1.Electrical bio-impedance method to measure gastric motility function
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(02):-
During the digest course the electrical property of the stomach alters obviously due to the change in shape, dimension, volume of gastric and the composition of stomach. The regulation of the impedance change is corresponding to the gastric motility and the correlation between them is evident. The impedance technique can be used to monitor gastric motility function no-invasively with high sensitivity and accuracy. Based on introduction of the gastric motility function and its measurement method, the development, key technique and existing problem of the gastric motility measurement using the electrical bio-impedance method are reviewed in this paper.

Growing evidence indicates that hyperhomocysteinemia is not only a high risk factor for cerebrovascular diseases, but also closely correlated with neurodegenerative diseases and mental diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease, dementia, cognitive impair- ment, depression and schizophrenia,The mechanisms of homocysteine neurotoxicity remains unclear, and it may include activating extracellular signal-regulated kinases, excessively activating glutamate receptors, participating in oxidative stress response, affecting methylation process and damaging DNA.

Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;26(2):189-192
Objective: To compare therapeutic effects of clopidogrel and loading dose ticagrelor on aged patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).Methods: A total of 160 aged STEMI patients undergoing emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) were selected.According to random number table, they were randomly and equally divided into clopidogrel group (received loading dose aspirin and clopidogrel therapy) and ticagrelor group (received loading dose aspirin and ticagrelor therapy).Coronary TIMI flow grade, incidence rate of no-reflow after PCI, and incidence of cardiac adverse events and bleeding events in one month after PCI were compared between two groups. Results: Compared with clopidogrel group after PCI, there was significant rise in percentage of coronary TIMI flow grade 3 (71.25% vs.90.00%), and significant reduction in incidence rate of no-reflow (28.75% vs.10.00%) in ticagrelor group,P<0.05 all.Compared with clopidogrel group on one month after PCI, there were significant reductions in incidence rates of cardiogenic death (13.75% vs.3.75%), in-stent thrombosis (6.25% vs.0) and recurrent myocardial infarction (10.00% vs.1.25%), but significant rise in incidence rate of dyspnea (3.75% vs.12.50%) in ticagrelor group, P<0.05 all. There was no significant difference in incidence of bleeding events between two groups, P>0.05 all. Conclusion: Loading dose ticagrelor can effectively improve coronary blood flow, reduce no-reflow and its safety is good in aged patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction, which is worth extending.

5.Effect of propofol on hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction in rats
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1995;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the effect of propofol on hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction(HPV)and assess the underlying mechanism in rats. Methods Twenty male SD rats weighing 300-400 g were.anesthetizedwith intraperitoneal phenobarbital.Heart and lungs were removed after thoracotomy.Pulmonary.arterial rings 4 mmin length and 1.0-1.4 mm in diameter were prepared and suspended in Earl solution maintained at 37℃ with a pHof 7.40 and aerated with 20% O_2-5% CO_2-25% N_2.The rings were stimulated with phenylephrine(PE)10~(-6)mol?L~(-1) with different preloads(300,500,700,900,1 100 mg).The isometric tension of the arterial rings wasmeasured. The optimal preload was determined to be 900 mg which allowed best contractility.Hypoxia was inducedby aerating the solution with 95% N_2-5% CO_2 and the flow rate was adjusted to maintain PO_2 of the solution at40-20 mm Hg and pH at 7.40.HPV of the rings were recorded. Then propofol was added to achieve a finalconcentration of 1,3,10,30,100 ?mol?L~(-1) and HPV was again induced and the changes in HPV wererecorded. In addition the effects of propofol(10,30 ?mol?L~(-1))on vasoconstriction produced by KCI and PE werealso measured. Results The lower doses of propofol(10 ?mol?L~(-1))significantly inhibited HPV(P

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
Objective To explore the determination of dioxin in wastewater samples pretreated by solid phase microextraction(SPME). Methods The wasterwater samples were purified and enriched by SPME, then were determined with HRGC-HRMS for the concentration of dioxin in wastewater samples. Results The most suitable conditions of the pretreatment were 30 min microextraction at 45 ℃. The detection limit was 0.05 pg/?l. RSD was lower than 10%. The recovery rates were 99%-102%. The concentration of total dioxins in wastewater sample was 0.78 pg/?l. Conclusion The method of the determination of dioxins in wastewater by SPME was simple and quick, and presented a broad prospects for application.
10.Progress of research on corneal collagen cross-linking for corneal melting
International Eye Science 2016;16(6):1060-1062
?Corneal collagen cross-linking ( CXL ) could increase the mechanical strength, biological stability and halt ectasia progression due to covalent bond formed by photochemical reaction between ultraviolet - A and emulsion of riboflavin between collagen fibers in corneal stroma. Corneal melting is an autoimmune related noninfectious corneal ulcer. The mechanism of corneal melting, major treatment, the basic fundamental of ultraviolet- A riboflavin induced CXL and the clinical researches status and experiment in CXL were summarized in the study.
