Objective To investigate the risk factors of postoperative complications of delayed hemorrhage, perforation and digestive tract stenosis after endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).Methods The complete data of 793 patients with digestive tract disease who underwent the endoscopic submucosal dissection in the Department of Digestive Surgery in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. All of the patients were divided into delayed hemorrhage group (n =67) and nonbleeding group (n =726);perforation group (n =47) and non-perforation group (n =746);and digestive tract stenosis group (n =38) and non-stenosis group (n =755).The clinical basic data, lesion related data, and operation related data were independent risk factor and analyzed by single factor analysis and Logistic multiple factor regression analysis. Results The incidence of delayed bleeding, perforation and stenosis in patients with ESD were 8.45%,5.93%,and 4.79%,respectively.The results of single factor analysis:the risk factors for delayed bleeding were long-term use of anticoagulant drugs, gastric sinus disease, lesion diameter, and lesion excision (P < 0.05).The risk factors for postoperative perforation were the diameter of the lesion and the time of operation (P < 0.05).The risk factors of digestive tract stenosis were the esophageal lesions, the diameter of the lesion, and the depth of the lesion to the intrinsic muscle layer (P < 0.05).The results of multi factor Logistic regression analysis:the risk ranking of risk factors for delayed bleeding was gastric antrum occurrence lesion > lesions graded resection > long-term use of anticoagulants > lesion diameter (≥5 mm).The risk ranking of risk factors for perforation was operation time (≥90 mm) > lesion diameter (≥5 mm).The risk ranking of risk factors for digestive tract stenosis was esophageal lesion > lesion diameter (≥ 5 mm) > lesions depth to the muscularis propria. Conclusions For long-term anticoagulation, gastric antrum and fractional resection lesions of patients should pay attention to delayed bleeding.Patients with long operation time are easy to cause postoperative perforation. For long-term anticoagulation, gastric antrum and fractional resection lesions of patients should pay attention to delayed bleeding.

Objective To study the effect of purified water on the neurobehavioral development of the offspring and the synergistic effect of the magnesium deficiency in food. Methods SD rats were divided into four groups, control food plus control water (control group),control food plus purified water, magnesium deficiency food plus control water, magnesium deficiency plus purified water, from five weeks of age of the F0 generation to five weeks of the F1 generation respectively. Morris water maze (MWM) was used to test the spatial learning and memory ability of offspring of rats. Results In the early training days of the place navigation, control group offspring of rats showed a shorter swimming time than the other groups. There were no significant differences among all experimental groups in the later training days of the place navigation, spatial probe test and visible platform trial, however the tendency was still to remain. Conclusion Purified water can damage the learning ability of offspring of rats and the learning ability delay will be more obviously when magnesium is deficient in food.

With the aggravation of enviromental pollution, a quickly, sensitive, inexpensive monitoring means should be developed to protect water resources. Luminescent bacteria as biosensor have the advantages mentioned above. During past two decades, luminescent bacteria toxicity test was used widely in comprehensive toxicity evaluation, screening, monitoring and specific pollutants detection in water, the recent progress in this field was reviewed in this paper.

Objective To assess the quality of iodized salt and investigate the urinary iodine level of pupils and women after implementation of universal salt iodization in Shijiazhuang city. Methods Between 2004 and 2008, nine salt samples were randomly collected from wholesale enterprises of 5 different directions of east, south, west, north and center in Shijiazhuang city every month. Meanwhile, eight salt samples, four urine samples of women, were randomly collected in each of the 8 households of 210 villages selected from 23 counties. Between 2004 and 2008, twenty urine samples of 8 - 10 year old pupils were collected in each of 160 schools from the 23 counties. Direct titration method was used for salt iodine determination, iodine concentration in urine was detected by the method of ammonium persulfate digestion-As3+-Ce4 + catalytic spectrophotometry. Results At wholesale level, the qualified rate of iodized salt was above 99%. At household level, the consuming rate of iodized salt was above 95%, and the rate of consuming non-iodized salt was less than 5%. The rate of qualified iodized salt was above 90% in every year except 2004(87.10%), and the rate of consuming qualified iodized salt was above 90% in those years except 2004(83.08%). Urinary median iodine level of both the pupils and the women was higher than 100 μg/L, and the rate of urinary iodine level that less than 50 μg/L was below 10%. Conclusions The quality assessment of iodized salt from wholesale companies and related indices of urinary iodine level of pupils, women and household iodized salt have already reached the national standard for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.

Microbiology 1992;0(06):-
14 strains were isolated from pits sludge by anaerobic cultivation, two Clostridium butyricum strains were identified by physiological and biochemical experiments and the sequence analysis of 16S rDNA.The physiological characteristics and security of Clostridium butyricum B1 were studied,in vitro research indicated it was tolerant against low pH,bile concentration and antibiotics and has antagonism effects against pathogens.

Objective To observe the expression of matrix metalloproteinases(MMP)-1,MMP-3 and iNOS in cartilage of experimental rabbit osteoarthritis at different time intervals after anterior cruciate ligament transection(ACLT)operation. The aim of this study is to provide the theoritical evidence for using ACLT rabbit model in Osteoarthritis(OA)research. Methods Unilateral ACLT was performed on 27 randomly selected while rabbits and underwent unilateral arthrotomy was performed on the other 9 white rabbits as the control group.Nine randomly selected white rabbits in experimental group were killed and 3 white rabbits in the control group at 4th,8th and 12th week respectively.Cartilage degradation of femoral condyles was evaluated macr-oscopically,mRNA expression level and protein expression level of MMP-1,MMP-3 and iNOS was measured by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and immunohistochemistry respectively. Results Forepart OA cartilage degradation was observed at the 4th week and became more severe at the 8th week after ACLF.Afterpart cartilage degradation was evident at the 12th week after ACLT while cartilage still remained normal in the control group,mRNA expression level and protein expression level of MMP-1.MMP-3 and iNOS were increased at the 4th week and became higher gradually at the 8th,12th week after ACLT compared with the control group.Expression distribution of MMP-1,MMP-3 and iNOS bad different patterns respectively. Conclusion It is suggested that the process of OA cartilage degradation can be simulated by ACLT model and MMP-1,MMP-3 and iNOS may be good markers in therapeutical research of OA.
9.Obesity and cardiovascular diseases.
Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2012;34(4):431-436
Obesity is becoming increasingly prevalent and thus has been a global public concern. Studies have demonstrated that obesity and its complications can cause an early onset of cardiovascular diseases (CVD), reduce the therapeutic efficacy of medical and invasive treatment, and thus increase the mortality. Meanwhile, it can also cause damage to the structure, electrophysiology, and myocardial function of heart. It can be a particularly important issue for women. On the other hand, heart injury can also affect the weight loss options and their outcomes. This article elucidates the relationship between obesity and its complications and CVD, and meanwhile proposes some new perspectives about the prevention of CVD.
