Objective:To explore the cooradinative training model of postgraduate and and residency of nuclear medicine based on the ability promotion. Develop the learning of basic medical imaging knowledge, the training of clinical practice, the development of scientific research ability and the training of new technology and so on.Methods: Bibliometric analysis was used to analysis the domestic and overseas current situation and research hotspot about carrying out the training of clinical medicine and residency. Combing the existing problem and combined the characteristic of medical imaging, a training model based on ability enhancements be proposed and supporting system is constructed.Results:Search on the Wanfang Database, 170 literatures were obtained from 2007 to 2016 about training of postgraduates and residents of clinical medicine. The annual distribution was increased gradually, the articles number in 2016 was 4.3 times than in 2007. The research hotspots focus on the integration of medical postgraduate student and resident, clinical ability and cultivation of scientific research thinking ability , the penetration of new technology and the choices of research topics. Literature review shows the postgraduates of medical imaging faced the deficiency of anatomy and radiology knowledge, the capacity for scientific research, the training of new radiology technology. Proposed nuclear medicine postgraduate students and residency training cooradinative transformation of the new model and developed a corresponding training curriculum training system.Conclusion: Based on the background of capacity enhancement, the new model of postgraduate and clinicians training mechanism, the operation of collaborative transformation model, reasonable arrangements for the training and scientific research, the focused training, these methods could effectively satisfied both training needs. In order to develop the high-quality talent with both clinical experience and scientific research ability.

Objective To detect the relationship between CAG repeat in IT15 gene and clinical manifestations of Huntington's disease (HD).Methods Non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electro- phoresis method was used to detect CAG repeat.Clinical manifestations were scored by UHDRS and MMSE. Objective To investigate the emergency treatment and correlation factors of aqueous misdirection during glaucoma and cataract surgery in glaucoma patients.Design Retrospective case series.Participants 126 cases(132 eyes)of angle-closure glaucoma patients with aqueous misdirection during surgery,100 cases(100 eyes)of angle-closure glaucoma patients without aqueous misdirection during surgery and 100 cases(100 eyes)of senile cataract patients.Methods We performed pars plana vitreous water-bag aspiration or anterior vitrectomy on glaucoma patients with aqueous misdirection during surgery.All the factors in observation group and control groups were compared and analyzed by logistic regression.Main Outcome Measures Preoperative highest intraocular pressure(HIOP),intraocular pressure after maximum dose(IOP),anterior chamber depth(ACD),lens thickness(LENS),axial length (AXL),mean keratometry(K),intraocular lens diopter within-0.5D corrected by SRK-T formula(IOLD).Results Among all the 132 angle-closure glaucoma eyes whose posterior chamber pressures were increased during surgery,we performed pars plana vitreous water-bag aspiration in 123 eyes(93.18%),and anterior vitrectomy in 9 eyes(6.8%).Postoperative complications included shallow anterior chamber in 20 eyes(7 eyes with malignant glaucoma,9 eyes with choroidal detachment,4 eyes with delayed local suprachorodal hemorrhage),and vitreous local hemorrhage in 1 eye.Means of all the observation indexes on three groups showed significant difference(all P

Osteoblasts are the most important mechanoreceptive and osteogenic cells.The loss of bone in microgravity is mainly due to the dysfunction of osteoblasts.Research on osteoblast cytology under simulated weightlessness has made great progress in recent years.Current experiments are focusing on the changes in the cellular proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis, function and signal transduction in osteoblasts.This paper reviews the progress of the studies in this field.

Diffusion tensor imaging is a non-invasive MRI technique which can identify changes of cerebral microstructure that CT and MRI is difficult to find, especially in the change of nerve fibers direction, which can be used for the researches of evaluation, recovery mechanism and prognosis of neurology. It has been applied in rehabilitation of motor, language and recognition of post-stroke patients.

Objective To explore the expression of 10 kDa interferon-gamma-induced protein(IP-10)in pathological scar and its role in the pathogenesis of pathological scar.Methods Imrnunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression and distribution of IP-10 in 28 patients with keloid(group K),34 patients with hypertrophic scar(group HS),and 20 normal controls(group N).The data were collected and analyzed statistically.Results The expression of IP-10 was significantly higher in groups K and HS than in group N(P＜0.01),but no significant difference in the expression of IP-10 was found between groups K and HS.Conclusion IP-10 may enhance the formation of pathological scar by attracting T lymphocytes and inducing immune/inflammatory response.

Objective:To study the isolation, culture and identification of the TMJ cells and to observe the biological characteristics of cultured fibrochondrocytes. Methods:The TMJ discs were dissected from two 1 month goats under sterile conditions and were digested with collagenase. The cells were collected. Morphological changes and attachment efficiency were constantly observed under phase-contrast microscope. Immunohistochemical staining for type I collagen as well as toluidine blue staining were performed. Ultrastructures of the TMJ cells were observed under transmission electron microscope. Results: Most of the primary fibrochondrocytes presented a short spindle-shape while the rest showed polygon-shape. On the 7th day, the perliferating fibrochondrocytes started to contact each other to form a monolayer covering the bottom of the incubation disc. Immunohistochemical staining of type I and toluidine blue staining exhibited positive results. The fibrochondrocytes cytoplasms were rich in mictochondria and endoplasm reticulum. Conclusion: The fibrochondrcytes isolated from one-month-old goat TMJ disc have good proliferation ability in vitro and cells from passage 1 to 3 might be used as seed cells for TMJ disc tissue engineering.

BACKGROUND:There is no common cognition in the cell type in the temporomandibular joint(TMJ)discs,and names describing TMJ disc cells also vary a lot.OBJECTIVE:To characterize the type and the distribution of cells in the TMJ disc of goats DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A single sample observation was completed in Cettutar and Motecutar Biologicat Center and Electron Microscope Center of Lanzhou University from March to May in 2007.MATERlALS:TMJ discs were obtained from two one-month-old healthy goats that were slaughtered freshly.METHODS:Bilateral TMJ discs of goats were cut off completely and were divided into 6 parts by 3 cuts in the major axis direction (mediolaterally)and 2 cuts in the minor axis direction(anteroposteriorly).Then the marked samples were fixed in 10%neutral formalin Iiquid for 24 hours and embedded by paraffin.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Hematoxylin and eosin staining were used to identify regional variation of cell type and cellnumbers.Toluidine blue staining and collagen type Ⅰimmunohistochemical assay were performed to test the distribution of collagens.Transmission etectren microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructure of cells of goat TMJ discs.RESULTS:TMJ discs were comprised of cells and collagen fibers distributing unevenly.Collagens were mostly type Ⅰ.Collagen fibers were wave or crimping and approximately parallel to each other.with cells scattered in their matrix.Fibroblast-like cells and chondrocyte-like cells were the main two types of cells existing,with the former predominating over the later in a ratio of 2.05:1 approximately.There were no significant regional differences in cell type and distribution statistically.Transmission electron microscopy denoted that fibroblast-iike cells have fairly larger fusiform or irregular nuclei with very few organelles,while the chondrocyte-like cells exhibited round or elliptical nuclei,well defined pericellular electron lucent zones,unconspicuous cytocysta and non-distinctive pseudopodia CONCLUSION:There are no significant differences in type,number and arrangement of cells in TMJ discs of one-month-old goats statistically,with Fibroblast-like cells predominating slightly over chondrocyte-like cells.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of entecavir treatment on hepatitis B patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure. Methods Eighty-four hepatitis B patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure were treated with entecavir 0.5 mg daily and Other routine drugs. Another 99 hepatitis B patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure were treated with only routine drugs as control. The survival, liver functions, hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA level, prothrombin time (PT) were observed. The survival rates of patients with early, middle or late stage of liver failure were analyzed. The comparison of rates were done using chi-square test. The numeration data were compared by t test. The survival rates were compared using Kaplan-Meier method. Results Among patients with early stage of acute-on-chronic liver failure, the survival rate in treatment group was 63.3% (31/49), which was significantly higher than that in control group (39.7%, 23/58) (χ2=5.923, P=0.015). Among patients with middle stage of acute-on-chronic liver failure, the surviral rate in treatment group was 63.0% (17/27), which was significantly higher than that in control group (35.1%, 13/37) (χ2=4.854, P=0.028). Among patients with late stage of acute-on-chronic liver failure, four out of eight cases survived in treatment group, while one out of four cases survived in control group. In patients with serum total hilirubin (TBil) level > 342 μmol/L, the survival rate was 56.0% in treatment group, which was significantly higher than that in control group (26.8%) (χ2=9.351,P=0.002). At week 4 of the treatment, the HBV DNA reduction in treatment group was 3. 95 lg copy/mL, which was higher than that in control group (1.78 lg copy/mL) (t=5.847, P=0.001). Conclusions Entecavir treatment could improve the survival rate of hepatitis B patients with early or middle stage of acute-on-chronic liver failure. And the further study with larger population is needed in patients with late stage of liver failure. In addition, entecavir therapy could also improve the survival rate of patients with TBil >342 μmol/L.
