Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of zoledronic acid in the treatment of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients. Methods 100 elderly patients with osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital from February 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. There were 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment (calcitonin), and the experimental group was treated with zoledronic acid.The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding treatment, the VAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were (0.36±0.42) and (0.34±0.40), and there was no statistical significance. The excellent rate of hip joint function was 82% in the control group, and the excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the experimental group was 80%, which was not statistically significant. In addition, there were no statistically significant differences in fracture healing time and complications between the two groups. After 1 years, the hip bone mineral density and the lumbar vertebral bone mineral density were (0.78±0.05) g/cm2, and (0.85±0.06) g/cm2 were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Zoledronic acid in the treatment of senile osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture clinical effect is remarkable,can increase bone mineral density in a large extent, the joint recovery had no effect, has clinical significance.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium (LMWHC) combined Compound Danshen Injection (DI) on nephrotic syndrome patients with early onset severe preeclampsia.

METHODSTotally 80 nephrotic syndrome patients with early onset severe pre-eclampsia were randomly assigned to four groups voluntarily, i.e., Group A (22 cases, treated by magnesium sulfate), B (19 cases, treated by magnesium sulfate plus LMWHC), C (21 cases, magnesium sulfate plus DI), D (18 cases, magnesium sulfate plus LMWHC and DI). Umbilical arterial S/D ratios, amniotic fluid index (AFI), prolonged gestational age, placenta weight, neonatal weight, and Apgar score were compared among the four groups.

RESULTSCompared with before treatment in the same group, umbilical arterial S/D ratios decreased in the four groups (P <0. 05). AFI decreased in Group A, while it increased in Group B, C, and D (P<0. 05). Compared with Group A at the same time point, umbilical arterial S/D ratios decreased, and AFI increased in Group B, C, and D (P <0. 01 , P <0. 05). Prolonged gestational age and neonatal weight were increased in Group B, C, and D (P <0. 01, P <0. 05). Placenta weight were increased in Group B and D (P <0. 05). Apgar scores at 1 and 5 min were improved in Group D (P <0. 05). Compared with Group B and C at the same time point, umbilical arterial S/D ratios decreased, and AFI increased in Group D (P<0. 05). Compared with Group B, prolonged gestational age and placenta weight were decreased in Group C, but prolonged gestational age and placenta weight were increased in Group D (P <0.05). Compared with Group C, prolonged gestational age, placenta weight, and neonatal weight were increased in Group D (P <0. 05).

CONCLUSIONTreatment of nephrotic syndrome patients with early onset severe pre-eclampsia by LMWHC combined DI could prolong gestational ages, obviously improve prenatal outcomes, with better effect obtained than using any of them alone.

Backgroud and Objective Proline-rich tyrosine kinase2(Pyk2) is a Ca~(2+) sensitive,non-receptor tyrosine protein kinase.Previous reports showed Pyk2 involved in development of left ventrieular hypertrophy. Objective To investigate the proliferation characteristics of fibroblast like synovial cells (FLS)in osteoarthritis in vitro and the mechanism of the immnnosuppressive effect of T-614 [N-(3-formy- lamino-4-oxo-6-phenoxy-4H-chromen-7-yl)methanesulfonamide ] on them.Methods FLS of OA and non- inflamed synovium(NS)were cultured and identified in vitro in the presence or absence of T-614.After incu- bation,the survival fraction(SF)of FLS was evaluated by MTT,cell cycle was observed using fluorescence - activated cell sorting(FCS)method and the expression of c-fos and COX-2 mRNA was examined by RT- PCR in FLS of OA patients.Results No statistically significant difference was noted between the OA and NS FLS in proliferation ability and cell cycle.High dose T-614 suppressed FLS SF obviously in OA and NS sta- tistically(P＜0.05),whereas the inhibition degree was not different between the two kinds of FLS.The agent induced cell apoptosis and reduced the accumulation of c-fos mRNA in OA-FLS at dose 1000 ml/L,prolonged G_1 term and shortened S term at dose 200 ml/L.The expression of COX-2 mRNA in OA FLS was suppressed obviously by T-614 at dose 1000 ml/L.Conclusion OA FLS do not display a distinct activated unlimited viability compared with NS cells,without stimulated by proinflammatory cytokine in vitro.High dose T-614 moderately inhibits the proliferation and differentiation of FLS,directly affects gene of the c-fos and COX-2 expression in OA,which may contribute to its immunosuppressive effect on OA'synovitis.

Objective To investigate the proliferation and differentiation characteristics of fibroblast like synovial cells(FLS)in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in vitro and the mechanism of the immunosuppressive effect of differentiation inducers, such as all trans retinoid acid(ATRA), ealcitriol [1,25(OH)_2D_3] and dexamethasone(DEX). Methods FLS of knee synovial tissues from RA patients were cultured and identified in vitro in the presence or absence of ATRA, 1,25(OH)_2D_3 and DEX respectively. Synoviocyte proliferation in RA were measured by MTT colorimetrie assay and the survival fraction(SF)of FLS was evaluated. Cell cycle of FLS was observed using fluorescence-activated cell sorting(FCS)method in RA patients. Objective To find out the status of prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders and evaluate the iodine nutritional status of Jinan residents,to explore appropriate iodine level in drinking water,and to provide a scientific basis for adjustment of intervention strategies.MethodsAccording to the Monitoring Program of the National Iodine Deficiency Disorders (Trial),qualified iodized salt consumption rate,drinking water iodine content and urinary iodine levels of women of childbearing age were determined in iodine deficiency areas from 2003 to 2010.Salt iodine was detected by direct titrimetry,urinary iodine by As-Ce catalytic spectrophotometric assay and iodine in drinking water by cerous sulfate catalytic spectrophotometric method.Results Intake rate of qualified iodized salt was up to 90％ and above from 2003 to 2010,median water iodine was 13.65 μg/L in the 10 counties(cities,districts),of which less than 100 μg/L accounted for 79.82％(4560/5713 ) and ＞ 150 μg/L accounted for 12.73％(727/5713).With the increase of water iodine(0 ～ ＜ 10,10 ～ ＜ 50,50 ～ ＜ 100,100 ～ ＜ 150,150 ～ ＜ 300 and ≥300 μg/L),urinary iodine levels of women of childbearing age increased successively(median 156.56,175.81,267.04,349.00,524.22,583.20 μg/L,respectively,x2 =121.20,P ＜ 0.05),while the ratio of urinary iodine ＜ 100 μg/L was significantly lower.The ratio of urinary iodine between 100 and 300 μg/L was decreased gradually,but the ratio of great than 300 μg/L was gradually increased.ConclusionsIodine deficiency areas in Jinan have reached the standard of elimination of iodine deficiency disorders.We should insist to carry out our measures to suit local conditions,classified guidances and scientific principals of iodine supplementation.
