Objective:To screen auramine O in Guci tablets. Methods:Auramine O was detected by HPLC method on a Diamon-sil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)columnwiththemobilephaseofacetonitrile-0.025mol·L-1monopotassiumphosphatebuffersolu-tion(containing 0. 2% triethylamine,adjusting pH to 3. 0 with phosphoric acid)(36∶65)at the flow rate of 0. 8 ml·min-1. The detec-tion wavelength was 432 nm and the column temperature was 35℃. Results:The LOD of auramine O was 0. 05ng. Among 45 batches of tested samples, auramine O was found in seven ones. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can guarantee the drug safety of Guci tablets.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of distal radius fractures operation.Methods Eighty distal radius fractures patients who were treated from January 2010 to January 2011 were divided into observation group and control group by random digits table method,each group had 40 cases.The observation group was treated with plate internal fixation,the control group took closed reduction and splint external fixation.The palmar tilt,radial ulnar deviation,axial shortening before treatment and after treatment for 3 months were compared between two groups.The clinical curative effect after treatment for 1 year was compared.Results The palmar tilt,radial ulnar deviation,axial shortening before treatment between two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment for 3 months,the palmar tilt,radial ulnar deviation,axial shortening in observation group were (17.0 ± 1.6)°,(23.0 ± 2.1)°,(1.0 ± 0.2) mm,in control group were (4.0 ± 0.8)°,(10.0 ± 1.1)°,(4.0 ± 1.1) mm,there was significant difference(P＜ 0.05).After treatment for 1 year,the excellent and good rate in observation group was 90.0％(36/40),significantly higher than that in control group [50.0％ (20/40)] (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures is more conductive to the wrist recovery of joint structure and function,reduce the occurrence of wrist joint dysfunction,improve the quality of life,and is worth to be applied in clinic.

Objective To evaluate the safety of epidural resiting and the incidence of postdural puncture headache following accidental dural puncture. HZ Methods Among 63 patients of ASA I-II undergoing lower abdominal or lower extremity surgery, forty-two with postdural puncture who had received epidural resiting were randomly assigned to patient controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) ( n =21) or control treatment ( n =21). The remaining 21 patients who had successful epidural insertion received the routine PCEA. All patients after operation received 48-hours monitoring of BP, HR, RR and SpO_2. The analgesic effect of each treatment and the occurrence of headache were also assessed. Results All operations were uneventful under epidural anesthesia. A satisfactory level of analgesia was observed in patients who received PCEA. There was no statistically significant difference in pain control between patients who had had epidural resiting and who received PCEA and those who received routine PCEA. Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the related substances in pantoprazole sodium capsules. Methods:A Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used. 0. 01 mol·L-1 monopotassium phosphate solution (adjus-ting pH to 7. 0 with phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile was adopted as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 289 nm and the column temperature was 40℃. The injection volume was 20μl and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 . Results:Panto-prazole sodium and its degradation substances could be well separated. The limit of detection and quantification of pantoprazole sodium was 0. 16 ng and 0. 48 ng, respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, specific and sensitive, and can be applied to determine the related substances in pantoprazole sodium.

A better understanding of the function of spleen has been gained recently,owing to the in-depth studies on the structure,cellular function,secretion and innervation of spleen.It is generally accepted that the spleen is the important part of the regulation network between immune,nerve and endocrine system.The spleen has much more functions besides blood filtering and storing,haematogenesis,and immunization,and its immune function has characteristics of two-way and phase.But further study is still needed for the precise evaluation of function of the spleen,especially the spleen on the pathologic state,clarification of the pathogenesis of hypersplenism,and the relationship between spleen and other organs.Here we introduced the progress of fundamental research of the spleen from multiple perspectives.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate Smad3 and Smad7 expression in cardiac tissues in myocardial infarction (MI) rats and the effect of simvastatin (SIM) on expression of Smads.METHODS:36 rats were randomized into SIM (40 mg?kg-1,n=12) group,MI group (normal saline,n=12) and SHAM group (normal saline,n=12).Rats in first two groups were induced MI model.Rats of 3 groups were sacrificed after four weeks administration.The mRNA expressions of Smad3 and Smad7 in non-infarction regions were measured by RT-PCR.Smad3 and Smad7 protein expressions were measured by Western blotting assay.RESULTS:As compared with SHAM group,the expressions of Smad3 in MI group and SIM group were increased while the expressions of Smad7 were decreased.As compared with MI group,the mRNA expression and protein expression of Smad3 in SIM group was decreased while that of Smad7 increased (P

Objective To analyze the falling events using root cause analysis (RCA) in hospitalized elderly patients in order to supply theoretic reference for precaution of falling events.Methods RCA method was used to analyze the root cause against 62 cases of nursing adverse events of hospitalized elderly patients' falling.Results Hospitalized elderly patients' falling is related to various factors such as body,disease,medicine,psychology,environment and so on.The root cause lied in the elderly' physical function decline,risk factors of external environment,unfulfilled health education,and lack of the care and support system for the elderly,among which cerebral infarction belonging to the disease factors accounted for 22.58％ (14/62),which was the highest;next was senile dementia [20.97％ (13/62)].The rates of agents against psychiatric disorders belonging to the medicine factors and no braking of bed pulley and no use of blister light belonging to environmental factors were the lowest,all were 3.23％ (2/62).Conclusions The falling reason of elderly inpatients can be found out by RCA in order to attain the purpose of improving procedure and prevention in advance.

AIM: To investigate the effect for Chinese herbal recipe exctract for replenishing kidney and activating blood circulation (CRERKABC) on cell proliferation, differentiation and mineralization in cultured rat osteoblasts. METHODS: Osteoblasts from craniums of newly born SD rats were cultured in vitro , and the third-passage osteoblasts were exposed to CRERKABC(20 mg/L, 40 mg/L, 80 mg/L) and vehicle, respectively. MMT was used to assess ability of cell proliferation. Activity of akaline phosphatase was assayed by p-nitrophenyl picolinate, and content of osteocalcin in suppernatants was examined by radioimmunoassay. In addition, alizarin bordeaux staining method was used to count mineralzation nodes under optical microscope. RESULTS: ①CRERKABC increased the proliferation of osteoblasts in a dose and time-dependant manner. ②Akaline phosphatase(ALP) activity and osteocalcin content were also increased in CRERKABC-treated groups at 48 h , 72 h, 96 h, except ALP in low concentration CRERKABC group at 48 h( P0.05 ). CONCLUSION: CRERKABC can promote proliferation, differentiation, maturation and mineralization of the osteoblasts cultured in vitro.
