. The condition of chemotherapy-associated pains and continue time in the observation group were better than in the control group. Conclusions The preventive efficacy of chemophlebitis by lidocaine mortar is obviously.
3.Influence of nursing intervention on Alzheimer's patients
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(21):30-32
ObjectiveTo give health guidance and intervention to Alzheimer's patients and observe its impact on their quality of life. MethodsBasic care, psychological care and safety of care measures were given to 45 Alzheimer's patients in our hospital from March 2007 to September 2008, self-care ability and cognitive ability were observed. ResultsThe Alzheimer's patients were alleviated in the following symptoms such as accidental aspiration, wrong intake, falls, self- injury, straying away, self- care ability, cognitive ability and social skills. ConclusionsStrengthening of diet and daily life care, attention to psy-chological and safety care in patients with Alzheimer's disease can improve their quality of life, which is worthy of hospital, community and family promotion.
4.Exploration of the Capability Fostering and Co-acting Teaching in Neurological Clinica1 Education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(05):-
In the teaching course of the clinic neurology, how to explore and foster the capability of the students and how to take the co-acting teaching in neurological clinica1 education is a key point for our probing.

7.Evaluation of the curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced carcinoma in the digestive tracts
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of neoadjuvent chemotherapy for grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ carcinoma in the digestive tracts,Methods: A total of 30 cases of carcinoma in the digestive tracts were collected;including 9 cases in grade Ⅲa,13 cases in grade Ⅲb,and 8 cases in grade Ⅳ admitted to our hospital.Through gastroscope、enteroscope and CT investigation after admission,20 cases had been determined as advanced carcinoma in the digestive tracts before operation. Then the cases underwent chemotherapy twice, were rechecked by CT,and finally accepted operation treatment. The changes of the cancer volume, labelling micovessel index CD105 and the content of the inhibitory protein of apoptosis survivin from excisional tumor tissue were compared after operation. Results: 1.The change of tumorvolumebeforeandafterchemotherapyshowedstatisticalsignificance(P0.05)between intervenient chemotherapy group and systematical chemotherapy group. None died from operation. Conclusion: Surgical therapy after neoadjuvent chemotherapy for advanced cancer in the digestive tracts can improve the rate of exairesis and therapic effect.
8.Expression of tace in mouse uterine epithelial cell during implantation window period and effect of tace antibody on the embryo implantation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(08):-
Objective:To detect expression of tumor necrosis factor-converting enzyme(TACE)on the mouse uterine epithelial cell and effect of implantation in vitro. To analyze its role in blastocyst implantation and to investigate the relation TACE withimplantation of mouse embryo. Methods:Co-culturing endometrial epithelial cells and blastocyst of the pregnant 4-day mouse to establish the implantation model in vitro. Epithelial cells was identified by Immunocytochemistry. RT-PCR and Immunocytochemistry were used to detect the expression of TACE gene and protein in the endometrial epithelial cells. Different concentrations of TACE antibody were added to the implantation model to observe effect of TACE antibody on mouse blastocyst implantation in vitro. Expression of TACE protein was detected by Immunocytochemistry in each antibody interference system. Results:Endometrial epithelial cells growed vigorously in vitro. Keratin antibody showed positive expression, meanwhile,Vimentin antibody showed negative expression in the endometrial epithelial cells. PCR showed that the expression of TACE gene was high and results of Immunocytochemistry was consisted with PCR. The adhesion rate of mouse blastocyst was high in the co-culture system and decreased remarkably when TACE antibody was added (P
9.Recent progress in diagnosis and treatment of carcinomatous meningitis
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(5):365-368
Carcinomatous meningitis (CM) represents a devastating metastatic complication of malignant tumour, and the incident of CM is increasing in recent years. The diagnosis is made by both cerebrospinal fluid by lumbar puncture and radiological investigation, mainly magnetic resonance imaging. The therapeutic management of CM includes intrathecal administration of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery and palliative care, but the treatment of CM remains controversial Individualized treatment and combined modality therapy are recommended at present, and the utilization of targeted drug may increase therapeutic effect of CM.
