Methods A randomized, double-blind, positive drug parallel controlled, multi-center clinical trial was adopted. 418 patients with stable angina pectoris with cariac blood stasis syndrome were randomly chosen and divided into two groups:test group (314 cases) and control group (104 cases). The test group was treated with Compound Longxuejie Capsules and the control group received Compound Danshen Capsules. Treatment course of each group was 28 days. Results The antiangina effect and changes electrocardiogram in test group were better than that of the control group (P0.05). The test group had no obvious side effect. Conclusion Compound Longxuejie Capsules was proved safe and effective in treating stable angina pectoris of stable angina pectoris with cariac blood stasis syndrome.

Objective: To study the relationship between the damage of the central neuron and the brain structure and function of the rats with chronic stress. Methods: Male Wistar rats(n=30) weighting about 185-255g were divided into the test group(T,n=15) and the contral group(C,n=15) randomly. The rats in group T were exposed to various types of stresses every day for consecutive 21 days. The rats in group C did not receive any stress during 21 days.Every rat was weighed,open-field tested and measured for the brain by MR before the test and on the 22nd day. Also,on the 22nd day,the brains were removed and cut coronally. The apoptosis was detected by techniques of terminal deoxynucleotibyl transferase(TdT)-mediated dUTP nick end labling(TUNEL).Results: Weight and the result of Open-field test: compared with group C,group T showed less weight, increased stopping time in the center, decreasing rearing and grooming and increased defecation after 21-day stress(P

BACKGROUND: High-intensity exercise can induce the depolymerization and/or degradation of tubulin in the skeletal muscle. According to the close relation with the mitochondria, tubulin may influence mitochondrial movement track and molecular motor, thereby varying the movement and distribution of mitochondria. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of high-intensity exercise on α-tubulin, MAP4, Miro1 and mitochondrial ultrastructures, analyze their sequential changes and further explore whether tubular depolymerization regulates the movement and distribution of mitochondria via Miro1. METHODS: Fifty-six Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into control (n=8) and exercise (n=48) groups. The rats in the exercise group ran on the treadmill ( -16°, 20 m/minute) for 90 minutes, and the soleus samples were removed immediately, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours after exercise (n=8 each time point). The expression levels of α-tubulin, MAP4 and Miro1 were detected by western blot assay, and the ultrastructural changes of mitochondria were observed under transmission electron microscope. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The expression level of α-tubulin was decreased significantly at 6 and 12 hours after exercise. The expression level of MAP4 was increased significantly at 6, 12, 48 and 72 hours after exercise. The expression level of Miro1 was increased firstly at 6 and 12 hours after exercise, and decreased at 72 hours after exercise. In the control group, the paired mitochondria were arranged on the both sides of Z line, and few appeared in the myolemma. Mitochondria began to accumulate in the myolemma immediately and 6 hours after exercise; the number achieved the peak at 12 hours, reduced at 24 and 48 hours, and returned to normal at 72 hours. These results suggest that high-intensity exercise can induce the depolymerization of microtubules in the skeletal muscle, thus regulating the movement and distribution of mitochondria via Miro1.

Objective To compare the application effects of three methods, namely microscopic examination, antigen detec-tion(RDT)and nucleic acid test(PCR)in malaria detection between municipal and districts/counties centers for disease con-trol and prevention in Shanghai, and analyze the malaria detection ability of the laboratories in Shanghai. Methods The blood smears, whole blood samples, case review confirmation records and case data of malaria cases and suspected cases in Shanghai from 2012 to 2015 were collected by Shanghai Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the detection results were analyzed and compared. Results A total of 212 samples with complete data were submitted by all districts(counties)in Shanghai from 2012 to 2015,the samples submitted by Jinshan Districts were the most(41.98%),and among the first diagnosis hospitals, those submitted by the tertiary hospitals were the most(82.07%). The submitted samples in the whole year were in-creased gradually from January to October. All the 212 samples were detected by three methods(the microscopic examination, RDT and PCR)in the laboratory of Shanghai Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and 167 were tested and con-firmed comprehensively as positives, accounting for 78.77%,and 45 were confirmed as negatives, accounting for 21.23%. The samples were detected by the method of microscopy and domestic RDT in the laboratories of the centers for disease control and prevention at district/county level, totally 153 were tested as positives, accounting for 72.17%,41 were unclassified,account-ing for 19.34%,53 were negative, accounting for 25.00%,and 6 were undetected, accounting for 2.83%. The coincidence of microscopic examination between the report hospitals and the centers for disease control and prevention at district/county level was 78.16%,and the coincidence between centers for disease control and prevention at district/county level and municipal level was 93.20%. The utilization rate of RDT in the laboratory of district/county level was 73.58%. The coincidence of RDT tests be-tween those domestic and imported was 93.59%. Compared with the detection results by municipal center for disease control and prevention,37 samples were misjudged by the laboratories of district/county level. Almost all(99.37%)of the confirmed malar-ia cases were imported overseas, including Africa(85.44%),Asia(13.92%)and America(0.63%). Conclusion The surveil-lance after malaria elimination in Shanghai should be carried out by combining with different detection methods and resource in-tegration.

Objective Objective To evaluate the effect of deep inspiration breath-hold technique (DIBH) on the dosimetry of target volume and organs at risk (OARs) in mediastinal lymphoma irradiation. Methods This was a prospectively study and five patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ mediastinal lymphomas were included continuously. The absolute target volume, the absolute OAR doses, and the relative doses to volume were compared between DIBH and free-breathing (FB) scans, based on the principles of the affected site irradiation and the butterfly field. The differences were analyzed using paired t test. Results The median age of these five patients was 30 years.Compared with FB scan,DIBH scan led to significant decreases in the gross tumor volume (GTV)(Δ=29.4 cm3,P=0.006) and the planning target volume (PTV)(Δ=322 cm3,P=0.005) before chemotherapy, while no significant difference in clinical target volume (CTV) was found.Meanwhile, the lung volume of DIBH scan was significantly increased (mean Δ=1456 cm3,P=0.001),while the heart width of DIBH scan was significantly reduced (Δ=1.3 cm,P=0.012),as compared with those of FB scan. The mean doses to the lung and heart were significantly lower in DIBH scan than in FB scan (heart:8.5±4.7 Gy vs.11.6±4.7 Gy,P=0.022;lung:7.6±1.1 Gy vs.11.6±1.4 Gy,P=0.000).The absolute target volume of the heart was significantly reduced at V15 and above in DIBH scan than in FB scan (all P<0.05).Relative doses to volume of the lung and heart were significantly reduced at each dose level (from V5 to V35) in DIBH scan than in FB scan (all P<0.05).Conclusions DIBH technique can significantly reduce PTV,enlarge lung volume, and reduce the mean dose and relative doses to volume of the lung and heart at each level (from V5 to V35) compared with FB scan in mediastinal lymphoma radiation.
